Our experience from choosing the RV to the customer service after the sale was amazing!!! My wife and I can't say thanks enough to Chase the Finance Manager, Dustin the GM, and last but definitely not least Jose Gonzales our salesman! We even had a question about an item in the RV and Jose walked us through it (after the sale) at 9pm at night! Will not return my calls after purchase and we are having all kinds of issues. The extended warranty is worthless. I've only had this RV 1 month!!!!! I will be in touch with the BBB. Very upset! My ac is not working and its over 100 degrees outside, my control panel stopped working for the awning, and I had to turn off the water to my toilet because it wont stop running. UPDATE~7 months later. My AC units are still not repaired, the microwave went out I've been "waiting on parts" since August. Do not buy from them. Bought my 120k motorhome from them in January and it's been in the shop for 2 months getting things fixed. Ron Everett and his team said they back up anything that was wrong with it and when it came down to it backed out. I received it with a check engine light on and a windshield wiper hanging off. Along with all the air bags leaking and front brakes so shot out I had to replace the drums and brakes. Generator was missing a neutral so it wouldnt charge any of the batteries and my main awning doesn't come out. STAY AWAY. read more

once you're out the door, they forget who you are, call you with high pressure tactics trying to make you feel bad that you haven't made your mind up or not, once I got my RV, and found some major issues with it they wouldn't even help pay half for the repairs. Originally gave a great review for this place. Salesman was top notch, I've had complaints with him. Purchased a 2007 Coachman Legend diesel pusher that everything checked out on beside the dash A/C wasn't workin. They agreed to fix it and did. They replaced the entire system from the a/c compressor to the dash after keeping it another 3 week. I pick up the unit drive home then leave for a weekend trip, drive 150 miles and the air compressor for the brakes and air bags goes out. I call them to see if they are going to help me with the repairs and I'm first asked if I purchased extended warranty of which I replied no. They responded with you purchased it as is and they were not going to help me at all. This is after a $82,000.00 purchase and $22,000.00 cash down payment with me only driving 150 miles. Horrible way to do business and would NOT! recommend doing business with them. read more

Not sure if we got a deal but we searched and searched for a low profile toy hauler and you bet we drove from CA to Texas! We picked her up after checking it out, and was on the road in a couple hours! Happy with the customer service, happy with our trailer! They have great used inventory if your looking from anywhere in the US I highly recommend this place! This place is fraudulent. Unprofessional low-end used car lot feel all around. Their business model is to buy RVs at wholesale, then not inspect them of repair them until some ignorant sucker (like me) comes by. They claim they only do a pre-delivery inspection once the unit is sold (how does that make sense??). So they show dirty, uncleaned, damaged RVs with promises to fix things once you buy the unit!! I had the good judgement to get an independent RV inspector to look it over once I put down a deposit, and then the deal got worse. Despite him scheduling a time to do the inspection, the unit was not set up as promised, there was no way to test the septic, they passive refused to provide the access or assistance to complete his job. Not unexpectedly, he found numerous major issues (it had been wrecked with extensive frame repair, among other things) that made the unit junk. I did not bother to get this dealership to fix the items given the sleazy nature of the facility, as I would not trust that they would do a competent and honest job. We put down a $1500 deposit at their sister store in Burleson, TX. For various reasons we did not end up purchasing the unit, and requested a refund. Our salesman, Alan S, messaged me (so I've got it in writing) on 3/8/21 that he got it approved to "get our refund". He put $500 of the total $1500 back onto our debit card, but informed us that the other $1000 would have to be mailed in a check. That has been over two weeks ago and nothing has come in the mail. The most concerning part is that they will no longer answer the phone or return our calls. We just want information. Has it been mailed, is it lost in the mail......do they intend to mail it?? No response. That is not even remotely alright for a so called professional business to just disappear like that. It's highly questionable. We just want the money back, that was promised to us back on 3/8 and I have the confirmation that it was approved via text message, so in black and white. I'm not clear what they're running from?? It's not like I'm asking for extra money, I just want mine back and $1000 is not huge. They already gave me $500 of it so what are they waiting for on the rest?? The other interesting thing that I have found in my research is that they have multiple dealership names, multiple phone #'s and addresses. Hmmm. read more

I called to see about getting my trailer's wheel bearings repacked and brakes checked. They are conveniently located and both are items listed on their service department web page. But when I called, I was told that they don't do any type of "chassis repair", only body work. Odd since those are specifically listed on their website. read more

Biggest bunch of bold face liars and cheaters I've ever dealt with in my life. Told me they triple check everything to make sure you are happy with your purchase and said they would "take care of you after the sale". Once I got the rv home figured out the refrigerator doesn't work and one of the air conditioners was malfunctioning. Ya, they "took care of me." They replaced the wrong air conditioner, never fixed the refrigerator and when I call on a daily basis to check on the progress (as I was having to stay in a hotel while waiting on them) the service manager cried like a little girl to the owner who cussed me out and told me to "come get your damn rv" I highly DO NOT RECOMEND this place to anyone. OMG DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! I was very impressed at 1st with the salesman and in 'general'. I was assured that when an rv is purchased, their 'techs' go over it with a fine tooth comb. JUST IN CASE, of course, I purchased a 3 year warranty. Being a 1st timer, I 'trusted' what they said and did not have them turn on the heater, stove, etc... or in this case, perhaps, have them dump water over the top of it and on the windows. When it was delivered, the stairs had been 'replaced' with really bent and weak ones because 'someone who wasn't authorized' had entered the rv and busted the original steps.... at the same time of delivery, we discovered the heat / stove were not working. After MANY calls, they agreed to come out, replace the steps and replace the regulator...the stairs were replaced as said, but they did not replace the regulator (not their problem since it's not in their possession any longer). One of the 2 men that came out was extremely rude and quite scary Warranty insurance took 3 weeks before we could get it fixed (not the dealer issue). NOW we have leak and leak and leak! For my 1st experience, I have learned a lot..... and I will NEVER recommend this place to any body. read more

I have been trying to get a refund from the extended warranty since I no longer own that RV. It has been since March 2017 and still no refund. I have sent several emails to the financial manager and sent all the follow up emails to Greg who I believe is the owner or sales manager and no responsive. This is not the way to conduct business. Dont waste your time. I waited over a month for my trailer to be delivered over a piece of metal. I observed a lot during my several trips to the dealership. They fix your unit with used parts. Scrap they have collected. The one tech there smelled of alchohol and shakes like an alcoholic, the hippie guy acts like a meth addict. They did not even test drive motorized units according to tech mike. They just give them to the public. Unsafe practice, at best. They use used parts so bottom lines higher. Come to find out the incredible deal i was getting....ya right. Mike told us that they had 6500 into the unit and they tried to nail us for 25000 price? Standard practice there people. They drink on the job, do drugs at the dealership, and frankly they just cant follow through. The sevice manager cant keep up with orders or customers. So do not expect after service care at all. We walked away after the employee shared these things. We will not support any operation that works people in the heat like that and not even provide them with water while the office "jokes" make 100,000.00 or more per year. Take care of those who take care of you. Bottom line they lie, treat people as insignificant, and its just about getting you out the door with contract signed.
