The salads are always very fresh and have not been sitting forever. There are so many options.! I usually order the market salad, my favorite! The service can't be beat. The drive-through is quick and easy if you need to get back to work, but the best part is ordering from your table using the app and they deliver it right to you. Facility is super clean. This is one of the more modern locations, with a fancy covered drive through and a dedicated waiting area complete with padded bench for pick-up orders. They have family night ever week with something nice for the young ones, and they offer frequent freebies though their One app. You can end up with free treats almost every week between purchases and the corporate promo offers. From the menu, I prefer a chicken sandwich and a frosted lemonade. The lemonade treats are a must try. They did attempt an orange juice version, but I don't think it was as good. If you are looking for a good salad, their Cobb salad with avocado-ranch dressing is a great choice. read more

This has historically had a stellar customer service record with my family. The food is consistently delicious, but the order has been served incorrectly twice now. Instead of getting spicy deluxe (which they repeated) we were given the sandwich with only pickles. When requesting ranch and Polynesian sauce, only Polynesian was given in every bag. I did a take out ordered for a regular Chick-fil-a meal and a one (1) grilled chicken sandwich with out the bun. The fries with my meal were the potato ends that the skin was so tough it was like eating shoe leather. The grilled chicken cost 70 cents more than my regular sandwich and was the size of 1-1/2 small chicken nuggets and about a 1/4" thick. Wrote a review on the store site after I was already home (1/2 hour away from the store), no reply. I sent another complaint to Chick-fil-a Corporate with in a 1/2 minute received a form letter email reply with a coupon for a dessert after I told them I wasn't looking for anything free. Whether I'm ordering the classic chicken sandwich or their Cobb salad, I am always satisfied with my meal. Their waffle fries are consistently cooked to perfection, not too soggy, not to crispy. Their cookie n cream shakes are delicious. Even if you stray from the norm & try out one of their seasonal shakes, like the peach drink, it's guaranteed to be a hit. One was correct and one was likely kids telling me my charge did not go through and they needed my card again to pay for their food. The charge amounts were different. This parking/ drive through is slightly ridiculous. But other than that it is a decent place. The staff is friendly like most other Chick-Fil-A's I've been to. And,like most other Chick-Fil-A's its always smarter to go inside than to have to battle with other drivers in the parking lot. It has two ordering screens outside but the lanes merge into one which makes for seemingly flustered staff if the person taking your order forgot to ask you for a name for your order. The manager on evening shift name is Danielle probably one of the most unprofessional manager to approach a conversation to tell a customer that it's only chicken well quite honestly that's correct. For me and my family it was a meal I was simply calling to find out why you guys were closed and I probably wouldn't be leaving this review with your name in it but to insult me by stating that it's only chicken so why am I upset, Upset I was not but frustrated yes second night in a row I was confused that you guys were closed because this is the last stop I make almost every night is to pick up dinner for my family so for me it was much more than chicken it was completely disappointing my family again and the first phone call it didn't help that I was hung up on you're probably a new manager and I'm sure a lot of very frustrated people that you're closing an hour early out of the blue.
