The staff recommended a long list of treatments, and because this dog was family to us, we agreed to everything they suggested if it meant he had a chance to recover. Before approving nearly $2,000 worth of treatment, I repeatedly asked the veterinarian (a Hispanic male vet) what the chances were that our dog would survive with these treatments. Instead of being honest or transparent, he avoided the question every single time and refused to give any realistic expectations. They told us to come back at closing because our dog "needed extra treatment hours." We came back at 5 PM exactly as instructed. Then they pushed it again and told us to return at 7 PM because the "extra hours would really help." Naturally, we believed them. We thought our dog was improving. He wasn't. When we returned at 7 PM, the vet casually informed us that none of the treatments had worked and that we now needed to rush our dying dog to an emergency hospital to be euthanized because THEY were closing. So after wasting our entire day, draining us emotionally and financially, they suddenly decided there was nothing more they could do -- yet somehow couldn't tell us that earlier? They couldn't even provide humane end-of-life care for a suffering animal in their own clinic. To make matters worse, while my family was devastated and trying to process losing our dog, they still slipped random charges onto the bill, including a flea and tick collar that had absolutely nothing to do with the reason we came in. This place is disgusting. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and emotionally manipulative. I would never trust them with another animal, and I genuinely hope nobody else has to experience what we went through.

Then after a day or two, they reached out to change the time. Alright, not a big deal. They told me that my groomer wasn't available on that day/time. So, they gave me another groomer at a different time. Not a problem. Another few days go by and I get a text that they need to change the time again. Oh okay. It's changed again. Okay, at least we are set. That was my train of thought. The day of the appointment, I get a text saying would it be okay if I came in 30 minutes? Ummm the appointment was at 4:00pm and you are asking to arrive at 11:30am. I'm at work at this point, trying to get ahold of my husband who is at work, so we can try to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the complete change in time. Honestly, my husband was upset that this was happening while he's at work. I was also irritated about this last minute change and only 30 mins notice. That's just not okay. You can't do that to people. I understand that they have you sign paperwork and let you know that there's a 2 hour window for your appointment. So, you do have to be available within a 2 hour window. Which is fine. If my appointment is at 4pm then the 2 hour window would be around that, and it definitely would not include 11:30am. That's way out of the window so they weren't even following their own policy. That's frustrating to me. Not sure my husband and I will pay for this service again, just because of the appointment time changing so much. It's unfortunate because we do like the grooming for our dog. Original appointment was at 8am. They changed it to 4:45pm. Then they changed it to 4pm. They tried to change it to 11:30 last minute/ on the day of the appointment. That's just not professional. The whole point of the mobile grooming is that it is convenient and easy. This experience was neither.

I figured I'd give this place a try. The grooming process seemed reasonable too. It took about 2 hours and my fur baby was all done. They were quick really. Haircut came out cute! They gave her a pin and bandanna. I'm happy with the results of this groomer. I see why they have good reviews. My Pomeranian looks good and she smelled super nice afterwards too! They have an online booking system that is easy to use. You can book online whenever you want. Love that convenience at your fingertips.

This was my email to them of the incident:…read more Okay so the first thing I was charged the full amount when I booked 4/18/24. On 04/19/24 the appointment was in the morning between 0700-0900 hours the groomer was late and by the time she got here the appointment had to be rescheduled. I was told no problem since you already paid the full amount you'll receive an email or call back for reschedule. None of that happened so I called myself of 04/23/24 and scheduled an appointment for 1500 hours. The groomer got here early and he took my cat. Half way through the appointment he comes to the door with my cat still not fully dry and I'm told my cat was not able to be dried or completed the cut because he was "difficult" one would think you guys are the professionals hence why I booked the service. On top of that my cats tail received a laceration as you can see in the pictures attached. All in all horrible service and not what I expected by any means. I was baffled that even after that, I was told I had a "balance" of $80 something dollars for what? I paid the full amount on 04/19/24. It was confirmed on a recorded line so you should be able to replay that for confirmation. I have also attached proof of our banking statement. I hope you realize how unprofessional this whole situation is. I attached before and after pictures as well so you can use it as reference to how shitty the cut was. No groomer has ever charged me that much, hurt my pet, and on top of that demand more money.
