Went here for a holiday lunch with co-workers from DLA in Tracy, and there is a DK in Tracy too but this one on 1039 S Main Street in Manteca is worth the drive. Inside is nice, small but quiet, clean and has some great decor showcasing the original Stockton location and owners, so it's great food and interesting history. They put two tables together to seat 8 of us and brought our drinks and appetizers right away. Food stations we well stocked and orderly, everyone had a great time comparing bowls and seeing who could make the most in one shot haha Food was amazing as always, chef cooked it to perfection and our server/host was phenomenal, she really took great care of us and checked in several times and kept up on drinks. When we checked out, we were full, tired from laughing, and plan to come back again! Plus there is a donut shop right next door, so who doesn't love dinner and dessert?

Haven't been here in probably over a decade so figured I'd give it an updated shot. Soup dumplings were soupless which through me off. The crab rangoon was decent but not on the list of rush to order again. The build your own bowl turned out well enough. I was expecting the small Asian corn though rather than corn kernels when I received my order. Taste wise- it's an okay spot overall. (Ordered to go so no time spent inside)

So me and my son were doing some Christmas shopping and worked up an appetite lol so we came here. We were greeted and shown where to go to get started which was nice. The young girl working was very helpful told us how everything works and showed us all the condiments veggies everything you can add to your bowl. What I like is that there was way more options to choose for your Mongolian bowl it was pretty messy tho a lot of food everywhere which I totally understand every time you add to your bowel it just falls out lol. They also have a sauce lane which I like would like some spicy sauce. We sis have to wait a bit since there was just one cook but was nice to see the chef cooking it up while we watched. Our waiter already had our drinks and side dishes that come with our meal ready at our table she was very nice and very attentive. Pretty chill spot they were playing Christmas music it was pretty chilly every time somebody would walk in our out the place the decor was simple history about where they get there veggies from which was nice to know it's all local farms.

So terrible and nasty!!! We ordered for delivery and everything was raw raw raw! Raw pork, raw meat, raw dough!!!!

Long overdue update. Shout out to the manager and staff! I mention about the using glove when preparing your food and with every customer who came in, the staff members made sure to point out gloves are needed to be worn and with signage all over the food bar. Not to mention that I was greeted with kindness by one of the staff members before I even order! Cudos! You are guys are absolutely great and keep up the good work from a happy and delighted customer!

Ordered no noodles! Ordered beef, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, celery, cilantro, onions, zucchini, & pineapple.

If you're craving Mongolian, go there, make it yourself and dine in or take it to go. Whatever you do, don't order for delivery. We've tried twice. They don't follow instructions. They'll upcharge you for every vegetable selection, and you'll end up with a bowl full of noodles with 3-4 pieces of protein, 1-2 pieces of each veggie you paid extra for, and no flavor. Too bad there doesn't seem to be any consideration for the customer and what they actually ordered. This is definitely a DIY place.

food was amazing, the service was good the waitress was checking up on everyone often would recommend coming here

Ammaaaziiingggg! If you're ever craving noodles I would definitely come here! Although I have a noodle craving every day, today's craving was a little different. I was craving something with a lot more flavor and a lot more veggies! I also wanted a thicker noodle. I'm glad i ended up coming here because this satisfied my craving completely. Although they still charge the same price for a veggie noodles as they do meat noodles, you get to build your own and there is no lack of vegetables that you can add. They had anything from baby corn to water chestnuts. I filled my bowl up and customized everything from the veggies to the sauces! At one point I was wondering if they were going to charge me extra because my bowl was so full LOL! In my defense It was all vegetables and those take up a lot of space! Overall, it was really delicious! The employer's were so efficient in cooking the noodles and by the time I got then I was eating Warm yummy noodles in my car. I would highly recommend coming in person for takeout and not ordering through an app because on the app you're limited to five veggies and they do charge extra after the fifth ingredient.

It's a decent place. The food is decent for the price. We went during dinner and it was about $17-18 for all you can eat Mongolian bbq. The flyers are a little confusing. If you're a first timer, you may want to know that you're supposed to ask for the crab or shrimp when you are giving your bowl to the people cooking. There's also a QR Code where you can find the other things on their men. As for the service, it was pretty good except for the one "cook" with the music note tattoo that was previously mentioned in a review by Oscar and Lorraine R. The "cook" had a nasty attitude and he really looks like he hates his job and hates the people that come in to the establishment. Besides the "cook", everything was pretty good. It's a decent experience, I may come back again someday.

This sauce tasted like something I could squeeze out of a store bought bottle. On the other hand, the Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage was phenomenal! I have to say the best one I've had. It has a snap and once snapped, you can see the cheese oozing out, and once you bite into it, you get that kick from the jalapeno! This recipe is mastered. I'd travel a distance to get this. The potato salad and coleslaw are good sides. *Before you leave, check your order. When I was waiting for my food, a couple had to come back because an item was missing. We drove near a small hut with a sign that read BBQ with a small line of people so we figured it must be good. We turned back and found no more customers, but we asked the caller what was popular, she recommended tri tip and brisket. We ordered combination plates with macaroni and cheese as the side. We asked if the plates came with bread. We asked if the Mac and cheese was homemade. DISAPPOINTED. Both meats were heavily salted, and the brisket had tons of fat. The macaroni and cheese was bright orange with tons of garlic and it tastes like I was biting into a brick of sharp cheddar cheese. The bread was a cold King's Hawaiian roll. We also ordered a hot link on the side that was dried up and hard as a rock. The bbq sauce that came with the plates tastes like bottle sauce. Sadly, we did not attempt to eat the food and threw away $45 worth of food. We don't live in the area so we were not sure and expected more from this little spot. I really wish it had exceeded expectations.

Honestly, I should have listened to the reviewers. We were given a sample of the brisket and it melted in your mouth. So we ordered 2 plates. The brisket had so much fat that we could barely determine what was meat and what was fat. The BBQ beans were extremely dry, so I didn't eat them; they tasted more like chili than BBQ beans. What was even more disappointing is that, just like the reviews posted a month ago, the restaurant still didn't have pulled pork or ribs available. I really wanted to give this new spot a fair chance, but unfortunately, the food and lack of menu availability left a lot to be desired. Hopefully, they take the feedback seriously and make some improvements.

I will say that I've always been a fan of mobile food trucks as the majority of ones I've been to…read moreover the years have been tacos. However, I had the opportunity trying out one of the more well-known butcher shops to serve San Joaquin County. This is none other than "Fagundes Meats & Catering" which has been a staple in Manteca for decades. Their actual brick-and-mortar location is off of N. Main St/E. Louise Ave in the heart of Manteca while their food truck ventures out to various locations for a variety of community events. In this case, I saw them serving hungry patrons at the Manteca Watermelon Street Fair that took place during the weekend of 6/6/26-6/7/26. To those that know this business already is that they are famous for their tri-tip. In addition to that, they also have other amazing protein options including rib-eye, brisket, pulled pork, Italian sausage, linguica, chicken, and the order I went with, their pork belly. I ended up going with their "Pork Belly Kabobs" and went for the combo deal which included a side (I went with their macaroni salad) and a drink (I opted for a Diet Pepsi). Total price for everything was $17 (which included tax + tip); not bad especially at a public outdoor event. I will say that the pork belly was quite delicious; a little bit on the salty side but nonetheless still a fairly decent portion in each and every bite. I paired it up with their homemade BBQ sauce which had a sweet yet tangy flavor. The macaroni salad was just average for me as it had too much of a vinegar taste while lacking a whole lot of flavor. Overall, I enjoyed this meal as it held me through the majority of the afternoon. I am definitely curious to try their other meats if I end up visiting their actual butcher shop. Overall, the service was excellent considering I was at a busy outdoor event. The line moved quickly while the prices were quite reasonable, even these days where meat prices have become quite outrageous. With that said and done, I am giving the mobile food truck portion of "Fagundes Meats & Catering" an above average four stars. Hopefully I can make a future visit to their butcher shop in the coming months so stay tuned!

My older son enjoyed his grilled Salmon, but I tasted a bite and would again rate it similarly to the beef. Prepared well, but I've had better fish before. The cornbread was super sweet.
