We were a group of 11, and I had to say our experience was very similar to another reviewer here, (Elite Marlane R.) The guy punk white dude taking our order was also the one bringing out the food, and his attitude was honestly shocking. When we politely asked if we could switch coffee to Coke, he immediately said no in a loud, irritated tone, saying Coke costs more than coffee. For us, the price difference wasn't even an issue, it was the way he spoke to us that felt disrespectful. At one point, I was just looking toward the door, and he suddenly asked me, "What are you looking at?" in a loud voice, as if I was staring at him. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially since it drew attention from everyone around. Despite the poor service, we still made the effort to clean up after ourselves, busing our plates and making sure the table was neat before leaving. To the owner of Thai Noodle Express, I hope you can train your staff on how to properly treat customers. Good service goes a long way. On top of everything, the Pad Thai did not taste authentic. Very disappointing overall. I wouldn't recommend this place based on our experience.

Allie was friendly, helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. She made me feel welcome and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. It's not every day you come across someone who puts that much care into helping customers. People are quick to complain when something goes wrong, so I wanted to take the time to recognize someone who is doing a great job. Thank you, Allie, for making my experience such a positive one! Sean got his usual chicken tikka masala, and I decided to try the veggie tikka masala this time. Both were absolutely excellent...packed with that rich, delicious Indian flavor we love. They actually load their pizzas with toppings, whether you get the Vegetarian, Mother Lode, or another specialty pizza. They also have some really good meal specials, and that's usually my go-to. I get one that includes a specialty pizza, cheese bread, and drinks. If you order it to go, you can get a 2-liter. For the amount of food you get, I think it's a phenomenal value. The service is pretty good as well. They employ quite a few young people, which I actually appreciate. Every now and then you may catch them being young and goofing around a little, but for the most part they're polite, friendly, and do their jobs well. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The inside is fine, but when the weather is nice, I really enjoy sitting outside. It's a nice atmosphere to relax, have some pizza, and enjoy a glass of wine. Whenever family or friends come to town, Gold Dust is one of the places I take them or order from. We also get it for parties and get-togethers. It was so easy....I literally just emailed them a giant list of all the things I needed............and they showed up and loaded everything into the house! While we were there, another delivery company we were getting our liquor from totally flaked on us.......and at the last minute the guys at Express Lane took care of that order too. They could not have been kinder, more helpful, or more accommodating. Thanks guys!
