The time before last that I dropped off my clothes and a shirt came back with what appears to be a grease stain on it, not from me. I brought it back and they said they would spot clean it. I went back to pick it up and it was still stained. They said let us try again. I went back to pick it up and there was a hole in my shirt where the stain was. They reimbursed me for my shirt. Fine. Last time I dropped off my clothes a different shirt came back with what appears to be the same grease stain on it. They must have something wrong with their equipment there that's messing up the clothes. My clothes are worn in my office, to my hamper, then to the dry cleaners. It's not coming from my end. Twice in a row in not coincidence anymore. So I emailed the owner about the situation. I did not fill out a claim form and request any money back. I simply wanted the owner to know what happened to me AGAIN. Twice in a row! It's been over 2 months now and I did not get any form of apology or any response!. That's unacceptable and unprofessional. Time to find another cleaner. read more

Be careful !! Their service does not worth the price, although their price is very low! Trust me you will fell bad if you trust them! Recently I dry clean two curtains. When they gave them back to me they folded them to show the front and I can not see the back of the curtains. When I got them back I find the back of curtains were damaged. The whole back area were damaged , it could not have gone unnoticed by them. But they did not tell me when I pick them up!! I immediately bring them back but they said the damaged has nothing to do with their service! I can not believe they said that ! I recommend others thing twice before using their service . I'm really shocked to see the high ratings of this place. I'm giving it a 1 for two different reasons... The percentage of clothes they have ruined, and then the customer service when it was brought to their attention. Over the last 2 years we have used them extensively... And frequently we found clothes that had unusual marks when they were returned. We couldn't directly attribute it to the dry cleaner as I travel and wired things happen on planes. Well, I went an bought a really nice new golf shirt and on the first cleaning there were massive black stains on the shoulder. These were clearly not from us, so we approached the owner. First he says it could NOT have been them... Then says it could Not have been the laundering... Well, we had asked for them to be dry cleaned. He says that yeah that is what you ask for and we tell you we do, but we just launder them anyway!!!! Are you kidding me? I don't give 1's lightly but this jerk earned it. If you want cheap, go here, but be forewarned, you will end up trashing some of your clothes! read more

Do not go here if you value your possessions! I took a comforter here to be washed. I have to admit that I did read the prior negative reviews about this place, but thought I would give them a chance since they're in such a good location. When I dropped off my comforter I specifically stated that it had to be dry cleaned (per the tag instructions). When I returned to retrieve the comforter the girl at the counter told me that I needed to return the comforter to the place that I bought it from, because the pattern/detail had come off. She then said that it had been laundered as a household item. I reminded her that I specifically requested dry cleaning. Without apologizing for the mistake she continued to state that there was nothing that she could do. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said that he only works a couple of times a week, but I could try to stop by later in the week to catch him. Horrible service, waste of money, and I was left with a comforter completely stripped of it's design. I cannot speak for their other services, but I would not recommend taking any dry clean only items here. read more

This place ruined my brand new silk top and when I took it back in, they told me to just a return the top to the place I purchased it. WHAT?!?! So rude, awful cleaning and the worst customer service. Worst customer service ever. I normally don't write reviews but I had to this time. I have spent hundreds of dollars dry cleaning my clothes here for years. In each week/every other week with my shirts and pants. Today I was 2 min past the 9a drop off time for same day pick up and was told "sorry you're too late bro". I explained that I was stopped at every light and needed my clothes back tonight for an event and they said it wasn't their problem - 9a means 9a not 902a. For someone who is a regular customer you would think they could make an exception. Of course they told me I would be able to get my clothes back same day before they rang me up and took my payment. Only upon reading the receipt did I see I missed the deadline. I asked for a concession on the time and was told the above. Obviously upset I told them I would like a refund and would not be returning here and asked if they cared they would be losing a regular customer to which the $7/hr girl behind the counter said she didn't care. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and they lost a regular today. I hope the owner of the establishment reads this and fires the staff who clearly don't care about his business. If I was 10 min late I would understand but this was ridiculous over 2 min. read more

I often use them for dry cleaning but why do they have a TIP JAR? I personally find it offensive! I don't need to tip someone to take my clothes. Why does every retail business find it necessary these days to have a tip jar? What's next, the bank tellers? Aside from that (which is why I gave 3 stars), they do a good job cleaning and I always go back. read more

Super disappointed with my experience here. I brought my husband's expensive tuxedo shirt here and they stole the black buttons off of it and replaced it with cheap clear buttons! I didn't notice until the day of our event we were attending. They could have had the courtesy and professionalism to tell me that either they ruined the buttons....or just wanted/needed them that bad! read more

This place leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to a cleaners (if you can call them that). I am not sure what it is they do here exactly? I needed some shirts cleaned overnight and saw the sign on the door that says "Dropped off by 9:00AM, done by 4:00PM." I took the shirts there and found out that they only dry clean same day as they have no laundry service on site. I had them dry cleaned and they were as dirty when I picked them up as when I dropped them off. if you ask for special attention (even when laundering) like detail clean on cuffs, collars or specific stains they say "okay" and proceed to stuff your clothes in a bag with no note made. I have never had my cuffs and collars cleaned as requested. In fact, when my shorts were dry cleaned I received several with a note on them that said "We couldn't get a stain out and wouldn't try harder because the chemicals could damage the fabric"...LAZY! All I did was put water on the smudged stain and it came out, water...no chemicals needed! I honestly don't think this place even has water inside! They also do not do alterations or repairs of simple things like pant cuffs, button replacement or anything. Also, when they ring you up and you take out a debit card, they charge you an additional $.50 for using a card. Nothing more annoying than cheap business owners trying to cover the little costs of collecting money on a card. I owned my own business, paid all my card fees myself and never once passed that expense on to a customer as an additional fee....ANNOYING! The staff is unprofessional, has no attention to detail and takes "Zero" pride in the quality of cleaning they offer. I moved to a cleaner on Bell Road that does everything on site and WOW! Cuffs are clean, collars are clean, button repaired (free) and no stains to be seen anywhere along with no $.50 charge. This place is not very good, I do not recommend! read more

BEWARE!!!!! I have had a Donna Karan dress and Ted Baker top taken from this cleaner!! They count the hangers at pick up, but counted the belts of my dresses as an item. I did not realize until I came home and the owner said there was no way to prove it! I know for a fact that they had both items because I had taken the top there to be cleaned b4 taking family photos, and I included the dress to be cleaned, to return to a friend. read more

I took my dress shirt, skirt, dress, and a t-shirt to Cambridge Cleaners, I was surprise to see (when I pick up my items) that some of my clothes didn't look dry clean what so ever. I wore my dress shirt and skirt to work the other day, I got an allergic reaction. I called to complain to the mananger, he didn't offer anything to me to compensate. Very unhappy customer. I am appalled to see that the staff at the cleaners on Thunderbird Rd now have tip jars on the counters - seriously?? They don't even do the dry cleaning there, they send it out!! If they are unable to pay their staff a decent wage, they should not expect customers to pick up the slack. They put the laundry or dry cleaning into a sac and ring you up. Later they hand your clean clothes to you upon pick up. How is that a service that warrants tipping?? Seems like greed and entitlement. read more

They are fine for your everyday clothes and work shirts, but do not, I repeat do not, take your nice clothes here. No silk, linen, sparkles, fine suits, dresses, cashmere, nothing you spend over $100-$200 on. They're cheap and fast and you get what you pay for. read more
