I got there early and checked in and the girl at the front desk was very nice and accomodating. I sat down for about 5 minutes and they called me back I was greated by Kerri S. and she was a breath of fresh air, very nice, told me everything about the test, checked all the boxes off with questions and was very accomodating when it came to my night bag and explaining everything, we were joined by Rachell C. and she was just as nice and caring about how I was doing they were both keeping an eye on my overnight bag, (no Bladder due to Cancer) and were so informational about this test to me and Kerri had no problem finding the VEIN in my arm which was a huge relief!!!!! So High Five to Kerri and Rachell for making my visit the best ever, you go girls!!!!

Was referred to this location for an MRI (was having foot pain). My appointment time was at 8am and…read morethey told me to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, so I did. Upon arrival, they gave me a one-page health survey to fill out, which I did and within 10 minutes they had called me back to the testing area. They had me put my purse into a locked locker (of which I held the key for), and took me into the MRI suite. They had me lay down on the table, and even gave me a blanket as it was a little chilly in the room. The MRI took about 15 minutes to complete and I was out of the office by 8:05am (just 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time). Perfect. The employees were fabulous and I have zero complaints. Hope I dont have to go back for more testing, but if I do, I'll gladly go to this location.

This place is odd. You get therefore your point in time and you sign in. Then you sit around for…read morewho knows how long until they call you up to then take your insurance information. Meanwhile the receptionists will sit gabbing away. What are they waiting on? The new usually move to the second waiting room or you could wait another 30 minutes or more. I don't get it. The South is pleasant but their system is broken. Why when I walk into the office and no one is at the check-in (everyone sitting around) and have to wait to go check in. Then you realize all these people are still waiting to be called up. Not happy. Its my 2nd time here and same same.

I came here to get a special kind of ultra sound called an MSK that is supposed to be aimed at…read moreimaging the musculoskeletal system. However, not a lot of places offer this special ultra sound because only certain technicians are able to perform it... Anyways, this location had someone available to do it so I came here for that. The technician was nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The procedure room was extremely clean! Unfortunately, the results were a kind of a draw because the images were not great and I had to go get an MRI. I wouldn't recommend getting that kind of ultrasound but I would recommend this imaging facility.

I have never had a night appointment for an MRI -- or any appointment for that matter -- but last…read morenight I did at Banner Imaging Estrella, and it was, by far, the best medical experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt something different. I was immediately greeted by Alma at the front desk. Even though she was assisting another patient, she acknowledged me right away. Her spirit seemed to beam through the glass. Her smile, her tone, and the way she welcomed me made me feel seen and valued within seconds of arriving. I was early for my appointment, so I sat in the lobby -- but I didn't wait long at all. Soon, I was called back by Jocelyn. Her voice was calming, gentle, and incredibly kind. She provided the garments I needed for my MRI and reassured me that they would be with me shortly. There was something so comforting in her presence. Then I was introduced to Abby, the MRI technologist. She, too, carried that same kind and gentle spirit. Abby and Jocelyn worked together to help my tiny self get positioned into the machine, treating me with patience and dignity every step of the way. Before beginning, Abby asked what kind of music I would like to listen to during the procedure. "Smooth jazz," I replied. Throughout the entire MRI, she communicated clearly with me, explaining what was happening and checking in along the way. While this wasn't my first MRI and my situation wasn't life-threatening, it was absolutely my first experience receiving such outstanding, compassionate service. If anyone out there feels anxious or hesitant about undergoing an MRI, I would encourage you to visit this location. The care, warmth, and professionalism of these three remarkable young women truly transformed what can often be a stressful experience into something peaceful and reassuring. I sincerely hope the company recognizes and treats them well -- because they certainly deserve it.

I had a snafu…read more(totally my fault) with the paperwork and Karla at reception was very helpful getting things straightened out so I could still get the imaging done without rescheduling for another day. So grateful for her patience and help! Kariann and Greg took good care of me during the actual MRI. They walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable while in the machine. From when…read moreI walked in the door and was greeted with a huge smile and much patience from the receptionist to when I got the actual x-rays done by amazinging patient, competent, compassionate techs, it was truly a great experience. I had anticipated pain, impatience, a long wait, etc. But none of those happened! Special kudos to Deanna who knew just how to help me maneuver without causing me pain.
