So disappointed. I wait and save years to buy an RV to make memories. Paid a lot for a brand and model that typically does not have issues, well it did. No big deal, things break. Unfortunately, the level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism at Camping World Manassas is staggering. I picked up my RV on Nov 28th 2021. First trip December 18th 2021. Noticed issues, booked service appointment and dropped RV off at Camping World Manassas on January 26th 2022. RV was not even looked at until February 25th. The RV is still there. (So, since buying the RV, Camping World Manassas has had my RV there longer than i have had it in my possession). During that month, I tried contacting CW and received very inconsistent responses. Finally, after being looked at, I was never able to get any response from CW to find out what the issues were. I had to drive 50 miles each way just to find out that a water leak and hydraulic leak are not able to be found even though everyone agrees based on pictures there are leaks. The hydraulic fluid is leaking out of the underbelly. They did not drop the underbelly but wiped off the fluid from the exterior and said they did not see it still leaking and I would have to pay to have the underbelly dropped for them to see if there is a leak. Admittedly, I did not go to RV repair school but that does not pass the common sense test. Regardless, all but two issues were "resolved" in similar manners. Like the black tank flush not allowing water into the black tank, that was resolved by putting in a missing debris screen on the connection where you hook the hose up. Again, I'm not formally trained in RV repair but I'm not sure how adding a debris screen unclogs a waterway. So, made the 100 mile round trip to CW today to get an update. Nothing has been done still since my last 100 mile round trip to get a status update. I could go on, and I will with my BBB complaint. I'll likely need a lawyer too which means more money wasted due to unprofessional and substandard customer service. But CW is already an F with the BBB so they are good with that rating apparently. Something that was supposed to bring years of enjoyment to my has brought nothing but stress and disappointment due to CW. Please, please, please go somewhere else. This is a BIG investment or expense, do not give this company your money. Read reviews on different sites first and notice that every CW location is poorly reviewed. This is an organization wide problem they are apparently fine with. Money aside, the sickening disappointment is the worst. read more

We bought a camper from them August 18 2023 and went camping came back after first day because shower leaked down wall underneath front left and back right so called and they could not get us in right away so told to caulk over what was there and see if that dose anything so we could still camp we did and still leaked took to them first part November and they had it till January and was told it was fixed when we was able to unwinterize it found out it still leaked so took it back April 30th and they said they could not get it to leak so we had to run back down on may 4th and wife ran shower and with in seconds it was leaking so on may 7 or sometime that week I was told it was fixed I went ran water quickly didn't leak so brought home wife was cleaning shower for vac and it was leaking so took it back on May 13th and it's still there it was leaking worse after they worked on it the second time. I have contact customer service and they have not done much have never heard from Marcus so don't believe he really cares if your happy or not went there to look at camper July20 they had the lumber from pantry on table and benches with out any protection on table they been sitting or laying on sofa because arm cushion was wedged down side and water was sitting on side of sofa they should be working not lodging in camper.work order #29589 so we have owed it for 11 months and not got to use. read more

Decided to come back and give this place a second chance after a bad first experience. This was better than the first - once we finally got a salesman assigned to us, he was fantastic and very helpful. That said...the front desk staff at this business is NOT friendly - their first contact/first impression leaves much to be desired. They act like you're a bother. We wanted to look at Class A's, so we needed a salesman -- that also seemed to be a real bother until we actually connected with the salesman. (The manager we met was also very nice) We are looking to buy, as soon as possible, and we are motivated -- but after twice having such poor customer service at the door...we are certainly cautious about purchasing from this business. read more

I took my camper in for warranty service at the end of October 2018. I've called regularly and left voicemails when no one answers, which is 9 times out of 10. No one has ever returned one of my calls and as far as I know, the work on my camper isn't complete. This is completely ridiculous. I wish there was an option for zero stars. 1 star would say the deserve a rating. Update: I sent an email to the corporate team. I received an initial response Saturday, March 30, 2019 saying they would look into the issue. I've received nothing since and today is April 4th. I asked for a status update on April 2nd and no one has responded. So, a response on Yelp pretending to address the problem is about all that has happened. Update 2: I still have never received a response from the corporate team. I walked in to the store Sunday, April 7, to check on status. I was told someone would call me the next day, no one did. I called the manager I spoke to and he had someone reach out, but they had no answers. I went in to the store on Friday, April 12, and was told work would be done within 10 days. Nothing. I called again Thursday April 25 and was told they'd call back. Nothing. I called back again and was given no clear answers. I called Keystone HQ and was told a manager would contact the store and get back with me. Nothing. Please don't buy from Camping World. This is ridiculous. I have a 2 year warranty and the camper has been in for service more than 6 months now. read more

I called and inquired about service being done on my older pop up camper, the guy was very nice on the phone and explained that they would probably have to order parts after they took a look it since it is older. No big deal, that's understandable. So I book the appointment. Low and behold when I show up they say they have no record of my appointment. I have been waiting 2 weeks to take this thing in and they don't have my appointment?!? The guy asks what we want done. When I explain something might be wrong with the lift system on my pop up he says they don't work on ones that old! I'm in disbelief the guy on the phone totally mislead me (or maybe he was totally inept) and messed up my appointment! After I got upset, he has a guy walk around it for a total of 2 minutes and says there's nothing they can do. Total waste of time, two weeks down the drain and a 2 hour round trip there and back for nothing. I inquired three weeks ago about an rk fifth wheel and received numerous calls weekly. I stopped by yesterday randomly and met friends who already own and shop at camping world. My friend decided to ask the woman at the front desk if she could see someone so she could look at van. She was told that "the vehicles are locked to protect them for future owners." After my friend acknowledged that she knew that and that's why we asked for help, the woman at the front desk slipped her a card to fill out and reluctantly offered to see if she could find someone. As I stood behind her and observed this woman's stuck up demeanor, I was not sure I wanted to deal with her. I did anyway and asked if, seeing I was with the person ahead of me if the person helping her might be able to show me the rig I wrote about and had follow calls on, or if it would be better to see someone that had helped me online or by phone. She looked around as if she was flustered and then looked up and sighed and said, "uh, are you prepared to purchase today"? At that point I was furious and I just walked away. She tried to rebound by then offering to see who she could find. I just said don't bother and my friend and I left immediately. I worked for Nordstrom for 17 years. I cannot believe this woman's behavior. I am interested in a large 5th wheel and my friends already own one and shop for accessories all of the tike at this location. I can assure you I will not be buying my rig there and my friends said they will just order products they need on Amazon going forward. The irony is, I was told the woman behind the desk was the supervisor of the person who had been calling me. Went to try to look at RVs and potentially buy. Nobody offered to help. We looked at the inside RVs, no one even said hi or asked if we needed help. We wanted to look at the outside RVs. We stopped at the front desk. We asked them if the outside RVs were open. No. We needed a sales rep. No offer to get a sales rep. Not one mention of calling us someone. So we left. When I walked toward the back where you place orders for parts I noticed one of the employees playing with a puppy behind the counter. Simply put, stay away. They damaged my brand new travel trailer to the point that it is currently unusable and sitting in storage. The damage was likely made by one of the RV tugs. The GM, Trevor Coley, continues to display a lack of integrity and basic ethics. I have made numerous calls, emails and attempted to set up an appointment just to talk through what can be done to rectify the situation. This has gone on for 3 weeks so far and not a single returned message. Not ONE! This may be a unique circumstance but it really shows that the company moto, "If you're not happy, I'm not happy" carries no value. Beyond that, is their lack of responsibility by putting myself, family and others on the road in danger. They are solely results driven and once the sale is made, they don't care to continue the relationship and offer any sort of customer service. Please take my warning, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We were hoping to follow a dream and build family memories while my kids are still young and this has just become a nightmare. If CW decides to work with me and fix the situation, I will update this review with the results. If not, just keep my story in mind when you decide to make a purchase. Note the theme from many of the other reviews, it primarily issues post sale and Camping World displaying an overall lack of integrity. Don't assume they will help if something goes wrong. Update 5/20/18. Got a call from person with warranty for Dominic refrigerator. Camping world tried to file a claim for part under someone else's name. I don't understand what is going on. My rating drops to a 1 star due to the poorest customer service ever!!! After the purchase of this motor home, we lost 3 refrigerators full of food. After the all three camping trips to different locations, using gas and electric the beautiful $2000 refrigerator failed. We brought the motor home back to Camping World for repair each time and each time being told it was fixed. The last time being told the part - the cooling unit was completely replaced. They lied. We brought the unit to a different RV repair that contacted the warranty dept of the unit and found that nothing was ever replaced through them. I will never bring my unit to them for repair again. You lost all my trust!! I lost confidence in any work that may be completed by this store. Bought a motorhome from them in October 2017- Sales was great. Everything else was the worst!!! read more

My experience at the Manassas camping world rv dealership was disappointing and they did not try hard enough to sell my 2023 coleman rubicon 1200rk trailer on consignment agreement that was sold to me at the camping world expo show for almost $17,000. The consignment manager was horrible and would not guarantee me that they would pay me for the trailer price for more than $9000 on consignment. I previously ask for $16000 for the trailer that they let the consignment agreement expire for three months without paying me the offer which they told me that they could not sell it during the consignment period. I ended up selling trailer to camping world company which they would only give me $6500 for trailer. This price is not even half of the amount I paid for the trailer at the expo show which was brand new and I never get to use it and salesman took advantage of me as a first time camper rv buyer at the expo show. The managers and salesman are lousy and a joke of how they operate. The sales reps were ok, but the managers are the worse- they don't care about the customer, and no help. managers are trying to quickly expire the consignment agreement without no sale and would further reduce the price of the rv much lower than what I paid for. It will be nice for the corporate camping world to pay me $4000 for the hassle they caused me at the expo show last year but manager there won't give me more than $6500 for selling price of the trailer which is way too low for what I paid for at the expo show. It's 'highway' robbery in my opinion. I don't recommend them! Stay away!! They got so many bigger trailer RVs in their lot that they probably have hard time selling them which maybe are greedy in giving away more money to customers who are trying to sell trailer that they don't want like me as first time unhappy buyer. read more

I was contacted by a nice young lady, who I really want to praise. However, I have been left feeling extreme bias and unfairness in the process. I was contacted by "Bob" to do a virtual tour. Everything was great, and yes he was honest and thorough. I asked if he would do another to include my male friend so I am making sure I would not miss anything since this would of been my first camper purchase. Unfortunately, he did not bother even after several requests. He texted me and the price went from 7999 to almost 12k for a used trailer!! I couldn't understand this, so I proceeded with questions, he tried to act like he was giving me a discount on the towing to residence purchase, he obviously forgot who I was and that I was within the stated FREE delivery mile range. My questions were left unanswered. When I got the very nice lady, I believe her name was Kelly, involved, she didn't know why or how so she was going to find out as my heart was set on the camper. However and unfortunate the following day she found out that there was a deposit on the camper by someone BOB sold it to. And I'm speaking of only 1 1/2 days later from initial virtual. Whats more upsetting about this, if I had known I could make a deposit I would have till I got my questions answered or got a better deal. This was never offered to me, mentioned, discussed and so on. I feel that he intentionally did not care nor did he want to be answering my questions, as I am a single woman so I'm sure he sold it to someone else who was either a male or quick with the money. I personally would tell all my camping friends,and all the contacts that I have to stay away, especially if your a single woman who asks questions. My husband and I purchased an RV in July 2019. The salesman quickly responded to all our questions and addressed our concerns. The problem with Camping World is the service department! It take weeks to get in for a oil chance, which is not what we expected for routine maintenance. We ran into some problems with our RV, something continued to drain the battery. My husband called Camping World service department and could not get anyone to answer the phone, he did leave messages. He then tried emailing the service department. Emails where answered by Melissa Springer, who told him that they where not taking anymore service calls until the new year, and what's your problem. We responded with please schedule a service appointment for your first available, explained the issue and gave the specs on our RV. Melissa never got back in touch. Three weeks passed, still no word. We had to contact the administration office, who contacted service to schedule an appointment. We are actively looking for an alternative service facility. Camping World is horrible! Wolfgang was the BEST ! We looked at other dealerships, and even made a financial application at one. Before we found Camping World at Manassas we were very unimpressed with the sales process. My husband dislikes the haggle negotiation style. We found that we got a great deal from Wolfgang. Anyone who thinks the sales person is not the most important part of buying, has never been in sales. Sales people know what they can do to help you. Wolfgang understood what was important. He delivered. The lending team even continued to shop our rate, and saved us over $60.00 a month. The transaction was seamless . I can say that my husband and I truly enjoyed our personal connection with Wolfgang. He has been there many times we have called him for help, post sale. He is ALWAYS been there to help us! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I would NOT go to, buy, or even look at a camper at this camping world (or ANY camping world for that matter). Extremely dissatisfied with our experience. We felt like everything went well up until the point of signing papers, setting up delivery, & fixes needed to be done to the camper. When touring the camper, looking over numbers, & deciding on a camper we felt the salesperson was genuine.... we were wrong! Don't be like us!! We bought a used camper from this location, we had set a deposit for the camper due to an unforeseen accident that caused my husband to be out of work. They were understanding that we would return with the remaining money to be put down for the camper, in the meantime they were supposed to evaluate some fixes that needed to be done in the camper. At the time of signing paperwork we had concerns about a skylight crack, a soften floor in the bathroom, & the outdoor kitchen seal that didn't seem to be fully sealed. It was even WRITTEN in the paperwork we signed that those things would be taken care of. We had the sales guy brush it off & say it will be handled no problems & when we had the remaining money to come in & get a delivery scheduled. They had the camper for 3 weeks. We had scheduled a day to sign more paperwork & set the delivery. They took my husband on a walk through to find out the camper hadn't been TOUCHED or cleaned. My husband expressed confusion & frustration as we had been in contact multiple times about these issues. The sales person was conveniently "out sick", the managers had no idea that work needed to be done, & the supervisors refused to even acknowledge the situation. No one corrected the situation. IT WAS IN OUR PAPERWORK - they wrote off & SIGNED it!! How could they not acknowledge something they signed off on? They said at one point they had ordered the parts to fix the skylight & were billed for it but then later said they cant even order the parts because they're unavailable. They pulled the old seal off the outdoor kitchen & redid that while my husband was there. The floor was something they refused to even speak about even though the salesperson & our paperwork stated that they would look at & fix the issue. They refused to come down off the price, refused to compensate for the communication fail, & ultimately told us tough shit on the whole thing..... & I thought we were having a great experience until this.... these things were discussed for hours, & written in our SIGNED paperwork. It felt like I was talking to people who didn't even speak my language when expressing the utter confusion & frustration. We had already paid for our rental spot, fell in love with the camper, & ultimately decided we would fix the camper issues ourselves because we can... but everyone in the place (except for James, he's a great guy in the finance dept. - they should give him a promotion & a raise) is crooked lying folks who just want to make a sale. They do not care what they have to say to you to get you to sign the paperwork. I HIGHLY recommend searching elsewhere or privately when looking for a camper. While my husband was waiting he overheard another dispute between another (older) customer who had sold his camper to them, he had given the camper to them SIX MONTHS ago, & he has yet to be paid for it. Just gross corporate greed & lying gross scum. I would never want my elderly friends & family to experience anything like that other customer - just a guy being taken advantage of! Nor would I want anyone to be treated the same as us, please take this review as a warning to stay away & run in the other direction. I am hearing some similar stories from friends as well. We have warned all our friends in the market for campers -- now to warn anyone else. Stay away! They don't care about you or your family, just want to make money. Rushed to fill out and run a credit app and once qualified I was told that the unit that I wanted had a deposit already placed on it by someone else and that if I wanted the one I applied for I needed to put a deposit down and they could bring in another one. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! Let me tell you why camping world of Manassas deserves every terrible review it has received. The short version is this; I bought a $30,000 camper which upon receipt was missing parts that I was told were included on / in the unit as part of the sale. There were also multiple structural issues that should have been caught & corrected by the staff before I drove 03 hours to pick it up. I have now owned the camper for approximately 03 months... guess what? Everything is still missing and still broken! I have gone through my salesman, the parts manager, the service manager, the general manager, the sales manager, and two different people at Camping World Headquarters. They (all of them) are no longer returning my calls, texts, or emails; therefore I am still without resolution. I have spoken with Base Legal regarding what appears to be fraudulent behavior on the part of Camping World. Soooo unless you appreciate the sensation of banging your head against the wall, being drowned in red tape bureaucracy, phone trees that go nowhere, and being utterly disregarded once someone already has your money, DO NOT GO TO CAMPING WORLD OF MANASSAS FOR ANYTHING. read more

Just FYI, I have not received a single reply. 4:11 PM (1 minute ago) to MarcusVIP Just a couple of updates. Visited my favorite Camping World to speak to manager. Sales Manager was there as General Manager was gone for the day. Sales Manager invited the Service Manager to participate in the discussion. Walked through the whole story and explained to both of them that I was promised the camper last night as today is the first day of our vacation. Great first day so far. Was told by the Service Manager that he would get it done today. This was at 10 this morning. Went by at 3 and was told they were on it. Drove around the back of the service area and imagine this, my camper is still sitting outside with no work completed. The service closes at 5. Two hours to complete both air conditioners, I think not. My money is on getting a phone call at 5 telling me the the camper isn't ready yet. Actually now that I think of it, based on the past week, I won't get a call at all and if I call the only thing I will get is voicemail. This store is a complete joke. Fire them all and start over again. Since I haven't gotten a single reply to my emails, I will assume that Mr. Lemonis is not interested at all in his claims to read all complaints. If you need your rig worked on in a timely manner, just keep searching for another location. But you have an appointment, you say? Doesn't matter. A couple easy things to get looked at? Good luck! So you decide to make the appointment and drop off your rig anyways...good luck getting anyone from the service department on the phone after you drop your rig off. A promise for a return phone call? Don't hold your breath. Leave a message so you can get a call back? Maybe...but not likely. A little background: In early Feb I made an appointment to drop my rig off on March 11th. At the time of drop off, I was told I would get a call back by the end of the week. No dice...so I stopped in because I happened to be in the area. Rig hadn't been touched. I was told I would get a call back the next week. No dice. I tried to call on Mar 26 and left a voicemail... no return call. I tried again on Apr 2, no dice. Contacted the e-commerce folks via the camping world website and finally got a phone call from Josh in Georgia. He said he'd contact the service department and they should call me back by 1500 the next day. No dice. Finally heard from service on the 4th after 1600 at which time I said I would just pick up my rig at 1000 on the 5th. Rig was still shoved 6 deep in a corner when I arrived at 0950. Rig finally pulled out and ready for hook up at 1040. While the staff was mostly courteous, my rig was never looked at despite having an appointment. I get it...they are busy. But if they are so busy they can't work on a rig, then don't offer an appointment. And then answer the phone or provide a call back. read more

Update on 7/2/2018 Although we had a horrible experience with service, I will say that it has gotten better. They seem to hiring the additional people needed and the 2nd time our camper was there, they actually fixed everything. It was about a week later than the promised date, but i was ok with that since we told them we needed it a week earlier than necessary. I swore up and down that I wouldn't ever go back there again, but they offered us a sweet deal on a 369BHS cougar, which we just couldn't pass up. We were actually going to drive to Arkansas because of the savings (the dealer in Gambrills MD, not mentioning any names Leo), but Manassas matched the deal and it saved us well over 5K Vs Leo's. We were there most of the day when we purchased the camper, so be sure to show up early. The walk through went relatively smooth, the tech did end up solving all the issues and the walk through was more complete then when i bought my last camper. The salesman Wayne didn't leave me hanging too much and did come to check on me quite frequently (Much better than the other place that i bout it from). To be fair, I can't properly review this business. After wandering around both inside and outside, waiting by the sales desks while the sales team talked and joked around with each other and exploring the four campers they had displayed, I was not approached or asked if I needed help or had any questions. Clearly I can not review service I'm not confident is even offered. Another woman there was having the same problem and complained to the manager and was helped afterwards. I wasn't interested in putting that much effort into being helped. I would be a first time RV buyer (interested in class B) and had many questions about maintaining an RV. I don't think I would trust this staff to accurately give me the information I was looking for. If you're looking for a big parking lot with lots of fiberglass rectangles to look at, have I got a place for you. If you were looking for information or to purchase a RV, maybe try elsewhere. read more

Boyfriend and I walked into showroom and conducted a self tour as not one associate acknowledged our presence or even made eye contact. We literally walked into every rv in the show room and not one person came up to assist us or said even hi. We felt very unwelcome. I don't know if it was because we were an interracial couple or because we chose to wear masks or something else entirely. Felt like we were invisible. And there were several associates just sitting at desks on their phone. We stopped at the front desk to get a brochure and the woman sitting there never even looked up! We will definitely be taking our business to another dealer. This is unacceptable and I've never experienced this level of lack of service ever!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible attitude and customer neglect by 4 out of 5 employees I had contact with. This place has EXTREMELY limited space for your vehicle and trailer/RV. When I entered there was no space in the front. I made one right turn and I was stuck. I had to go to the back of the building to turn around but the sign said I wasn't allowed there. As I was contemplating what to do, an employee almost hit my trailer with another he was moving with a forklift. Of course he had an attitude and told me to go around back and turn around. While following directions I was met with a yard superintendent on a forklift and told me that I wasn't supposed to be back there and there was no room to leave my truck & trailer while I waited to get a quote for a repair. I finally parked up front at the entrance path and was told I couldn't park there. By this time I was very frustrated. I told him that "if you can find a better place to park I'll move it, until then it stays and leave me alone!" Upon entrance, I made known my needs. I stood there for 25 minutes in front of the counter waiting to be addressed while people walked around like busy bees (granted they were busy) not even acknowledging I was alive....for the entire 25 minutes. When someone finally asked what I needed and I replied with, "a repair quote" I was told that there was no one available to conduct a quote. Really! I stood there for 25 minutes for that! I was pissed. I left, went to the Camping World in Fredericksburg. They took wonderful care of me. They are an hour out of the way for me but well worth the trip. Do not use this place !!! Had a fridge installed, quoted a price had to go way over, and when I paid in full. I got a call saying I owe money to a different department even though i paid. It's a mess between the service side and the store side. Avoid the headache and go somewhere else. I have receipts saying I paid the amount they are looking for but still getting calls about this payment !!! read more

After several weeks of online research and looking at several dealers we found ourselves at Camping World in Manassas this past Sunday. I wasn't sure on what to expect based on some of the online reviews but I'd give 10 stars if I could. I couldn't disagree more. From start to finish the entire process was great!! Wolfgang spent hours showing us different campers and we went back to the initial camper we went there to look at, a Forest River Vibe. I can't say enough about the entire staff. Wolfgang was extremely patient with my indecisiveness, the finance manager wasn't even scheduled that day but happened to pop in to catch-up on paperwork and offered to do all of our paperwork so I wouldn't have to make a special trip to Manassas through the work week, Mrs. Dunlap (the gal in the store) was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Down to the toilet paper lol. Even the lady at the front desk giving popcorn was super sweet! We have waited for years to make this large purchase for our family and I'm pleased to say that Camping World made it very enjoyable!! read more

My motor home has been there for over 6 months they have not even taken it in and looked at it yet nor have sent anything to warrantee my warranty's going to be up in October in which it is October now but at the end of October. They don't answer phone calls that don't return my calls anything they literally just ignore me and my buses sitting there .I went their recently to find out what was going on in they a promised me that I would be sent out to warrantee they never sent it out. Went online to see if the store has the product I'm looking for (heated hose) but the product online didn't specify the diameter of the hose so I called the store to check availability and size. Called 3 times, got transferred to voicemail, 2nd time got transferred to accounts payable and transferred back to voicemail, 3rd time I called I explained that I would like to talk to a live person for inquiry about product and not voicemail (still didn't talked to anyone) the call went straight to voicemail. And when I walked in the store there was no customer and no help around the store. read more

I dropped my 2020 fifth wheel off on 12/15/21 and got my first update on 1/15/22. I could barely read the email as the grammar was terrible. I had to schedule a phone call to get explanations. I reviewed all the responses and none of them made sense to me. I had flickering lights, they told me that I had a bad battery. I had a TV with no display, they told me that I had a bad antennae. I had a major window leak so I asked for them to pull the window and make sure there was no mold and to find out why it was leaking. They kept telling me there was no mold but never confirmed that they actually removed the window and looked. I went back and forth with the desk rep and kept getting the same answers. At one point, I was told that the service guys would not look at my camper again until they were guaranteed that they would be paid. I have an extended warranty, the desk rep told me that he was too busy and that it was a pain to call them so he kept putting it off. Finally, on day 91, I had to pitch a fit to get a manager involved. I found out that none of the repairs that were supposedly needed were needed at all. My flickering lights were caused by bad fuse leads which were covered under my warranty. My TV had spliced wires in the back from the elevator mechanism, that was also covered under warranty. The window was warped which was causing the leak and that was finally submitted to insurance and they are covering that as well. I picked up my RV on 4/9/22 - no service person was available to walk me through the repairs. Someone had left all the lights on in the camper so the battery was dead and I couldn't lift it to hook it up to my truck. While driving it to my seasonal site in MD, I would have thought someone was rear ending me constantly. The camper kept jerking around whenever our speed changed. We found that Camping World removed a plate from the camper hitch and did not put it back on. That plate controls the shifting of the camper. My RV is about 14,000 lbs and I could've had an accident and killed someone! I still have two repairs to be completed and I am absolutely scared to take it back here at the end of the season for them to be completed. My camper say on their lot for 110 days before repairs were complete. Oh, and the corporate guy, told me that my service order was processed timely and there was no time out of service!! read more

Our camper has been with them since mid-July (3 months now) and absolutely NO work had been completed until my husband stopped by there on Monday and insisted on talking to the GM. We were then told they would get everything completed on Tuesday. Today is Friday and they have not called to give us an update. My husband called to be informed that they still don't have all the parts. We weren't able to use our camper all summer due to their incompetence and lack of customer service / communication.
