When we asked about something he promised that came with camper he denied saying it. This time we got Bryan. Needless to say my salesman guard was up. Bryan was amazing. When we realized we did not get the "Lets go Camping" package (hoses and other accessories) I called Bryan, and bam we received them a few days later. Then we realized the hoses and attachments to the central vac were not there, I called Bryan and asked about them. Bryan said parts dept was out of them and he would send them as soon as they got some in. Then Bryan continued calling to let us know he was still waiting and had not forgotten us. Finally when they came in we received our hoses, with Bryan checking in to make sure we had indeed received them. I have never had such a wonderful honest salesman. Here it is three months later and Bryan called to check in to see how everything is going. I would give Bryan 10 stars if I could. They have a great selection of clothes and gear and their prices are fair. The store has a small footprint so things are tight and when it's busy it's a little crazy but they make it work. The staff is awesome, very helpful and always super nice! They also all know the area super well so don't hesitate to ask them about where to go or what to do. They carry all the major brands and some stuff I've not seen in the big stores. They should have any small items you might have forgotten before heading out for a hike or camping trip. The downtown area is pretty small so parking is limited but I usually end up finding something pretty close in front of the store. A lady witch was the manager at the time told me that without a receipt they couldn't do anything about it. And even if I did the system will not reflect any info from last year.
