Took my Travel Trailer in on January 12th 2022 for some warranty work I needed done. After walking…read morethrough the RV with a technician and explaining what I needed completed, I was told it wouldn't take much time to repair. Fast forward to mid February. I hadn't heard a word from anyone about the progress of my unit, so I called on a Monday and spoke with Ruben Lopez, who identified himself as the manager. When I asked him about the status of my trailer, he said he knew nothing about it and that it was strange because he is the manager and knows the status of ALL RV's in the shop. He assured me he would call me in a couple of days for a status update. Let's fast forward again to about a week later. I called Ruben (he never called me), and asked what he found out. He said he needed more time and that he would call me back the next day. Three days later, Ruben calls and tells me my RV would be getting looked at the following week; keep in mind, it is now late February, well over a month after dropping my unit off at this place. About mid March, I called again to check on the status of my RV. From this point on, every time I called, which was several times, they told me it was getting ready to get pulled into the shop for inspection. At one point, during one of my many calls to the shop, one of the employees told me they had inspected the unit and emailed pictures and parts they need to the manufacturer. What they didn't know is I was in contact with the manufacturer the entire time, asking if they had been contacted by this repair shop, to which they told me no. It wasn't until mid April that parts were finally ordered, which I had to do on my own because I didn't trust the shop to get anything done. I will say, the manufacturer did order the wrong parts a couple of times, which added about 2 1/2 weeks to the length of stay for my unit. After the shop received the parts, it took about another 3 weeks for them to complete the work, even though I was told it would only take a couple of days to complete. In early to mid June I called and told the shop that I was picking up the unit, regardless of the status. Miraculously, they completed the work when I got there, but boy was my unit in disarray. There were water bottles left all over the unit, inside and out, I had to pick up several random screws from the kitchen floor and under my kitchen slide, which were from the microwave they disassembled, and my unit was full of dirt, from several of the windows being left open. Also, I dropped off my unit with all of the tanks clean and empty, and when I left, they were all full. When I went to empty my black tank, it was full of feces and urine, judging by the color of the liquids coming out. Remember, I dropped my unit off with all of the tanks clean and completely empty, which took hours for me to do because I didn't want nasty stuff stagnant while it was being worked on. After driving away, I was hoping that would be the end of having to deal with this place, especially for the minor issues I took it in for that took 5 months to fix. However, when I got home and parked the unit, I noticed a large dent on the bottom section near my tanks, where some of the work was completed. It appeared as if they had placed/leaned something against the bottom skirting and dented it inward, almost as if they tried to lift the trailer off of the ground. When I called about it, I once again had the pleasure of speaking to Ruben Lopez about the dent. He immediately said it was impossible for the shop to have done it and that he himself had inspected the RV before it was released to me. I told him he didn't inspect it with me present and that if he did inspect the trailer, why he didn't remove all of the water bottles left inside and out of my trailer. He said he didn't see them, even though they were all in plain view, and that he didn't inspect the inside because someone else had. I told him when I dropped off the trailer there was not a dent in this location and when I picked it up 5 months later, there was. The only common denominator was his shop; however, he continued to say they didn't do it. He said he would speak to the owner and get back to me about what they decided. Needless to say, I didn't believe it because anytime I needed something, I had to call and bug them myself. I eventually took the RV out of state for repair. About a month later, I received a call saying they decided they would repair the RV. Seems to me they realized there was no other way it could have been damaged except in their care. Even if I hadn't taken the RV somewhere else, why would I take it back to the place that damaged it in the first place. I would avoid this place, unless you want to wait several months for a simple job to be done, you want your unit damaged upon return, and you want people peeing and pooping in it. I bought this RV to camp in and this business had it the entire camping season. Good luck if you decide to take it here!

Yea, if the high pitched whiny 600cc (very fast) but very typical Japanese bikes are your thing, then this isn't your place. This store features some absolute MONSTERS! They carry cruisers, cafe racers, scooters, off-road quads and buggy's, and Super Sports bikes! Yea... SUPER bikes dude. Moto El Paso has a huge show room floor in which you'll find some amazing machines. They sell the iconic Royal Enfield, the historic and always popular Vespa brand scooters, Arctic Cat adventure machines, the stunningly beautiful Moto Guzzi cruisers and racers, the eye catching (and easily BEST looking stock exhaust design) MV Augusta superbikes, and of course, my personal favorite, the 54 World Title winning Aprilia brand. From adventure bikes to naked bikes, From the RSV4 RR/RF to the RSV4 Factory and the Tuono, THIS is where you will find your Aprilia. THIS is where I found MY Aprilia (1000cc , 201hp RSV4 RR). The facility is large, clean, and impressive. The ENTIRE staff is amazing. This isn't a "chain" or franchise type dealership. This is a specialty dealer that carries the Italian superbikes. The staff gives the impression of being less of a "dealership", and more like a family. Seriously, everyone there is so awesome and friendly. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, very accommodating. Tracy (the owner) is a GREAT dude! Mike (runs the parts area) is always there, always friendly and very helpful. The ladies that work there are just great, and I feel bad because I don't know any of their names, but they remember who I am every time I go in and always great me with a smile and ask how I'm doing. Even the mechanics there, same thing. They'll stop and chat you up. Shoot the BS with you. Talk about your bike, their bikes, whatever. Sometimes I go in there just to say hi! I feel very welcomed there. They have a service department and a clothing / gear / safety equipment area (where Mike works). When you want to order a part, OEM or after market, Mike will sit there and go online with you to vendors that are trusted and recommended and sit for hours (trust me I always take forever to decide) until you have the right part that you want and works with your bike. Since buying my BEAST, I've order / purchased (through Mike and Moto El Paso): *Competition Werkes GP exhaust *Fender Eliminator kit *CRG Shorty (black and red) brake lever and clutch lever *T-Rex Frame Sliders They have an awesome service crew too, and they have installed all my stuff for me once it comes in. Through another company (ZLT Graphics), I've ordered a CUSTOM decal kit that will make my bike all black/red/chrome and similar to a RF but also very unique. Because it's obviously important to place on super correctly, the guys at Moto El Paso are going to install the graphics kit as well (for a small fee of course. But the work is quality). Now don't get me wrong; I love and very much appreciate / respect the more typical Japanese brand sports bikes. There's NOT MUCH out there that I like the looks of better than a Suzuki GSX-R 750. That blue/white/green color scheme is fresh. And the Yamaha R1? The only bike that CAN be compared to my Aprilia in the Liter bike (super bike) category. Hell, I was alllllll set to buy a very pretty Honda CBR 600RR. But by a stroke of fate, that shop was closed on a Monday, and i was off, so I drove down to Moto El Paso. Tracy (whom I didn't know was the owner at the time) introduced himself and 24hrs later I owned a BRAND NEW Aprilia RSV4 RR for a deal that is so unbelievable, I'm not even gonna say it lol. While they don't have a huge selection of clothing, they definitely have everything you need. From them I've bought 2 pairs of Alpine Stars gloves (summer and winter), an amazing Alpine Stars riding jacket (Andes V2), and an Icon Alliance GT helmet. They also carry a ton of HJC helmets. Very fairly priced too. And if they don't have it, they'll order it for you. If you are ready to step UP in your bike game, Moto El Paso is a place you should consider. Just as Ferrari and Lamborghini are too cars, Aprilia and MV Augusta are to bikes. Go check it out. #beAracer
