I needed a last minute appointment for my Pom. I contacted Good Fluffin Grooming and got amazing service. Not only did they get me in within a day, but their service and kindness was exceptional. My Misty's hair cut was perfect. The staff did so many cute things like make a Father's Day gift for Misty to give her Pet-Dad with her paw print on it. They also sent her home with a treat and gave us a report card including a before and after photo...how sweet. Not only did our pet get an exceptional grooming experience, but the Pet-parents enjoyed the fun and care given by the staff. I would have given them a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you Good Fluffin' Grooming.

Our Hannah can be a handful when it comes to grooming. I stopped in to Good Fluffin' Grooming to explain all of Hannah's little idiosyncrasies before making an appointment to see if they were up to the challenge of grooming her - ie: she doesn't like clippers or blow dryers, she's a bit apprehensive of being in new places, and she's a "Mama's Girl"...... The owner Tiffani assured me that Hannah's quirks would be noted and they would take a slow pace with her. Today was Hannah's big day! Good Fluffin' worked magic on Hannah, and both Hannah and the groomers survived Hannah's time there! LOL Seriously, I am so thankful I found a place that was professional, friendly and caring. I highly recommend Good Fluffin' Grooming!!! Our girl never looked so pretty!

But what really makes this salon stand out is the service and attention to detail. Becka took great care of my big boy we couldn't thank her enough! When I picked him up, she gave us the cutest little goody bag and a report card grading how he did during his appointment (such an adorable idea!!). On top of that, my pup came home looking great and wearing the cutest little bandana-- complimenting his hazel green eyes it was such a nice touch:) Between the unbeatable pricing, prime location, and amazing service, this salon has definitely earned a loyal customer. My pup & I have been to good fluffin a handful of times, and my god we have hit the jackpot !! Becka is seriously the best groomer we've come across everrr. Every experience here has been a 10/10. Each visit we've had came with an amazing "report card" on how our pets were during the apt, what services were rendered, and extra little notes. I have never had a grooming facility put so much effort into their craft, and I appreciate this so so much! She comes home smelling amazing, totally de-shedded, and a super cute accessory every time. Tiffany did such a good job on our pup Winnie' He's a spicy dog and she did so good with him. When my husband picked him up and he was so happy. She let him loose in her lobby to play until my husband got there. She also gave text updates on how he was doing which I really liked. Definitely a 5 star groomer and this is where we will go from now on. We live in Redlands but we will commute to go to her because our dog liked her so much. He's not a people person and bites lol and to see him love on her is enough for me. I wish I could get better pics but he won't sit for one. Nyxon always has a great time with Becka! He used to dread grooming but now he gets excited to see her every time he comes in. The salon is always quick, price is perfect and the staff is always friendly. Plus my boy gets a cute bandana or bow every time he goes and I know he feels handsome afterwards. We just got a new pup so he'll be coming next. Overall, my go to for grooming.

I brought my dog Chiki here for grooming and WOW... my girl came out looking like a little model. ‍ Her haircut was perfect, her coat was shiny and soft, and they gave her the cutest bandana. Prompt Prompt, professional, easy scheduling, my schnauzer is a bit anxious for vet and grooming appointments. I explained this up front and asked they wash and groom only as much as he could tolerate. Being a new grooming service, I didn't want it to be stressful for either the dog or groomer. They did a fantastic job with my dog. He was not showing signs of distress and he looked amazing from head to toe nails. Im so pleased with the entire experience. They just earned a customer! This is our second time going to good fluff and grooming and we couldn't be more happy! If they ever leave we will cry! You can tell they truly love and care for your pets and they are just as sweet as can be! But how genuine when they are and how great they treat your dogs is worth its weight in gold! The dogs always go in there happy and come out even happier! They go out of their way to make sure that the pet is happy and safe and the owners are happy and safe! They do the cutest little things that make all the difference! You get an adorable report card telling you how good or bad LOL your dog behaved usually some little treats and they even take pictures and give them to you! If you haven't gone there with your pets you need to, you will not be disappointed! I can't foresee us ever going into another groomer ever again! I'm so relieved to have found a groomer that is comforting and caring with my picky pooch who I cant get clippers near him without him flipping out. He did not act traumatized when I picked him up and I could tell he approved of his groomer. They even sent me texts and videos during his session to keep me appraised. Just picked up my husky. She looks great and my husky did her post- prance around when I picked her up. So she liked it too. 1st time using good fluffin and I definitely will be back. Affordable and efficient! Use to go to Petco, but it's $$$. Tiffani did a great job and got the trim under the paws (petco always neglects that) HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Tiffani took such amazing care of my 8 month old German Shepherd. It was his first experience at the groomers and made him feel very safe. I was called and told one of my dogs ears was matted and they had to shave the entire ear to the skin. I told them, "no, I didn't want my dog's ears without any hair. The manager became extremely angry and argumentative. At one point I said leave the ears alone and I would do them. I received more arguing back at me. I also said then use the clippers to remove the matted part and do the best you can. I was called back rudely another time that I would have to sign a waiver about my dog's ears. I tried to pick my dogs up at the three hour mark and they had not even been trimmed properly yet and I was told if I picked up the dogs then, I would have to pay for the entire bill. I left my poor dogs there as I had an appointment. When I returned to pick them up the groomer was rude and over the top argumentative and said I was not allowed to bring my dogs back even after I apologized for any misunderstanding on my part. They continued to display such a shameful attitude and stance with me just because I declined to have the groomer use the clipper on the entire ear. What happened to kindness and the business motto "The customer is always right"? If they treat me like this is a "critical parent fashion", how do they treat my dogs??? There is no way to see how dogs are being treated around the corner as when they groom the dogs it is completely out of view. One of my dogs was literally shaking when we arrived home. The shaking lasted some time. As it was, they charged me $15 extra to comb out my dog's matted ear. Couldn't they have given me that option up front? It would have been so much more kinder and everyone could have left happy and content including my dogs!!! After arrived home for several days, my dogs cry when I pick them up from sore ribs. How horribly sad and indicates they were mishandled, too!

My son brought our Bernadoodle in to be groomed, and they convinced him that he was matted and required a summer cut. My son reluctantly agreed, and they completely shaved him. To do a summer cut requires no finesse in grooming, and they charged me $189 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes that is no different than a farmer shearing his lambs. Here is a picture of what matted hair looks like, and pictures of my dog before his summer cut. If you look at his summer cut, check out his ears and tail, you can see they did take the time to brush out. Which means they were too lazy to accommodate us. I also pointed out to them that when I brought him there last year, they were accommodating to my request of a trim and could pull up the record on their system. They made the excuse that they couldn't do it because their system was in transaction mode. I question their integrity because they used to list the prices of the services they provided. Now they can subjectively name their prices. I expressed my concerns, and this group of employees quickly dismissed me, saying my pet was a big dog, therefore it cost more, no bigger than my Huskies, which I paid far less for grooming. If you have experienced this type of customer service, stand your ground and demand that they meet your needs/desires for your pet's grooming. What happened to that friendly family atmosphere?

It has been a very difficult time for my cat Bastu…read more However, I have found the facility to be very nice, and Bastu received prompt assistance for her problems! First, she was hospitalized for 24 hours. While there are still some things that I am trying to understand, the IV support made a big difference in her health. My understanding is that this is very important for cats with pancreatis. After going some time without eating, I could tell that she felt better after each treatment with fluids. I have not yet had a follow-up visit with my local vet to check Bastu's PrecisionPSL values. However, from two follow-up visits to CAEC, I can say that Bastu's SDMA values have returned to normal (after she was prescribed felimazole, and successful delivery of that medication for 3 days lead to more severe problems). The spike in BUN values from 21 (before felimazole) to 72 (after felimazole, and then decreased diet to the point of not eating any food) was reversed to 13 after treatment at CAEC (a little below normal, instead of very high above normal). While I am looking into more details (such as waiting to see if my Bastu is capable of returning to normal health) before following the procedures on the FDA website (https://www.fda.gov/animal-veterinary/report-problem/how-report-animal-drug-and-device-side-effects-and-product-problems), my understanding is that my cat has a pre-existing kidney problem. The elevated T4 levels (used to define a diagnosis for hyperthydroidism) represented the body's defense for those kidney problems - high T4 can cause problems in itself, but the underlying kidney problems can also cause additional problems. Thank you very much - while improvement has been slow, Bastu and I certainly appreciate the help within the last week!

Asked for a prescription fill on the phone and was told to upload the hard copies provided unto Chewy, but once I informed them it wasn't acceptable due to pharmacy regulations I was met with a dismissive tone and attitude. Not the kind of treatment you want when going to a facility to tend to your pets at their lowest times. The front staff member, Erica, insisted it was approved already. I asked if it was actually approved electronically and that's when she paused and went to check. Maybe check before answering so confidently? I even told them in the exam room that I would be sending the prescription request over to the office before leaving. She could have simply told me kindly she will let the doctor know as soon as she's free instead of rudely claiming how they are super busy and they'll get to it when they get to it. I would have had much more respect with that response. I'm a healthcare provider and would NEVER come off that dismissive to a patient of mine. Especially for such a simple matter. Unprofessional to say the least.

Tiffani did awesome with my snoopy as always has ! He got all cleaned up and cute when i tell you he went in gray and not white at all i am not kidding.Thank you restoring my pup to his cute self.
