We bought a 2025 Thor Freedom Traveler and as we read, there were a LOT of bugs that needed to be fixes, some small and some more serious. We struggled for about 3 months to get anywhere with all of our issues until we connected with Kyle the general manager. He took over and made sure everything was taken care of. We just got our camper back after 3+ months of it being there, and from the issues that we can see now, with it being still the winter, we are very happy.

DO NOT BUY from camping world Uxbridge, MA (cannot speak for other regions). Purchasing and walk through experiences were great but once paperwork was signed it went all downhill. Come to find out my brand new camper was hit with their forklift at some point when it was in the purchased lot. Was never reported (a month in between my purchase/walkthrough and when I went to pick it up). I took the day off to pick it up and maintenance personnel came out to let me know at some point it was hit. I am unsure when or who but was old because their was a good amount of rust on the penetration. After a long back and forth with customer care the unit was repaired (welded a patch over it) which is fine but nothing was done for me for the down time or for the fact that a brand new unit was damaged on their property. The unit was then dropped off at my house with no review of the unit. Come to find more damage on the same side where the frame was hit. I have been reaching out to customer care for 3 weeks with no resolution. Not only has customer care been awful but the actual managers at the local site never reached out to me or came to talk to me when I originally found out about the damage. Absolutely terrible NEVER BUYING FROM CAMPING WORLD AGAIN

After doing some research, we realize the Forest River XLR microboost 27 LRLE was the one for us. After finding out the camping world in Uxbridge we decided to take the drive 3 1/2 hours from New Jersey to go take a look at it. Stanley was our sales rep that helped in person with us and walked us through the unit explained everything was not pushy whatsoever even give us a few minutes for us to discuss it on our own! Stanley continued to answer any questions we had. I do see a lot of reviews in regards to a lot of hidden fees but in reality, at least we're seeing other dealerships that may already have had the fees included. We have done plenty of research prior to purchasing it here, and all the prices totaled up to the same. Even if it's breaking down a little bit different it comes out to the same dollar amount. Pick up day: The trailer was already ready for us to do our walk-through, and to leave with it the same day. Scott and a few others prepared the trailer with any last minute things we found during our walk though that were only cosmetic. And answered all of our questions. The younger gentleman unfortunately I could not remember his name explained each and every piece of information we needed to know on our rig. Going section by section and making sure we are ready to move onto the next section. while we are doing our walk-through we had one of the service technicians install our "towing package" that was recommended with the hitch and sway. After we were all done, we went inside and sat with Chris in finance to go over any extended warranties they had to offer, as well as what are payments will be & the rest of the paperwork. I do see here are a lot of comments of people saying the payments are not anywhere near what you expect it to be, which is understandable, thought at the end of the day it's like purchasing a car or a motorcycle. There are going to be plenty of added options and it's up to you if you would like to go with it or not. For us, we tried budging something that we were comfortable paying monthly and especially for a rig that was a 2022 somewhat of extended warranty was better than nothing, especially since this was our very first one. Chris took the time to explain each and every package available. and within our budget, we decided to go with the bronze. Conclusion, as nervous as we were walking into this dealership, we just wanted to see the unit. We were not planning on purchasing there because of all the reviews but let me tell you it's definitely different when you go in person. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience with everybody here. Everyone was super pleasant to talk to. From sales to service to finance. Do not be discouraged by all of the reviews! Go in and get that camper from Uxbridge Camping World! Thank you everyone for an amazing experience!! Whenever we're ready for an upgrade. We will definitely be back!

I have been a customer of Bulls Eye shooting supplies for several years and have found myself happy…read morewith this eclectic and unique shop. The biggest elements going for this shop are the breadth, selection, widespread knowledge and smorgasbord of items. What this means is that unfortunately, the prices are a little on the high side but Paul is entitled to own a living. It's one thing to buy a pallet at a time of a few hot selling items and quite another to have a few of just about every round, accessory, sight, powder, bullet, primer, brass imaginable. While buying ammo online is certainly more affordable, the bulk purchases necessary make it a daunting expense, whereas if you just want a few boxes of various factory loadings chances are you can find at least a box or two on the shelf. For this reason alone I like to come by here and like a kid in a candy store see all kinds of unusual type of ammo or loads in a given caliber or just about any accessory one can imagine. If you are looking for reloading equipment, information, suggestions or ammunition for a rare and unusual gun, this is your place. You will find everything from the everyday rimfire, 9mm, 223 or 308 many of which are competitively priced in their bulk types all the way to difficult to find 32 cal or semi obsolete cartridges like 30 40 Krag. The owner has a remanufacturing license so for pistol rounds you can trade in your brass for discounts in order to buy the least expensive ammo on the market, the remanufactured Bullseye brand ammo. Because their press is automatic this service is fast and cheap but the ammunition is also of slightly lower quality in that some of the lower pressure cartridges shoot a bit more dirty though the magnums or rifle rounds' higher pressure ensures a better burn. It's not a bad thing as it's safe, well within the allowable charge densities, recoils a bit less compared to standard factory loads to boot and shoots well. Not all of us can afford to buy entire pallets of bulk ammo from MidwayUSA or take the time to reload and because of this service the little guy of modest means can still enjoy such low prices accordingly. As a plus, for rifle cartridges if you ask nicely and give the owner some lead time you leave a minimum of 100 spent brass to make it worth his while and he will hand load it for you so you can save a few bucks here as well. I can see a few scattered negative reviews about management being a little curt; the truth is that they don't tolerate fools, attitude or BS. If you need help they are helpful, if you know what you are doing they are useful, and as long as you don't waste their time they are very respectful. I have never had a problem but be careful to not give any attitude as snowflakes, crazies, loonies, felons or anyone else you can think of that you yourself would not want around you are not welcome here. I have seen people annoy the daylights out of them, think about the scene in Bigfoot where the crazy guy asks "I WANT A FULLY AUTOMATIC ASSAULT RIFLE" (or some such) and imagine how you'd feel behind the counter dealing with such a character. If you know what you are talking about and show it by engaging in polite discussion, or if you don't know what you are talking about and act interested in their bank of knowledge that never ceases to impress you'll never have a problem. What I like about this shop is the breadth of useful advice, people here know not just their guns from historical artifacts to the tacticool, but that there is a general high level of knowledge and professionalism about everything. I particularly appreciate that the owner, Paul, has a good story for just about everything you ask about because he has more or less seen it all and this level of expertise is not as common as you think in the industry. If you're the regular guy who cannot afford a basement full of ammo but like to shoot regularly, this is the place for you. If you are well off and are looking for something special or different to add to your safe room room full of guns, this is also the place for you. And if you've been asking every gun store to fix, solve an issue or otherwise find a certain type of impossible to find ammo for you, this is your place as well. If you reload or are interested in having someone do it for you, rather than buy stuff online that you don't know if it might work or not or have your friend Bubba who tells you they have a press and are an expert but lack the license or insurance, then Bullseye with their huge expertise in the field is definitely for you.

My first time here today (2/5/22), won't be my last time! I found the inventory to be quite good…read moreand was happy that the staff who were willingness to take the time to answer my many questions and show me the varying types of guns I was interested.
