Hunky Size Medium Size Bowl with Collagen Tripe and Rare Beef (not pictured) with Iced Coffee and Fresh Coconut Water with chunks of coconut. I was most impressed with the broth ratio to meat and noodles not many places get the accuracy correct. I've had places where it's too many noodles which absorbs all the broth. This place had the perfect combination. I would assume that a skill Let food be thy medicine so instead of taking a gummy today we had some medicine at the soup shop! We'll still take our viti's later but wow I walked out of there feeling so good on a beautiful hot sunny day! Delicious. Definitely! $20 per person is what the averaging cost came out to. Usually there's limes they had lemons.

Food is amazing. One of our favorite Pho places in town. Service is always great. Greeting you with a smile and making sure you have everything you need.

It's been quite a while since I visited this place. It's changed management a couple of times mostly likely since then. I tried stopping a couple of months ago and no one was out front, so I waited a few minutes and left. This time, someone arrived immediately and greeted me. I sat and she brought a menu. Within a minute or so, someone came to take my order. I ordered a Seafood Vermicelli, T-13 perhaps. It looked like the best combo for what I wanted. I also asked for iced tea. They should have had more on the menu. I was actually looking for com dia/rice plate. The menu was unusual for a VietNamese restarant, but at least, I found something I wanted. In just a few minutes more, both items were at my table. That's quite impressive, although I was the only customer at the time. For a medium bowl, I thought it quite large. It reminded me of a place down south, Pho Super Bowl, where the large bowl was enough to host an event of its own. The broth was good, the noodles were separated, and there was a bit of shrimp, squid, fish balls, but the crab didn't quite have the right texture. I wanted fish today, so having a bit of painted red fish was okay. The iced tea was fine, also. The restaurant doesn't look as good as it might. I sat at table 1, and I think that's probably where staff eats, so that makes sense why the supplies weren't quite full. Still, there was enough for me to use and that's what really matters. The price was good and the service was friendly.

It was under the beef soup of just vegetables. But I had them use chicken broth.

I had veggie soup with chicken broth. I love the rice noodles. I also had calamari but that was probably a frozen food deep fried. The gentleman explained his menu for me as I don't eat Pho often. I like the rice noodles . He was very helpful. It wasn't busy on a Thursday at 7pm

Baby shrimp for like 14$ I understand that economy is bad but dam. Even in other meal they gave me baby shrimp and it's was like almost 40$ for both

Love the spaciousness of the restaurant. Staff are very friendly with polite greetings. Clean bathrooms and tables. Ordered the Pho and husband ordered the egg noodle pho. Broth was perfect with full flavored spices, just the way I needed it. Beef sticks were juicy and delicious. Staff is tentative and food came out pretty quick. Definitely need to return again.

I want to give them a higher rating but the waiter was not very friendly. He wanted to charge me $3 more to get grilled chicken. I have as ordering chicken pho but I wanted the chicken grilled. The chicken pho was $13. An additional $3 seemed unreasonable so I decided to go with won ton soup with noodles. It was great! The were five large wontons in my medium size bowl. All their soups come in medium or large sizes only. The won ton noodle soup is 5 stars and I definitely recommend it! I ordered a coconut juice too. It tasted very watered down. This definitely was a solid two and a half stars. stars. I won't order this from them again as it was barley ok. Parking is five stars but as you can see in my photos I was the only customer so if it were crowded it would still have great parking as the lot was a good size in comparison to the restaurant. All in all I would recommend this place if you live pho like I do you will enjoy this place! Just get a different drink ... lol

So my work partner and I were hungry and craving Asian food and were looking for a place to eat after leaving Stockton. Figuring we weren't from the area, had to do a quick Google of Asian restaurant with Pho dishes. Sure enough this location popped up on Google maps and it said it's quick and right off Highway 99. Made it an easy choice because of the quick easy access and location. We entered the restaurant and assumed it was run by a Vietnamese folks. To my surprise it was actually operated by very nice Cambodian couple. I was happy to hear them speaking my native tongue of Khmer. I didn't want to get to excited because we still had to order and taste our food. To my delight as each of our bowl of Pho arrived to our table. I already knew it was going to taste good. The aroma of the pho floated into our nostril and the broth was on point with our taste palate. My work partner was over joyed that's his bowl of Pho tasted really delicious! And said he would swing by here again with his family. I too, will also be being bringing my family here to try out their dishes. As for their customer service, they were very friendly and we had a pleasant experience, we have no complaints. They were real quick with our orders. We would recommend anyone to try this business if they are in the mood for Asian Cuisine with a taste of Southeast Asian flavors! We look forward again to stop by this business establishment in the near future.

What is it about Gas Stations in Manteca hiding good restaurants? La Playa on Louise and Cottage Ave is behind a Chevron station, and Pho Asian Cuisine is behind the A&A station on Yosemite. Pho Asian has medium bodied soup that has good flavor, some places are a little too thin. Portions are right, the noodles come apart easily and are smooth. A pleasant surprise was their Cambodian beef sticks which were tender and had a light flavor that I found refreshing as compared to others with a very sweet layer. Our order was delivered promptly and there's not much decor, It's a simple place. I would give this place 3.5 stars, but Yelp makes it 3. A worthwhile place to visit.

Came here for lunch before I had to go to work for nights. The place looks spacious and had plenty of tables to seat at. It was clean, I didn't see anything dirty or anything to complain at. The food was really good though, the broth tasted great and refreshing. The shrimp eggroll was great because it's one of my fav. And I ordered spring rolls to go! Service was pretty fast since it was me and my bf, and one other person who finished eating. Overall, I would come back again, I definitely wanna try their papaya salad.

Came here for lunch with our family, and it was OK. I ordered the spring rolls, which was rolled up a bit too loose, the shrimp was fresh but the peanut sauce a bit too sweet for me. The vermicelli bowl bbq pork bowl was eh, the veggies didn't taste fresh, the bbq pork was a bit too salty and the pickled carrots and daikon tasted too much like vinegar. The avocado smooth was pretty good.

The grilled pork chop was very tasty, and the best part of the plate. The shredded pork was not what I expected - it almost looked like tripe and was kind of tasteless. Similarly, the egg came in a cube and was more of a frittata. My biggest issue though is with the service. My husband's pho came out almost immediately, about 20 minutes before the next dish. So we all sat and watched him eat. The other 3 dishes also came out at different times. The chow fun that I ordered for the kids was 50% bean sprouts, and very oily.

They were served with more of a hoisin-style sauce instead of the typical peanut sauce. A little different, but still had good flavor overall. My dad ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was much bigger than what you usually get at other places. He said it was really good and definitely filling. ($6.95) I ordered the mild beef stew pho. It wasn't quite what I'm used to--the meat wasn't the typical stew cut and had more fat and gristle, with only a few pieces of beef. It wasn't my favorite, but the broth itself had good flavor. It also came with rice noodles, carrots, and even a couple pieces of lettuce, which was a bit different. Looking around, other dishes coming out looked really good. I'd definitely come back to try one of their sandwiches next time. Service was quick approx 30 seats. The ambiance was casual and welcoming clean, relaxed, and a comfortable spot to sit down and enjoy a meal. Nothing fancy, but it had a nice local feel.

Even when the chicken is moist it's unfortunate the taste is lacking often. My guess is that they prepare the food far in advance and just reheat the food as needed; sometimes there to go orders are ready way too quick so quality suffers. Also their fish sauce doesn't do it for me. It has no zing compared to those that other restaurants have. This is a pretty small restaurant but they manage to fit a decent number of tables. One of the few things that have going for them is that they are cheap. I feel like $11+ tax for a grilled chicken rice plate is unheard of these days. And they don't skimp out on the chicken, it's a good portion size.

I read other people on Yelp sharing similar reviews but at later times in the day so I thought maybe they were isolated incidents, but apparently this is only a to-go only establishment at this point. If you plan on dining in, I'd suggest going to a different restaurant in the area for your Pho craving which is what I did. The place that I ended up at was packed with people when I got there at around 11am but they gladly served us some great food. Very disappointed in this experience.

I try not to go to restaurants in their last half hour of service so I thought that with close over an hour away, I'd be ok. In case you didn't know, getting pho to go is cumbersome because I still have to reheat the broth at home and assemble everything in a bowl. I just wasn't in the mood to cook at all.
