If you haven't trusted them with your RV needs, you are truly missing out. On Friday, July 3rd, my wife and I were on the highway towing our Black Series HQ21. Suddenly, the travel trailer started to violently sway back and forth so much that it crossed into other lanes. My heart was racing as I finally gained control, pulled off at the next exit, and drove straight to Vogt RV Super Center. I was visibly shaking from the ordeal when I explained the situation to Sara K and Lindsey, with two technicians, Greg and Juan, listening in. I told them our trailer had never done anything like this before. Without even asking me to set up an appointment, Sara K spoke to Greg, and they immediately walked out to my trailer. Within 15 minutes, they had made their assessment, brought out their tools, and got straight to work. I couldn't believe my eyes: Sara K and Greg were on their backs on the scorching asphalt--it was over 90 degrees outside--fixing the problem while Juan assisted. Another 15 to 20 minutes later, everything was completely fixed. Because of their incredible dedication and quick action, my wife and I were able to safely complete our journey to our property in Oklahoma. I want to send a heartfelt THANK YOU to Sara K, Greg, Lindsey, and Juan for providing a great customer experience. There was no charge for the repair. This level of care reflects directly on the fantastic leadership and vision of the two service managers, Cliff and Steven. Great job, gentlemen, keep up the excellent work pouring into your team on what really matters! Your friend,

As a manufacturer - Storyteller has made efforts to change perceptions about the RV industry and its dealer network by building a very-high quality overland vehicle, creating a community around it and standing behind its product. These things are easy to say and print on a flyer - but from my initial buying experience, handling warranty work and general vehicle support - Vogt RV Fort Worth is excelling in this initiative. It starts with great people. From Aaron Vogt to Alexandra Jones and on the service side with Sara Shipman and service advisor Jeremy - this group is 'team consumer' and puts effort into communication and high-quality work. Special shout out to Sara Shipman - she is the real deal. A genuine advocate for quality work outcomes and a fierce advocate with her dealer and parts network to make things happen and happen on time. Sara is a big reason we continue to bring business to Vogt. Vogt has great special events, a growing offering of accessories and aftermarket upgrades and brings the good vibes and fun atmosphere - give them a look!

It's really frustrating as a woman brining your vehicle in to be fixed and feeling like you are being over charged because you don't know what you don't know. This has happened so many times. I was quoted 445.00 but it turned out it really cost 823.00. Yeah, a pretty big difference. The details are important. Turned out I needed 2 parts since I have 2 a/c units. Oh! maybe you should make sure I understand that or at least let me decide if I want BOTH a/c units upgraded. Seems like you were trying to pull a fast one!
