Mercedes Benz offers great vehicles with low mileage and EV at a discount pricing. What you really buy is security and safety as well as great services. Mr Jose M. The head of services is extremely knowledgeable and very dedicated. They also provide a ten percent discount to the military community. I still love German engineering but cars have become computers on wheels with many functions that no one is asking for. It would be a good thing for car manufacturers to come back to market needs. Affordable vehicles with simple functionalities.

After repeated issues and a complete loss of trust, I gave Mercedes another chance (shame on me, I guess?) and drove off in a CLA instead. Not even 10 days later, you guessed it, the check engine light comes on AGAIN. Brand new vehicle. Same problem. Same sickening déjà vu. Are we serious? Mercedes touts itself as a symbol of luxury, engineering, and reliability. What I got was a masterclass in expensive disappointment. Two cars in a row, both riddled with issues, and not even a buffer period of peace of mind after switching models. This isn't a coincidence, it's a pattern. And if this is the "standard" for a six-figure brand, it's laughable. Don't let the badge fool you. Beneath the polished exterior is a company cutting corners and turning out lemons. What's the point of leather seats and ambient lighting when you're constantly staring at a warning light? I wouldn't recommend Mercedes-Benz to anyone unless you enjoy spending your time at the service center instead of on the road. Luxury? Try luxuriously unreliable
