I asked to speak to the manager, and one of the employees impersonated the general manager coming up to me telling me "what?" with such attitude. If she were the manager, I was astonished by how I was treated, she was bluntly lying to me saying that she was the one working as the cashier the day I lost my wallet and that wasn't true at all. The gentleman who took my order was kind and courteous as was his other employee. It's worth noting that it was absolutely DEAD in this location, not a single other soul in sight, and it took a hot second to get my sandwich, but it appeared they just had a lot on their hands and not enough help (I did notice they had a sign saying they were hiring). The carbonation for the soda fountain was also apparently turned off, but the manager / supervisor was on it and fixed it right away. As far as the sandwich, Potbelly's rarely misses: my roast beef sandwich hit the spot when I got home. Overall, this location got the job done aside from a couple of hiccups which, again, the employees were on top of and making do with. Somebody apply here so they can get more help!
