Shout out to Sara, who was extremely helpful with their app and took her time to explain and clarify questions I had. They offer grooming, training, adoption, and other services. When you order online, you can have it shipped home, or you can pick up at the store within a couple hours. And often, they have extra promotions via the app if you order and pick-up at the store. The cashiers were welcoming and friendly, immediately offered assistance as I walked in looking for the pick-up section (which is at the registers). He pranced around like he was on the cover of GQ. He LOVED going to his spa day at Cutie Paws. Our pup lost his battle with life recently and we were so grateful that Jamie and her staff lived on him until his last day. Fast forward, we have our new guy. We set him up at Cutie Paws and he fell in love with Jamie and her staff too! He bounces out of the car ready for his grooming. He walks out stunning and smells so good. I typically drop her off in the morning and within 4 to 5 hours they call me and tell me she is ready sometimes shorter than that even She's always looked really great They used to be in the shopping center off of Wood Street but now they're down just a tiny little bit walking distance behind the Ace Hardware I completely recommend this shop for Grooming, they have patience.
