All of the people I dealt with were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate one second to go back for another repair if I have to.

The problem started because US 1 Auto sold me a Canadian car built for the Canadian consumer which was paid for in cash. Fair enough. 40 minutes later I get a call back from the same man who still does not give me their name and says "we are not going to jump you. Me a bit stunned said "Oh, I need to use it today, that's why I asked for a jump in the first place." Again the unidentified man on the other end of the phone says "yeah we are not going to do that. So would you like us to bring it to our shop?" "No that's okay." I replied, "thanks anyways." He responds with a thank you and good bye. So they get 1 star for being polite and friendly but -4 stars for the naked up sell and refusing to do the job I asked. During the phone call I remembered my AAA road side assistance hadn't expired yet. Called up AAA and the car was back on the road within 20 minutes of me calling. I was able to get where I was going and hours later it started right back up again to take me home. All it needed was a jump and not a full reworking of the electrical system. So don't use this company instead pay for AAA road side assistance.
