Worst company ever, we did not do our research. Got recommended from Bonnie and Clydes. They did good installing the liner, but after about a week we noticed they left something under our liner and was poking through. We called them and they will fix it just really sucks that we have to waste all the water and chemicals we put in it. 33,000 gallons of water and chemical gone. I think they should come pump it out into a truck and pump it back in but they told us they will not do it. read more

These guys were out here quickly, knew what they were doing, undid where Pat Blow's people screwed up my sand work, and Properly Hung the new liner! They still let the area around the pool rocky even coming back out to "clean it up". The back fill job was very very sloppy. I would call around and find someone else. New liner install, new blow hole created and old one covered, and new seals on sand filter. The installer that came out was professional and honest. He did an EXCELLENT job on the install on the new liner. When the old liner was removed, unfortunately, the original installer did not install the blow hole correctly. Therefore, corrosion had started for form. He contacted his "boss" and the boss explained what to do. A new hole was created and the old was covered. The sand filter wasn't installed quite correctly and started to leak water. I did contact Campbell's and they sent the owner out to correct. Mr. Mark Campbell was proficient, professional and very kind to both my husband and I. That says a lot, I have a tendency to be abrasive. The floor wasn't smooth at all, after calling the 2 guys came back out, taking it half apart leaving broken screws in several screw holes, pieces laying around & a bigger mess of problem then the first crew. I would recommend this company. They were very attentive and professional. The installers were professional and kind. The previous pool I had was not what I had ordered and paid for. I had previously requested a 18 round so I purchased another 18 rd from another company. Come to find out the old pool was 15 round the installers worked very hard on what I had hoped would be a easy install. They got the area fixed to fit the new size and it looks great. The previous company who I believe is now out of business basically got me for the cost of a 18 rd but gave me a 15 rd. I never doubted them but be sure to check everything. I used Campbell to install my pool June 2017 24 inch in the ground, the liner started to come down a few days later they came back out and halfway fixed it. We decided to put a new liner in I scheduled appointment with them 3 weeks ago they show up today after they changed the appointment time and the guy was in a hurry to leave. They showed up at 12 needing to leave by 2 they start taking the old liner out and next thing I know they have a quarter of the side wall caving in, the installer says I don't know what to do, He said I'll call my boss I have to leave I have to be somewhere by 3. So I call Campbell office was told they would call me back hour later I call back same thing I will call you back 2 hours later still no call. Going with a different company this is terrible, if the liner would of been installed properly the first time I would been in this situation terrible company !!! read more

Great work on my replacement pool liner. I had an overall exceptional experience with Campbell's Pool Installations. They replaced my pool liner on an above-ground pool. The crew arrived within the two hour window that they gave me the day before. Ben (the installer with years of experience) was courteous, professional, and kept me updated throughout the job. The only issue I had was that one of the coves was displaced as the water began filling. I called Campbell's and Ben came back out within two days to correct it. I purchased a 30 foot round pool last year from Bonnie and Clydes. After completing the sale, they gave me my booklet that includes two companies that B&C suggest. The sales guy said that Mark Campbell is a friend of the manager up there, so I chose them. Bad, bad mistake. They came out to install it and it was obvious that this was too big of a project for the guys they sent. After they finished, I could see a few things that didn't look right to me, but thought maybe I should put some water in it just to see if it settles. Nope. The pool was crooked and not leveled correctly. I called the installation company and told them about the issues, which also included shingles that they had apparently folded in half and stuck under the supports. SHINGLES. They came out, disassembled it and reinstalled it after I drained about 12,000 gallons of water. The second time was even worse. They used even more shingles this time and you could see the edges almost poking through the liner and THE OWNER CAME OUT TO SUPERVISE THIS TIME. At the end of the summer, I decided to take it down and put it back up the next season the next summer. As I was disassembling it, I found several screws missing, broken, and drilled in at wrong angles.The pool initially with install included was just under $7,700. I had to buy more sand (the correct kind with no rocks, which is Mason sand, unlike what the installers delivered- $640 .) I also had to level the area, so I rented a skid steer for 2 days ($1,000.) I've also had to buy replacement screws because they stripped or broke several of them. After several delays because of scheduling or weather, we finally got it up on a day that had a 5% chance of rain and low winds. Lo and behold, a storm hit maybe 2 hours after it was finished and tore it down in less than a minute. Was the storm the installer's fault? Of course not. But had they done it correctly one of the TWO TIMES, I wouldn't be out almost $10,000 because the pool is too damaged to be used again. I beg you, DO NOT USE MARK CAMPBELL FOR YOUR POOL INSTALLATION!!! read more

Stay away at all cost, they ignore calls after they have your money. They started my install at 5:45PM and finished at 1AM. Needless to say it was pitch black outside and they were using their cell phones for flashlights. Bad install to say the least, nor is the install complete. They tore a hole in the liner (not the seam, it appears they used a box blade to open the box). They will not return calls or text now but did suggest I purchase a repair kit. since they don't have the courtesy to even return a call it leaves me little choice but to sue. They are likely a decent company, but they have spread themselves too thin in and effort to maximize profit and to attempt to make customers happy, unfortunately the opposite has happened with the latter. read more

Aweful company should have listen to the reviews!! How this place stays in business I'll never know. So let's list the problems we had. Pool leaked after putting maybe 2 inches of water in it in 2 different areas. There were parts missing and parts not installed properly I fixed myself. I paid 1800 for the install they delivered 2 mounds of sand and only used one and left the other which I paid for. I asked about it he told me 6 tons would have cost the same as one pile it's just part of the install cost.... didn't offer to remove the sand or refund me some on the install. Could not give me a defenitive time on when he could come out to fix it. Said he could patch the hole which is rediculus considering it was brand new. The lining was not flat and has wrinkles in it even though I paid for the perfect flat pool... avoid this company at all cost. After it was all said an done Bonnie and Clyde's whom I bought the pool from hired a 3rd party installer to look at the installation. They could not believe how poorly it was installed took the whole pool down and rebuilt it. Campbell's never got paid. read more

Mark and his team showed up at the time they said. They did a great job on our pool. After they got done Mark explained what they did and went over the filter system. This was on a Wednesday they installed. It took 2 days for the water to get to the skimmer part. Well when the water got into the filter it started leaking through one of the pipes. I called them up on that Friday and they had someone at my house the next morning and fixed it right up. Awesome customer service!! read more

Definitely would of never thought I needed to research a pool installation company when they are referred by the biggest above ground pool supplier. Terrible job. First off I paid to have my pull burried 24 inches. It was at the best 16 inches. It doesn't seem like a lot but when you pay to have something done you expect that. Also paid for the haul off which they left a ton of sand and dirt everywhere in my driveway and yard. Left major ruts and didn't even attempt to fix them with all the extra dirt they had. I was informed they were not a landscaping business. Also when they came back for the backfill it looked like a 10 year old just threw dirt around the pool. I had to go back around the whole pool and fix it. Multiple issues with this company and when you call to explain what happened the owner Kacie is very rude and inconsiderate. They do not even deserve the one star rating. Find someone else so you arent left with the mess and incomplete job that I was left with. read more

This guy could, the key word COULD, be great at what he does. He knows how to do it. But when you show up at almost dark with helpers that say over and over this is just my first day and I have no idea what I'm doing and you try to rush and beat darkness it is never going to end well. And it didn't. I had another company out to look and the guy said to make it right the pool would just have to be taken down and start over. Even one of Campbell's employees told me later he knew it was a hurried up messed up job when they sent him back in the daylight to try and straighten it up a little. One star is to good. I wish I had researched Campbells before I hired them to install my pool, his company was referred to me by Bonnie and Clyde. Prior to the install my backyard was level there was not any issues with flooding. After his install my yard sloops toward my house causing the water to run towards my house when it rains. I have had to had french drains install, now having gutters installed in an area that was not necessary until the install. My shop in the back has water damage again to the condition my yard was left in from the install. I paid to haul off the dirt when they finished the install, I again paid to have dirt removed when the french drains were installed. I could go on about the damages done by this company needles to say this has been and is continuing to be a financial nightmare for me. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income it is hard for me to understand how a company like this can continue to operate. My pool is out of level as well. whatever you do research before hiring this company. read more

I was referred to this company by Bonnie an Clyde's in Burleson. I wish I would have read the reviews online and went another direction. This company was scheduled to come out between 1-4, I understand things happen but there was no communication and every time I called to find out when they would be there they would tell me they would need to reach out to the installer and call me back.. which never happened. They finally showed up to our house a 5-5:30pm and then proceeded to eat lunch and have a couple smokes before getting started. Fine well all was fine until they started installing the liner and the guy in the pool spreading the liner out was smoking while doing so.. hello this is a plastic liner.. they finished the job at 9pm had me signing all the paperwork in the dark and rushed me through so they could leave. Worst company ever. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. First of all my yard has ruts that they caused and have no intention on fixing. I have have spent 4 days shoveling dirt from the huge mounds of dirt around my pool, again left by them. Was never told they do not take the trash with them, I have to haul that off. When I filled the pool and started the pump it began to spray water every where. I turned off and had to wait about 42hrs before I could call the office, called the office , only to get answering machine, left message. 2 hrs passed no call back. Called them told them what was going on, explained that I already had high levels of alkalinity and ph. Recieved a text telling me that someone would come out the next day between 6 and 8 pm. Ok. Well no one showed up not even a phone call. I called the office again the next morning , was told she would call me back. 4 hrs no call back. I called again, same thing was told would call back. No call. Never the less I read the manual and fixed the problem myself. It was a mistake that the installers made. read more

I wish I had done my due diligence and researched this company online first as I would have seen many reviews on Google/Yelp that would have prevented me from having the same experiences. They were referred to us by Bonnie & Clyde's in Burleson where we purchased the pool and it didn't cross my mind to research them. This has been a total nightmare. After several weeks of trying to get Mark Campbell to resolve the terrible install, we are left with the original new liner destroyed, a replacement liner that is ugly and subpar, and a pool that is 3 1/2" out of level (and growing greater). Our credit card company has returned us the over $1K we paid Campbell's, but we have lost over 50,000 gallons of water in this process, a damaged pool that was new, a liner we will have to replace for another $500, and the hiring of another contractor to fix all of this. read more

This company was referred to us by bonnie and clyde pools. It has been a nightmare from the beginning the first installers messed up the first liner, so they took it off and apparently messed up the second one that they put on because right away we could tell there was a leak. They wanted us to empty the pool that we had just filled. So we opted on waiting till spring break of this year and as we all know that's when covid hit so we waited until restrictions were up and they tried to charge up 250.00 to come replace something they did wrong in the firt place. Eventually they did come out didn't change me which they never should have because bonnie and clyde pools had already given me a new liner that was not even there responsibility to replace. And when they came out they broke a pipe that goes to the filter. I didn't find out till 3 days later after filling my pool and when I contracted them they said there guys didn't break it, it probably broke during the winter. Really what f***in winter we didn't even have a real winter this past year no freeze or anything and the thing was not broken before they came . They did offer to put it on if I buy the part. Which is crazy because they broke it. I have never encountered a business that doesn't care about customer service. Or take pride in the work they offer. read more

Where do I start, oh ya the sand delivery. They delivered the sand the weekend before the install and the hydraulic hose busted on the tilt trailer, the driver had no idea how to fix it, I fixed it no thank you kiss my a_ _ nothing. The owner came out on the Saturday before the Monday install to dig out and level the area, I staked off a marker 12 feet from my house, this is where the pool end needed to start. He could indeed drive a Bobcat but missed the mark by 2 feet leaving me 14 foot from the house. Both installers were nice and courteous they noticed that the pool wasn't up far enough and told me that it would be very difficult for them to do that. This was my first mistake, I said don't worry I can deal with the 2 extra feet. When all was done and water was going in I ended up with wrinkles in the liner and hills and valleys on the bottom of the pool. Here's the Biggy, the pool was over 3 feet out of center with the house doors, this means that the deck I build will be out of square with the house. As with these other reviews, being referred by Bonnie and Clyde's, I had assumed this was a reputable company. They arrived late on the day of install after a no call no show the previous week for sand delivery. Their equipment broke that morning trying to dig the 2 foot hole, so they left the bobcat and returned the next day. The liner was leaking and the overall install of the pool does not look like a professional company did it. They came back a few days later to complete the backfill and patch the hole in the liner. The most upsetting part is that my entire backyard looks like a racetrack from the equipment. I understand that a bobcat was needed to do the install, however they went from one end of the yard to the other to drop the dirt. I wish I could post the pictures to show that my yard that was full of grass is now a dirt track. (was also charged a $50 travel fee for being outside Burleson because we were more than 50 miles from their office, only to find that their employees live in Cleburne and work out of Burleson.. $50 for what travel?)..
