The haircut and bath itself was good…read more What I wasn't a fan of was the communication before the appointment. I booked an appointment online and got a confirmation. Then after a day or two, they reached out to change the time. Alright, not a big deal. They told me that my groomer wasn't available on that day/time. So, they gave me another groomer at a different time. Not a problem. Another few days go by and I get a text that they need to change the time again. Oh okay. It's changed again. Okay, at least we are set. That was my train of thought. The day of the appointment, I get a text saying would it be okay if I came in 30 minutes? Ummm the appointment was at 4:00pm and you are asking to arrive at 11:30am. I'm at work at this point, trying to get ahold of my husband who is at work, so we can try to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the complete change in time. Honestly, my husband was upset that this was happening while he's at work. I was also irritated about this last minute change and only 30 mins notice. That's just not okay. You can't do that to people. I understand that they have you sign paperwork and let you know that there's a 2 hour window for your appointment. So, you do have to be available within a 2 hour window. Which is fine. If my appointment is at 4pm then the 2 hour window would be around that, and it definitely would not include 11:30am. That's way out of the window so they weren't even following their own policy. That's frustrating to me. Not sure my husband and I will pay for this service again, just because of the appointment time changing so much. It's unfortunate because we do like the grooming for our dog. Original appointment was at 8am. They changed it to 4:45pm. Then they changed it to 4pm. They tried to change it to 11:30 last minute/ on the day of the appointment. That's just not professional. The whole point of the mobile grooming is that it is convenient and easy. This experience was neither.

Outrage Over Lake Elsinore Mobile Groomer Sparks Community Backlash…read moreAn investigation is developing in Lake Elsinore following intense community concern over a viral video involving Perry's Pets Mobile Grooming. The video, captured on a client's Ring security camera and widely circulated on social media platforms like TikTok and Facebook, has led to a wave of allegations regarding the handling of a client's pet by business owner Renee Perry. The footage shows the moments the dog was returned to its owners front porch, sparking immediate public outcry over what viewers described as rough handling. However, key details surrounding the incident are currently being scrutinized to separate online speculation from reported facts: The Black Markings: While initial online rumors alleged that dark spots on the dog's coat were signs of physical abuse or severe bruising, subsequent reports indicate the markings may actually have been industrial grease transferred from inside the mobile grooming van. Allegations of Improper Handling: The central focus of the community's concern involves the dog's medical history and kneeing the dog. The dog reportedly had a pre-existing fake hip from a prior replacement surgery. It is alleged that the groomer was informed of this fragile medical condition before the appointment. Despite the groomer knowing this, the video appears to show the groomer using her knee to guide or push the dog, making contact near the sensitive, surgically repaired hip area. Following the viral backlash and a flood of complaints from local pet owners, the business's online presence imploded. Its Yelp page was placed under an active media monitoring alert to halt a barrage of negative reviews, and the mobile service is currently listed online as permanently CLOSED. Local animal welfare authorities have not yet released an official statement confirming whether formal charges or citations will be issued. https://www.facebook.com/reel/1329554399320662

I really wanted this work because had it not I would have to figure out how to do the stuff he hates me doing on my . He of course took some time to get comfortable with his surrounds but I have high hopes that this will be our forever groomer. She even got his nails, which has always been a hassle for us. After going to Petco a couple times, we found this place based on all the great reviews. They did an average job on the grooming and way too overpriced. My Aussie is 13 and not very active and cost $95. Walked out spending $195 in total. That's just ridiculous. That's about $50 more than any other place I've been over the past several years. When I questioned it, he said, as long as they come monthly, the price will stay the same. If you miss, the price may go up. More? Really? I was better off going to Petco. Anyway, unless your money grows on trees. save some money and do some research.

NEVER GO HERE. Absolute cash grab. They do not care about your pet!!!!!!…read moreThey gave us * False hope * Thousands in charges (2k) * A dying dog left suffering * A rushed search for another hospital * And still lost a beloved family member We came in about two weeks ago because our dog appeared to have food poisoning. The staff recommended a long list of treatments, and because this dog was family to us, we agreed to everything they suggested if it meant he had a chance to recover. Before approving nearly $2,000 worth of treatment, I repeatedly asked the veterinarian (a Hispanic male vet) what the chances were that our dog would survive with these treatments. Instead of being honest or transparent, he avoided the question every single time and refused to give any realistic expectations. They told us to come back at closing because our dog "needed extra treatment hours." We came back at 5 PM exactly as instructed. Then they pushed it again and told us to return at 7 PM because the "extra hours would really help." Naturally, we believed them. We thought our dog was improving. He wasn't. When we returned at 7 PM, the vet casually informed us that none of the treatments had worked and that we now needed to rush our dying dog to an emergency hospital to be euthanized because THEY were closing. So after wasting our entire day, draining us emotionally and financially, they suddenly decided there was nothing more they could do -- yet somehow couldn't tell us that earlier? They couldn't even provide humane end-of-life care for a suffering animal in their own clinic. To make matters worse, while my family was devastated and trying to process losing our dog, they still slipped random charges onto the bill, including a flea and tick collar that had absolutely nothing to do with the reason we came in. This place is disgusting. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and emotionally manipulative. I would never trust them with another animal, and I genuinely hope nobody else has to experience what we went through.

My wife and I did what any responsible pet parents would do: administered a full‑scale COVID‑era haircut and booked a 9 AM nail‑trim appointment to finish the job. Once the shop opened, we learned the entire operation was being run by one heroic human that morning. One. A whole grooming shop held together by sheer willpower and caffeine. After we explained Sawyer's situation, this absolute saint of a groomer didn't just agree to trim his nails -- she offered to clean him up for a small fee, with the kind of patience and warmth that could calm a tornado. Minutes later, out strutted a brand‑new dog. Freshly trimmed, nails immaculate, tail wagging like he'd just won a beauty pageant. I tipped more than I planned, but honestly, it still wasn't enough. She earned every penny with her kindness, her skill, and that unwavering smile that said, "Yes, I am single‑handedly keeping this place running, and no, you will not see me break." I wish I remembered her name, but I'll never forget the impression she made. She opened the shop on June 6th and represented that establishment with pride, grit, and genuine heart -- a true gem in the grooming world. PHOTO: Sawyer and Reed
