Thank you John of Camping World Fort Worth! I called the parts department earlier in the day looking for an item. The Camping World nearest to us didn't carry it, but the Fort Worth store did. John said they had it in stock and we headed that way. John helped us learn about installment, answered a few of our questions, helped us make a decision on which item might be best to purchase in our situation while giving different scenarios for each item. What a nice and knowledgeable young man! Thank you to John of Camping World Fort Worth for helping us find and learn about our purchase! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOU TRAILER HERE FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND/OR MONEY. They won't take your calls They won't call you back They won't give you updates They won't keep up with the parts they order They won't order replacement parts for the parts they lost They won't coordinate with the OEM They put warrantee work on the back burner They won't get any of my business ever again Six weeks of pure hell - wish I could give them zero stars Hate to give a bad review of anywhere but I am trying to make sure no one else gets treated the same. read more

Camping World on Quebec and 820 in Lake Worth TX is the worst!!! We have only had our RV 1 and half months. We had to call them out within the first 2 weeks. And now our air conditioner in over our bed has gone out. It is in the dog days of summer here in Texas. They don't seem to care even a little bit!!! I have called, went up there to get paperwork on the extra warranty that we bought. To see what was covered and was given nothing but a paper that says nothing!!! Please if you buy an RV. Please do yourself a favor and Not from this awful place. Now they are saying that someone will come to look at it in August. And I don't mean the 1st week in August either. read more

We were able to get another key for our camper door since we brought the key code this time. (This was the 2nd trip here in one week) today is a great day to visit Camping World in Ft. After our first trip with our new Silverlake there were a few minor issues. Got an appointment right away and all the issues was repaired the same day. I forgot to show them the window blind but that was fixed as well by the technician. These folks are excellent, friendly and effective. I can recommend the Lake Worth Camping World, they are the best! read more

Traveling from Virginia with my friends New RV from Canping World! We get to Texas and boy was it hot! Thought the AC had broken, but there was a Power Surge in Ft Worth and they reset the GCI plugs for us, tested the intake and outward air, went above what was expected! Thank you so very much! Much appreciated! read more

Camping World has the worst service bar none! Had a simple oil change done on my Motorcoach generator and the stripped out the plug and the proceeded to ruin the oil. After 6 months still I'm still trying to get them to fix it. As for the Marcus Lemonis "if you aren't happy, I'm not happy" help line its a joke. You can't get any one of importance at Camping World to help! I would think twice before doing business with this company! Now that I have called so many times they put me on infinity hold just to discourage me from calling. read more

Still waiting on cash payment $40000 to be refunded! Was given keys and Bill of Sale, but told later we were sold the wrong RV. This one cost much more and could not be sold for this price! I noticed that Camping World came back and said please contact us. We strive to do better. I have a list as long as my arm for every single time I have contacted them with the problem and I always get the same results. NOTHING!!! They want to try to look at on yelp when they get a bad review the truth is stay away from that place. I'd rather have the plague than to EVER WALK INTO ANOTHER CAMPING WORLD! But if you're totally into abuse being lied to and ripped off, feel free to go to Camping World. If you want a decent RV for a good price and deal with honest people, they're not gonna lie their butt off and sandbag your loan which they did for the tune of $16,000 and purposely left out gap insurance. The list goes on of horrifying, awful awful experiences. People that are rude. When you call people that will not return your call. They do not care about the product once they have their money you become dead to them. They just do not care. They don't care about their products they don't care about your safety and pulling the vehicle. They don't care about their service or the fact that it's the poorest customer service in the country. Just do yourself a favor don't walk, run from Camping World! If anybody is interested in more information, I have a yelp account you can contact me and I'm happy to share with you my 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper with the list of everything that went wrong and everything that they did badly because it was pretty terrible. Terrible is an understatement. It was the worst experience of my life!!! read more

The service after the sale is not available! We have had several issues and long story short I will never buy from them and made sure my friends will not either! They lost out on a huge sale my friend is making because of the way we have been treated! Do not go here!! Too bad I have to give a star at all! read more

In the business world, there are those people who "get it" and those people who don't. The service manager at this Camping World is one of those who doesn't get it and apparently feels that lying to customers instead of owning up to their mistakes is ok. I've used them once before to get parts and things worked out fine, but this time, It was a circus of lies and excuses. read more

Great experience! I don't have the need to go to Camping World much these day - not like I did the first few years of RVing. But I'm glad there are there. My RV refrigerator seems to freeze items on the top shelf and I fear it's because we have it stuffed with too much food. We've already fiddled with the cool control to no avail. So today, I bought a small battery powered fan that sets inside the refrigerator to circulate the air continuously. Hopeful that it's my fix. Back to Camping World - I called them, they had what I needed. I drove over there and they'd pulled it from parts before I arrived. Smooth transaction - great experience. read more

Absolutely pathetic! We ordered roofing membrane for a camper restoration, paying quite a bit more than we would have from an online seller in order to get it faster. Apparently, when one person is out, the whole department is helpless. It's hard to believe in this day & age they have to rely on one person to place, track and then locate an order. We finally got it, much later than promised and paying substantially more than had we ordered online. We also discovered their markup is nearly 100%. Every time I've called, no one answers and i get transferred to a National call center, who then try to connect me to the store:department I called for. Then they still don't answer and don't return calls. We finally had to go to the store to see what was up. The person at the parts/service counter had no clue. When I expressed my frustration, the guy pretty much said it wasn't his problem. We finally had to track down someone in management, who, after telling us they didn't have our order went and looked. To his great surprise, they did have it read more

Recently bought used 29 foot RV for my sister. Sales rep. T.J. Weber did an outstanding job in showing us RVs. He was very knowledgeable ,professional, and personable. On top of this, he demonstrated extreme patience and sincere concern for my sister when she returned the day after sale to show her various units to make her feel confident in the trailer and deal we had already agreed upon. And it is a great trailer and good deal. I was the one who paid for it and so more appropriate for me to assess. so just all the more impressive that TJ took the time to put her mind at ease, fulling realizing he did not have to do that with her. I was technically the customer. He was just being a kind and a patient human being. Camping World is blessed to have him as an employee. read more

To whom it may concern, we just bought a nice RV 27 foot at Camping World in Lake Worth Texas of Quebec street. The day we bought we went on a trip to Florida for a week. Things fell apart apart in the camper like the bedroom door, USB ports didn't work, door to shower doesn't lock and a couple of little things. We bought it back on week 2 that we have had it. And now has been in one month and 2 days in the shop and ave left messages for the store manager and shop manager and no call back. The last time my wife called the shop manager he was very rude. For our 1st time buys of a RV not very well. Will keep everyone that see's this post including social media and other websites that I build up to date to see when we get our RV back. ,Thank you for reading IFBB J.F read more

My daughter's and I hadn't ever seen the inside of an RV. We stopped by Camping World because it was close to our hotel. I would've given more than 3 stars. But I didn't appreciate the judgements of one of the sales associates about us having a family Spring Break vacation in Ft. Worth. We reside in Allen. There are many things in Ft. Worth we hadn't experienced, so we thought it would be great to go to Ft. Worth and experience new things. Plus as an educator on a budget, I have to find family friendly affordable vacations. After going to Camping World my daughter's now want to try camping in an RV, so I'll look for camping site rentals. My kids enjoyed our trip to Ft. Worth. To the sales associate please be careful of the judgment you express and show on your face. Had I been at the store to buy an RV you would've lost me as customer. read more

We stopped in for one thing for our RV. We were greeted by several employees. They directed us right where we needed to go. We decided to look around while there. They had everything you could imagine for RVs/camping. It was fun looking in the new campers inside with ac instead of outside in the heat. The main thing we noticed was how polite every single employee was. Each person we walked past greeted us. That is hard to find in many businesses today. read more

First contact with your customers could be by phone which mine was. Based on my interaction with service I'd never bring my RV here. I didn't want to mess with installing my Reese M5 so called to get a quote. There are 4 pieces, there are 6 bolts, and 2 nuts with spring clips... they quoted me $750-$1000 to install. 4 hours for that? I'll take my business elsewhere. Could've gained a customer for life but ended up losing one based on one phone call. read more

Customer service is awful. I was with a couple who wanted to buy two rv recliners. We looked at them for over 15 minutes and no one offered to assist us. This is a follow up to the previous post I made about a faulty propane regulator that Camping World, Fort Worth gave me for a supposed warranty issue. Read the previous post for more details. I had a lot of problems with the exchanged regulator and tried to get a replacement covered under warranty, which it should have been. They told me my year warranty was up since I bought the trailer in August 2022. Little did they seem to not know, it was not until about the following March that I got this worthless regulator I have now. They want me to buy another regulator now. I didn't even want to exchange the original one that had NO problems. I'll buy it from them so I can make sure it's the correct one. However, this will be my last transaction with them because I'm done shopping with them! I don't feel any customer loyalty! I don't know them from Adam. Next time it won't be them getting my money! Buyer beware! read more

My first experience with a rv dealership, did not go well, looked at some campers at camping world, decided on 1, told them how much I can put down, got the paper work to sign , the down payment was higher then I had said I could put down, and the payments a mth were higher then they stated that I would paying a mth, they did not show me anything about the trailer that worked prior to the paper work. I would look at other reviews besides welp as they are lower then welp. I added the reviews from bbb and they are not accredited by bbb, but yet they over 1000 complaints, yelp puts the good reviews first and the negative reviews last read more

We have been to Camping World three time and each time there has been an issue. The biggest problem is that the service is terrible. Worst RV store/shop/service center experiences ever. Jorge and the service/parts counter are useless and unresponsive - in the store and follow up. Repeated v/e-mails NEVER returned. Seems consistent from other reviewers. Starting in April, I enquired about a part with Jorge. After not getting any return calls or e-mails, I went to Camping World and ordered the part, from Jorge. After 6 weeks I called, left several messages (all un-returned) and then after once again going to the store, found the part was at the store, had been for 3 weeks, and they had no indication where I had paid for it. Young blond female in black shirt was as much help as Jorge, so I'm assuming your training program is working well. What I just described concluded yesterday with my initial review. My experiences at their particular store has been very consistent for the last two years (since opening). Never a single positive experience. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! We bought a brand new camper in January, and it STILL does not work correctly. Not in the need of an RV already have one , my review is about the prices of all the RV extras. My goodness CW, 99% of everything you sell can be bought at much lower prices on Amazon, even with shipping costs. piece of advice, get rid of half the floor sales people and hire more mechanics to lower repair times. Next , lower the costs on all the RV stuff that mostly crappy plastic parts that don't last. read more

I bought a 5th wheel and was happy with the deal. I found somethings wrong with the unit and I reported it to the service department. Katelyn my service representative had the unit checked and requested repair authorization from Keystone the parent company of Dutchmen RV. Keystone denied the repairs saying the unit was delivered in November and they didn't report anything. Katelyn advised me and referred me to Alex the service manager. I advised Alex of the problem and he contacted the Sales Manager who authorized the repairs. Alex and Katelyn went out of their way to get me taken care of. I'm happy with Camping World but disappointed with the quality of the unit from Dutchman. read more

I called 3-15-23 and I talked to Tessa and she made an appointment with us and she talked to GM and made an appointment to have our motorhome appraised for the auto registration to get tags. She told me that the GM told her it would be $150. We had our appointment at 2 PM on 3-16-23 and we arrive 10 minutes early and was waited on very promptly by Tessa. And we were immediately welcomed by Jeff I believe he said sales manager. All the salesman there were amazing. Also we had our three-year-old granddaughter with us. She was there for over three hours and they entertained her helped her and we were there during the hail storm, which was even more amazing but scary. Joey the tech in the shop was also very good and very nice to Ricky. He explained a lot of stuff to Ricky helped him. At the end when we were ready to pay Tessa came over and explained everything to us gave me the appraisal paperwork that was finished and told me that I needed to go to the service to pay my $150. I went over there and one gentleman which I'm sorry I did not get his name. He said that he couldn't fix the invoice because he tried to charge me $250 and said that we were missed quoted and there shop rate was $180 a hour and I said well I'm happy to pay what I was quoted which was $150 and he says well I can't change the paperwork and I can't give you a receipt for that and I said OK so nobody else here can fix it so he said well I'll be right back I will get there shop manager I said OK thank you! My husband was giving him his drivers license because he didn't have us in there even though we're Sam Goody customers and he said well you need to give us credit authorization for your credit card and I said well we don't want to do credit card we want to pay cash he says well I can't give you a receipt for that. I said well I've got to have this paperwork to give to the auto registration and Alex he's a service manager. He said well I would've just rip that paperwork up because I don't know what kind of stuff you're trying to pull here we wasn't trying to pull anything we were trying to pay what we were told. Alex also told me he was gonna call auto registration on me. I have never been talked to like that in a place of business ever. I would never use that service center as long as he's the shop manager. Other than that our experience at Camping world was amazing. Thanks, C Wright read more
