I wanted a leather jacket and a skirt with fringes that I didn't find one for her. Got an xs in adult size. Hope we can make this work. I was disappointed, but we will try to make this work. All items were shipped. They told us it would be free at first if we spent over $100 and we spent quit a bit more than that!!! But we were charged $20 for shipping 'cause "the hat" would require big box so it isn't free??? Haven't received the items yet, it has been a week since I bought it all. So yes a bit disappointed in a few things but, all is all it was a good experience. The young people are courteous and helpful. The items are beautiful quality!!! I could have crossed the border and gotten all the items for less but it saved me a whole lot of time not having to do that. Crossing the border is a nightmare! Thank you Solana family! I scored so many pieces that averaged between $125-$250 at full MSRP and scored them for about $12-$13 a piece. This was during the holiday weekend before Christmas but I was shocked how empty it was. The quality of the clothes here are outstanding and this is one of the most upscale designer stores El Paso has at the outlets. I'm pretty obsessed with the pieces I got here tbh. It's one of three liquidation centers so the same pieces I was snagging here they were being sold at their actual outlet stores for way more.

My husband went to purchase uniforms today at this store. The rude woman working there told him…read morethey didn't have a certain shirt in the size he was looking for without even checking, and he found a number of them browsing on his own. She then followed him around the store as if he would be shoplifting his work uniforms, obviously not making an attempt to provide good customer service since she lied about not having certain items that were available on the sales floor. He made the decision not to spend nearly $500 on uniforms in this store today because of the way he was treated by this employee of the store. His business went to another company because he didn't feel like he needed to tolerate poor treatment in order to get his uniforms. And he's absolutely right. Note to management and employees of this store-you're not the only option for uniforms. Treating customers poorly will lose you business. Today a specific employee made a decision to be rude and unhelpful to a customer looking to spend quite a bit of money, and whatever the reason for that was, this store lost a customer because of that employee's unprofessional behavior.
