There was only one area where the heater really warmed up the restaurant. You could tell everyone was just uncomfortably cold and wearing their coats and outside gear inside to try to stay warm. During a visit about a over a month ago, I observed an interaction between a manager and an employee that felt uncomfortable to witness. From a customer perspective, the tone came across as harsh and seemed more appropriate for a private conversation rather than one happening in front of staff and guests. On a more recent visit, I became concerned after overhearing multiple staff members discussing cleanliness-related issues while I was dining. As a customer, hearing those types of conversations during a meal was unsettling and raised concerns for me about overall food safety and sanitation. I want to be clear that I am only sharing what I personally experienced and overheard during my visits. However, as someone with severe allergies, trust in food handling and cleanliness is extremely important to me, and these experiences made me uncomfortable. Because of this, I felt it was appropriate to bring these concerns to the attention of the appropriate authorities so they can be properly reviewed. I hope management takes the opportunity to evaluate both customer experience and internal practices moving forward, as both staff and guests deserve a safe and respectful environment.
