We haven't had such delicious mashed fish since Iceland and the cheddar mash and onions were the perfect accoutrement! The former was delicious between the peach puree and prosecco, while the latter was a little more tart with the elderflower cordial. The Tortellini I ordered was exquisite and scrumptious with how it was prepared between the goat cheese, asparagus, red onion, wilted spinach, cream sauce, and bacon. The wife's Coq Au Vin Façon La Maison (chicken breast braised in red wine, smoked bacon, mushrooms, baby onions, roast carrot, pomme purée) was equally memorable.
