It's really frustrating as a woman brining your vehicle in to be fixed and feeling like you are being over charged because you don't know what you don't know. This has happened so many times. I was quoted 445.00 but it turned out it really cost 823.00. Yeah, a pretty big difference. The details are important. Turned out I needed 2 parts since I have 2 a/c units. Oh! maybe you should make sure I understand that or at least let me decide if I want BOTH a/c units upgraded. Seems like you were trying to pull a fast one! I will go elsewhere in the future AND I'll make sure I let everyone know why!

I had a trailer that the ramp had shifted and frame was bent. Not only was that fixed , they fixed a broken light, new bolts that had been missing from the ramp latch and fixed my break away system. I don't ever remember a time in the last 5 years where someone did what they said they would do, stayed on budget and actually did more to make sure the everything was in perfect working order. Wanted to relay an amazing experience we had with Trails End Truck Accessories in Weatherford, TX…read more We blew both airbags last Friday on our AirLift system on our F350. We dropped our load in Houston and headed up to Dallas Friday night. We were buying a 95 gallon RDS Auxilliary tank from someone on Saturday, so we thought we would find someone to fix the airbags. We found Trails End, but they were closed until Monday. We we stopped in Monday morning they didn't have the airbags in stock, so we contacted 4 Wheel Parts in Fort Worth and they said they could order them for Wednesday delivery and installation. Waiting for the airbags we realized the aux tank we bought wouldn't fit the truck bed, so Trails End gave us an amazing deal on a tank/toolbox combo and installed it that same day. They also welded brackets so we could install 2, 36" toolboxes on the trailer. Fast forward to Wednesday morning. The airbags came into 4 Wheel Parts, but they said they were booked for the whole week and couldn't get us in to install them (after we had paid 1/2 down back on Monday). We picked up the airbags and brought them back to Trails End and they will be installing them first thing tomorrow morning (Thursday). 4 Wheel Parts could care less that we're an Emergency Response logistics company that needs to get back on the road. The current Manager, Joe Bailey started trash-talking the crew at Trails End which is very unprofessional, horrible customer service. Also of note, 4 Wheel Parts has an entire team of installers on site, as they're a national company. Trails End only has 2 installers, but their desire to go above and beyond to prioritize emergency situations and service customers is exemplary. One more example of using small companies over big-box stores. Please consider supporting Trails End for all you hotshotters out their based in Texas or traveling through Texas.

Hi Everyone, Two…read moredays ago I bought a new truck from Jerry's Chevrolet in Weatherford. I worked with Dalton as my salesman. The entire process went amazingly well. Dalton was up front and honest during our negotiation. He didn't try to "sell" me. He was available but not overbearing. I could not be happier with how well the transaction went! Thank you to Dalton and the entire staff at Jerry's for making a usually horribly stressful process painless and rewarding! Jim

4 Wheel Parts had to literally rebuild my entire suspension after a distracted teen destroyed it…read more They worked diligently with the insurance adjuster to carefully diagnose every problem that kept my 2022 Jeep Gladiator from being in proper alignment and functioning properly. The tech at the desk, Corey, kept in contact with the insurance adjuster throughout the process and kept me informed of every item needed, giving me quotes and expected delivery dates on everything. This process, working with an Insurance company was made a whole lot less painful because Corey took it to task and made sure everybody was informed and parts were ordered and acquired. Anyone that has worked with a vehicle manufacturer knows what a headache ordering parts are, but to rebuild an entire suspension has to be quite involved. Corey has been with my Jeep build from 2022 to present and I trust 4 Wheel Parts because of professionalism like this. If you have a need or desire to outfit/repair your vehicle, service techs like Corey at 4 Wheel Parts in Lake Worth, Texas won't disappoint (even if it's an insurance related issue).

He sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes only to watch them pull another truck into the bay and onto the alignment machine. After he called them out in it they moved the other truck off the machine but made no apologies or attempt to make it right and get his alignment done. He asked for a refund which they happily processed and acted like they could care less about his business. The lack of customer service at this location is astonishing.

Wife took her car in to get a couple used tires to hold over until taxes. They replaced 2. Turns…read moreout they put the wrong size on driver rear. Wife's vehicle is AWD. This DESTROYED the differential. When I called to tell them of their mistake, their manager Aaron advised me they put the wrong size on her car on purpose just to get her home. This is a lie. She drove from home to their shop to get tires that could get her through a few months. And further, the driver rear tire wouldn't have been a problem getting home. It had a slow leak! Why replace it at all if the medicine is worse than the ailment?! She told them she wanted to get a new set in A few months and asked for a quote. Which is to say, we KNOW they knew she intended to drive on the tires for a few months. Aaron quoted lies supposedly on the work order, All of which I'm positive had fresh ink as we spoke on the phone. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. How can you trust your vehicle with a company that skirts accountability and the lacks the integrity to do what's right? Lie after lie to save themselves a buck and stick their neglect on their customers. Just a disgusting practice. My Wife's take on this den of grift. I went into Texas Tires a couple weeks ago to get two tires replaced. I opted for used tires until I could get a new set a few months later. I told the guy that helped me this exact thing. I had him give me a quote for the new set I planned on getting near the beginning of March. They replaced the tires and I went on my way. Cut to three days ago when my car started making a God awful noise. I had to have it towed to Southwest Nissan so they could tell us what was going on. Turns out the rear tire they put on was not the right sized tire. It destroyed the differential and rear axels. When my husband called up to tell them the tire wasn't the right size they told him that they told me all about it. They said they told me it was the wrong size but it would get me home and back to a shop to get the correct size. This is 100% untrue. They never told me anything remotely close to that. So that's Texas Tire, anything to weasel out of accountability I suppose. Don't take your business there, you're not dealing with honest people. I'd rather pay $2,295 for a brand new differential and rear axels than be dishonest scumbag.
