Gavin and i got there at 9:35AM. After a little over 20 minutes of Gavin getting into the water or exploring the slides and whatnot, he was hungry. After reviewing available options at 10:20, we decided on this place. It's pretty reasonable ($30 for adults and $15 for children). Before we proceeded, the lady at the register informed us that the buffet will close in 40 min. and if we are ok with that. We eat pretty fast, so we paid, then started filling our plates. They have prime rib! I did not see horseradish or au jus sauce, but I did not ask either. The prime rib was bit chewy but overall very tender and to my surprise, tasted great considering this was served at a buffet. The biscuits and gravy were excellent. I was anticipating a dry experience but it wasn't. I may be 43 but still would love chicken nuggets at any time, so it's great they offered that for breakfast/brunch as well as mac and cheese which by the way is the only dish I would not recommend because it was dense and clumpy (however, creamy). Gentlemen working to clear tables were very friendly and welcoming.

During our breakfast dining experience with my family. We are a military family. I wanted to make hot tea and got earl grey that's the only tea they carried. I wanted lemon to go with the hot tea. I asked the staff and Norman assisted me. By asking the staff for lemons I appreciated it because earl grey tea is way too strong alone lemon goes best. As a mother with a special needs child and an elderly parent I already have my hands full. We appreciated Norman listening to us and found a great resolution. The restaurant was cleaned and the decor was rustic appearance.

Really good breakfast here!

Didn't know what to expect even though I read reviews. I have to say we had a great tasting breakfast experience and the service was stellar. They have an egg station where you can order omelets or fresh cooked eggs. Hubs got an omelet and I asked for 2 over easy. Both of us were perfectly satisfied with our dishes. I used my eggs to put on top of the fluffiest pancake I've ever seen along with a turkey sausage patty and some syrup. So good! Our son made up a breakfast sandwich with toast, bacon and scrambled eggs. Hubs had mac n cheese (he said he could eat 5 gallons of it and I said "no!"), omelet, potato wedges, bacon and I can't remember what all else he managed to eat! But he was happy and content with it all. Coffees and juice rounded out our meals but there is so much more. Cereal, hot and cold. Pastries, a variety of breads for toasting and fresh fruit. I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot. It should be easy for ever one to find something to fill up on and super charge your day! I highly recommend Campfire Kitchen. The staff are so helpful and kind and the serving area along with the dinning area is clean. Feels a little like summer camp or when I was a kid in Yosemite. Enjoy!

Food good, good services $26.99 per adult and $13.99 per kids paid about $122 for 6 people

I think there was a pretty good breakfast overall. I feel like there is quality here. We did go when it first opened and was first in line so we got first dibs at everything.

The boys loved their breakfast!

Excellent breakfast buffet!! Everything I ate was delicious! I even had a homemade omelette and it was perfection. The juices were great! We will definitely eat here again!

We had breakfast here and the food was pretty good. It's buffet style. The food options seems good. The tater tots were crunchy and the beacon was crisp. We liked one of the chief special dishes, I forgot what it was called and wished they had a more of it. They also have fruits, cereal, toast, pancakes, parfaits and more. Overall we enjoyed the breakfast buffet here.

Truly vile. Almost inedible. A holiday inn breakfast was like the four seasons compared to this haphazard slop.

Majority of the seafood was seasoned salt and pepper style which got too salty after the 2nd round. Majority of the food looked like it was sitting there for hours. I wouldn't be surprised if it was considering there was only 3 groups of people in the restaurant for a Friday night crowd.

One thing I know feeding this crew is a buffet works out well, cause everybody gets what they like. I located Beijing Buffet on the GPS and off the 5 freeway we go. It's not exactly right off the freeway, so you gotta travel a little ways. It's inside the Stonecreek Village Shopping Center. Plenty of parking. We got seated just fine. Service is typical Chinese buffet, they clear the dishes and fill the drinks but not much else. The price for lunch is around $20 per person including tax and a little tip. The place is a decent size and they're plenty of food to choose from. They have a Mongolian Grill option as well as lots of sushi to pick from. Lots of standard Chinese dishes and some not so standard that I had no idea what it was. Plenty of decent food for my crew to pick from. We all got our fill and I got my fave chicken wings and ribs, so I'm happy too. I don't know if I'd return unless I was right in the neighborhood for some reason, it's a bit far off the freeway. Now we gotta get back to the 5 and keep heading south.

We only stayed one night, but we really made the most of it. We enjoyed the water park for two full days and spent at least 2.5 hours there each time. My son especially loved our Wolf Den room and got such a kick out of the bunk bed. It made the stay feel extra special for him. We also did Build-A-Bear, played arcade games, joined the free arts and crafts, and enjoyed story time and the dance party. The property is so well organized, and they really seem to have thought of everything when it comes to entertaining kids. Breakfast was honestly the highlight of our morning. They had everything you can think of and more, and it was delicious. We paid for it as part of our package, and I believe it was around $35 for two people, which felt like a steal for the amount and variety of food. I know some reviews mention cleanliness issues, but that was not our experience. Our room was very clean, and we had no problems. The water park was busy, but not overwhelming. I think the best time to enjoy it is around 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., before the next wave of guests starts arriving. The only thing I would note is that the restaurant is overpriced, but that is probably expected for a popular resort like this. My biggest tip is to go on a weekday if possible. We checked in Tuesday and checked out Wednesday and got an amazing rate of $139, which felt like a steal. Overall, Great Wolf Lodge is high-energy but so much fun. If your child enjoys water play, themed rooms, and kid-friendly activities, it is definitely a must-visit at least once. I would absolutely take my son back, maybe once a year or after several months, so it still feels special.

I feel like I've upgraded from typical Chinese buffets with the weird gelatin cakes from that one specific bakery that distributes said cakes to all these low-level Chinese buffets. But sometimes I gotta return to the trenches! The inside is cute with a lot of booths and Japanese decorations. The center consists of a sushi bar with a functioning boat, chefs making rolls and putting jello onto the little floaties. The back has the standard Americanized Chinese fare. Bonus: there is a "Mongolian BBQ" station where a cook will stir fry your creation. Pricing is pretty decent considering there is more than just the hot trays of Chinese. The food itself was pretty OK. Sushi is basic to below average with huge 65-35 rice proportions, so get ready to be full fast. The sushi chefs also focused on saucy rolls vs nigiri. Because there is seating around the sushi boat, it was funny witnessing socially-unaware people go up behind people sitting there to grab a plate even though there was a huge space at the end of the island without seating to avoid this. Anyways, we ate a bunch to get our money's worth and could cross this off the list to never have to go again.

The car show happened to take place in the same parking lot as K-Town, so we just decided to have dinner here instead of sitting in the drive-thru line at In-N-Out. The inside is modernly lit with lots of wood motif and black. Oversized lightbulbs filled with faux flower petals hang from the ceiling. A random cartoon plays on the wall TV. For a weekday dinner bbq, we paid about $37 per person with no additional hot pot add-on. We got a good spread of drinks (they have boba!), but they are also an additional cost. The AYCE includes access to the buffet area, which has sushi (sashimi!), buffalo wings, seafood boil, a bunch of fried/breaded offerings, and all the sauces/accoutrements for both hotpot and kbbq. I was impressed by the short rib marinade here. The beef was meaty with a good texture. Some of the cubed meats were a little tough but could be due to the way we cooked it. The pork belly was sliced too thin for my liking (too bacony). We got the cheese sticks from the buffet and reheated them over the grill and made our own version of a Chili's Triple Dipper. Service was fine. We placed our orders with a guy and he would come around occasionally for a grill change and taking away plates.
