Signing up was quick and simple I just uploaded her vaccine records through their portal and she was ready to go. Throughout the day they sent us update photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, they took such amazing care of our baby girl and treated her like family. Having a facility willing and able to accommodate a Great Dane puppy during our trip was incredible. Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍

Staff were very welcoming on our first visit. We have a Saint Bernard mix and Dana was great with her. Gave her a few updates on medical issues or things to be aware of and check in was a breeze. Our pup is super furry and I know it takes a lot since I used to groom her. Just don't have the time anymore, but super happy Dana took care of her! So close to home and super convenient. Definitely coming back to Shelly's!
