This dog spa is Awesome I have been using their service for 3 to 4 years the staff is very friendly they take care of my dogs Grooming Needs my dog Daisy always comes home beautiful precious looking and well groomed never any accidents in particular the staff member Nena does an amazing job with Daisy I will recommend this business a 120%

Took the doggos here for the first time. They usually get groomed at petco but it's uber expensive. Checked this place out. Friendly staff. Doggos came out suuper soft . One of the dogs was matted and they said he might be shaved. If this was petco, they'd shave him instantly. But to my surprise he wasn't shaved! Happy me. They worked on him to keep his hair fluffy. Much appreciated. They also finished really fast. I only took about 2-3hrs for two dogs. The doggos left with complementary bandanas and their sweet smelling selves. My only complain would be the limited schedule times. Hence the minus one star.

I'm so impressed with Doggie Day Spa! By far the best grooming my dog, Trouble, has ever received. I always have problems with Trouble's awful tear staining. Both Petco and Petsmart get the fur around his face clean, but the brown stain remains and it's very noticeable as my dog is white. When I got him back from the Doggie Day Spa, the stains were almost completely gone from his face! He was a brighter white then he's been in a long time and he smelled fantastic. The bandanas they give out are to die for, and my dog was infinitely happier then when I left him. He got a bath, his nails done, ears done, anal glands, tear stains removed, and his belly shaved all for $25. That's insane. Not only is it the best grooming job he's gotten but it was the cheapest. Elizabeth has gained a regular today, definitely.

A few years ago I was told my senior dog needed to go to a vets office for grooming because she was difficult. I was heartbroken thinking what my poor old doggie was going thru at that groomers. I found Doggie Day Spa and Maria was gentle and patient with my senior lady, who has since passed. I only use doggie day spa for all My doggies grooming needs, all 5 of them! Maria is always friendly and kind. I know my doggies are safe with her and her family while they are in her care. My newest addition was a shelter rescue. I let Maria know she may be a little scared, she assured me she would be extra gentle. Maria takes her time and always makes sure I'm happy with my puppers cuts. I book in advance she books up fast Highly recommend!! read more

I highly recommend Doggy Day Spa! It is operated by Maria and her sweet family members. My little dog Bella doesn't have to sit in a kennel waiting her turn. You bring your dog to the appointment time that Maria gives you, and she has never had my Bella there for 2 hours! She usually texts me 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hours to let me know to come pick her up. I've been going there for over 7 years and I refuse to subject my dog to any other groomers, whether private or in-store grooming. I want the best for my fur baby, and Maria and family have always delivered the best and more. I try to give a generous tip because of the expertise and care they give my Bella while she's there. Our Most Molly has been going to Dogie Day Spa for over 12 years. She has never been a fan of her grooming but she always returned to us well taken care of. She receives a report card for her behavior. But most importantly she was happy and clean with a beautiful schnauzer cut. read more

Doggie Day Spa is just amazing and beautiful! My family and I love the fact that they can do my dogs nails without a fight. I can't express how much I appreciate Liz & all of the wonderful staff here. They're always so good with our dogs and show so much love. I always feel like a part of the family when we go. They always ask how we're doing and show empathy when a fur baby has passed away. I love coming here. The hours have changed. Liz was always kind and did a spectacular job, but when she left the calls and text messages were being ignored excuses of why for almost a year I would drive back and forth to see why they would not return messages. I sadly had to find a new groomer on sunnymead Blvd more reasonable and very affordable this was very disrespecful of how they handled this, maybe they should of been more honest of why they didn't want me to return, honesty is so important I did nothing to them to deserve this treatment. But when one door closed another one opens and there will be a surprise Waitting. This groomer that is so affordable is on sunnymead Blvd behind Dr. Parks vetenarian hospital. Good luck. read more

Beautiful home where the business is located , truly feels like a resort. But I don't think the dogs get to roam around on the property:( . The full groom for my shih tzu took 2 hrs max or less. The took him in for a sane day appt. love his hair cut !! Super fast and friendly . Only think I want to point out is that I had specific directions to avoid his skin tag/warts because previous groomers have nicked it. But they forgot to tell the one who groomed him .. and they ended up irritating it again :( . I would still come back though . read more

So I'm new to having a dog. I just got a schnauzer poodle puppy so he's really fluffy. We took Scruffy into the Doggie Day Spa to see if they could control his kinky hair and not only did they make him look absolutely adorable! But he was supper happy. Scruffy doesn't like home baths. My Aunt referred me to Doggie Day Spa, and I'm really happy she did. When you call, you'll probably get an answering machine, but Liz (the owner) will call you back later in the evening (this is normal, per my Aunt). Liz was very nice and answered all my questions. I was able to get an appointment right away, and there was no hassle. If you have a big dog like I do, she only schedules them on Fridays and Saturdays. Her staff was very helpful, and friendly too. The best part was the price!!! I usually go to Petco and for the same service (wash, ears cleaned, nails cut) I paid $65, at Doggie Day Spa I paid $45 (of course this depends on what your dog needs, for example teeth cleaning or medicated shampoos are extra) . Plus, he got an adorable scarf!! I would recommend Doggie Day Spa to anyone. read more

Amazing!! From beginning to end the process was painless. It was easy to get a quote, drop off my dog, and pick her up. The prices are comprable if not better than every other place I got quotes from. My dog has never looked better coming back from any groomer. Thank you to Liz and her staff for a great experience. I liked it. It was nice place. It's at the lady's place/house. I only talked to her assistant when I was there n she was very helpful. Lux the lady didn't come out because she was busy I assume. I texted her but I think it was her assistant sneering me. Over all my shitzu looked great! read more

We bring our English bulldog Chloe here. They treat her so good that she doesn't want to leave sometimes. They do such a feat job and give her toys and holiday themed bandanas. If your in or around the Moreno Valley area this is THE place to bring your dog. read more

I had forgotten what a clean dog felt looked and felt like. We had been bringing our dogs to another groomer. The cut was always uneven and they never seemed to be all that clean after. I just assumed that was as good as it got. But my mother insisted we try them after a particularly bad cut. So we brought one in. Her face is completely clean, her nails trimmed and ears clean inside and out. Her coat is soft. And the best part? She's always a high strung dog but she was so completely relaxed after this grooming! No running, no pulling, no jumping, no frantic get away. I'm impressed. read more

This is THE ONLY place I'll take my dog to be groomed ever again. They take AMAZING care of my 4 lb yorkie maltese mix and are VERY understanding when I need her groomed at the last minute. Not only do they do nails and anal glands, without me asking, they also offer to do her teeth, for a little extra. I LOVE these groomers and am So glad I live close enough to get my baby puppy groomed there. read more

I've been coming to Pawlish Paws for over 15 years, and they have always provided good service…read moreuntil I brought my Bernadoodle in for grooming. My son brought our Bernadoodle in to be groomed, and they convinced him that he was matted and required a summer cut. My son reluctantly agreed, and they completely shaved him. To do a summer cut requires no finesse in grooming, and they charged me $189 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes that is no different than a farmer shearing his lambs. Here is a picture of what matted hair looks like, and pictures of my dog before his summer cut. If you look at his summer cut, check out his ears and tail, you can see they did take the time to brush out. Which means they were too lazy to accommodate us. I also pointed out to them that when I brought him there last year, they were accommodating to my request of a trim and could pull up the record on their system. They made the excuse that they couldn't do it because their system was in transaction mode. I question their integrity because they used to list the prices of the services they provided. Now they can subjectively name their prices. I expressed my concerns, and this group of employees quickly dismissed me, saying my pet was a big dog, therefore it cost more, no bigger than my Huskies, which I paid far less for grooming. If you have experienced this type of customer service, stand your ground and demand that they meet your needs/desires for your pet's grooming. What happened to that friendly family atmosphere?

BEWARE!!!…read more I'm writing this review to you today because I had a really surprising and frankly, pretty disappointing experience when I brought my schnauzer in for her recent grooming. I was really hoping for a specific type of service based on our chat beforehand, but what happened wasn't at all what I expected. When I booked the appointment, we talked quite a bit about getting her that classic, breed-standard schnauzer cut. That particular style is super important for her look, and I was assured that you guys were totally skilled in doing it. That's why I felt comfortable bringing her to you - I really trusted that his unique grooming needs would be met. So, imagine how shocked and upset I was when I picked her up and found shed been completely shaved! Her signature schnauzer coat, which defines her , was just gone. It was such an unexpected change and definitely not what we had agreed upon. When I asked about it, I was told it was because of "severe matting." And honestly, I have to strongly disagree with that my dog had some matting on her chest area and spout but nothing to that extreme of completely shaving her down . But more than anything, what really threw me off was the lack of communication. If there was genuinely a problem with matting that meant you couldn't do the schnauzer cut we discussed, I really, really wish I would have got the heads up about the complete shave down and given the option to take my dog elsewhere . A quick heads-up would have allowed us to talk through options, or I could have even come to pick her up. Making such a drastic, irreversible decision without my consent is a big oversight and a bit of a disregard for what I wanted for my pet. This whole situation is more than just a styling mistake; it feels like a real letdown in trust and communication. Seeing my dog like this is quite upsetting, especially after I went out of my way to choose a specialized service. In addition I was charged 80+ for the unauthorized shave down and according to the lady I was also charged for the muzzle they used on her !! Given this rather unsatisfactory experience, I'm sad to say I won't be able to bring my dog back to Nancy's for future grooming. And honestly, it makes it hard for me to recommend your salon to other pet owners looking for reliable service. Please see the photos 2nd photo is how they left my dog.

I've been coming to doggie day spa for about 10 years now and I love the service. Liz was the first owner and she's amazing and Maria is the current owner and she is also amazing, everyone there is always so kind to me and my Bentley. He's quite old now but they never stress him out and he loves going to the groomers. They make him smell like berries and baby powder and he smells good for days! As for the grooming, he always has the cutest cut from them. It's great quality work, Doggie Day Spa team is the best . 10/10 I recommend them to everyone I know that has a dog!! read more

HI I have been using Doggie Day Spa for almost a year now and we are so Happy. My baby walks right into the door like he belongs there, It makes me so happy to know he likes going in and I do not have to feel bad when I leave. We go about every 3 weeks and the prices are great which allows us to have a clean dog when ever we want :-) Thank you very much!
