Today I walked in really quick to grab a sandwich on my way home. The gentleman who took my order was kind and courteous as was his other employee. It's worth noting that it was absolutely DEAD in this location, not a single other soul in sight, and it took a hot second to get my sandwich, but it appeared they just had a lot on their hands and not enough help (I did notice they had a sign saying they were hiring). The carbonation for the soda fountain was also apparently turned off, but the manager / supervisor was on it and fixed it right away. As far as the sandwich, Potbelly's rarely misses: my roast beef sandwich hit the spot when I got home.
