You will find most pet supplies here for your dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, and more. Staff members I've encountered have been friendly, and welcoming. Shout out to Sara, who was extremely helpful with their app and took her time to explain and clarify questions I had. They offer grooming, training, adoption, and other services. When you order online, you can have it shipped home, or you can pick up at the store within a couple hours. And often, they have extra promotions via the app if you order and pick-up at the store. So for starters. Every single time I go into PetSmart I am always seeing Rosie the employee working her butt off and the rest of the staff just sitting and doing nothing. I think Rosie goes above and beyond for the job she has Plus she is always greeting me every time I go in to PetSmart. I don't know why they rely on one lady to answer the phones, check people out and help with curb side orders. So unhappy with how they treat Rosie. Not a fan of the other employees taking advantage of her and her niceness. The other workers are younger and expect her to do all of their work. Not okay. What could improve? How about the line going to the back of the store at 6 pm on a Wednesday evening! Every time I come here which is less and less because of the fact that it takes forever to buy one thing, the line is to the back of the store. There is one cashier working with the line going back to the store. Petco is where I go mainly but they can't manage to stop their shelves. PetSmart stocks the shelves but they can't manage to get you out in a timely manner. Very disappointed with gromming, I took my 3 puppies for a bath and trimming and the girl Alisha didn't treat my puppies nicely, she pull them inside and I told her you are shocking them, my golden doodle Lexy supposed to be with another girl, so Alisha took her and I clearly told her take your time and don't shave her, I don't want her bold or the hair short, so when we picked up our puppies we were mad seeing our baby all shave and patches everywhere, I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND living your dog with her, but Brianna took care one of our puppies and she did an good job, i recommend her plus Breanna is a loving girl and will treat your dog nice. Tried the grooming for the first time ever. Since we have a 12 week old golden retriever puppy and it just horrible. Paid about $60 and the whole reason to bring a puppy to the groomer so they can get used to it right? Oh the groomer (Eve) told us to get him used to holding his paws (like we don't do that already?! And to cut his nails at home to get used to it, like the reason for us taking him there is to ALSO get used to the groomers. She couldn't even trim his nails like wtf. I come to this store frequently and wanted to try out their grooming services. Regret that decision my dog can barely open her eye and I have never had this problem. Honestly had the worst experience with the hair groomer who cut my Poor puppy's hair she asked for a picture of how I wanted her hair then proceeded to do whatever she wanted with her, my baby looked nothing like the picture honestly broke my heart this was her first hair cut and I was so excited to see her but it was horrible. The showers for the puppies are amazing I love when I get her showered here but hair cuts you are honestly better off taking them else wear. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT TAKE TOUR PETS HERE FOR GROOMING! I dropped off my pup at 1:45 and was told it could take 2 hours. No problem there I understood since it was a Saturday and the place was packed! I showed up 2 hours later and they told me that my dog still wasn't washed. They then asked me to come back one hour later. He had been sitting in the crate for 2 hours and no one called me. They then walked out with my dog and said he was already washed. I looked at him and he was still filthy. Ears where full of dirt, he had sand all over him and the worst part was he had a deep cut under his throat. There was no haircut involved just a simple wash. Apple Pay changes the last four numbers of your cc on your receipt! Keep a look out!!!! Situation was simple I had my unused item, Visa card I purchased the item, and my receipt. Cashier and manager both refused to do the return because the card numbers didn't match. Let them both know that I used Apple Pay. Asked if that would effect anything? Manager said no. Manager huffed at me said she was going to the back to check the system. At this point I'm extremely upset, so I told her not to huff at me. She went to go print out Petsmart return policy. The cashier pointed out in front of me trying to "whisper" to the manager that I bought the item at Mira Loma. ( which isn't a crime I only went to this horrible Petsmart because I was dog sitting for my sister she lives closer to this poop Petsmart) Told the manager I could pull up my credit card statement. Show her my purchase that has the store information of the original purchase plus the total amount. She kept saying the numbers don't match. Told the manager to give my information to the district manager because this was outrages. It's been over two weeks, he or she has yet to call. (Guess it really shows they didn't care or that person never got my information) All in all turns out that Apple Pay does change the last four numbers. Called Mira Loma told them what happen, they told me to go back to their store and they would help me. Part of me feels like I was discriminated against because this location is in a high crime area, I am a minority. Instead of helping me find a solution they automatically assumed I stole the item. By the way I called chase they were ready to cancel the whole transaction because by Petsmart logic if the last four numbers don't match and I never made that purchase with that card than it's a fraudulent charge on my card. Of course, fortunately Mira Loma was able to solve this problem for me. Had a grooming appointment with Ashleigh L. Do not make an appointment with her. I called ahead to ask if she knows how to trim Pomeranian hair and she said yes. Asked her specifically to NOT cut. I asked her to only use scissors to trim off the excess about 1/2 of an inch if possible and she shaved him. NOT ONLY THAT, she did a horrible job at shaving him. I did not realized until we got home but she could not even shave him evenly. Missed multiple spots. Horrible hair cut in general. Pomeranians are not supposed to be shaven so the fact that she shaved his hair means she FUCKED his hair up forever because it will never grow back the same.
