I chose US-1 Auto due to its proximity to me: it turned to a better choice than I thought. US-1 Auto is a small family owned business which still does work in the time honored way of labor intensive thoroughness with a meticulous attention to detail. With a late model Audi, it not just about repairing a door. The drive systems, safety systems, even the emergency braking are integrated into one AI unit. Essentially the car had to be partially rebuilt. US-1 Auto complete rebuilt the door - right down to it being able to swing completely closed with a single finger push. The paint work is literally flawless even under differing light. They worked with Audi to purchase and install authentic Audi parts and had the systems reprogrammed at an authorized dealer. When this tiny repair shop was done, the car performed BETTER than before. There is something to be said about the "old-fashioned" way of performing a task with exhaustive attention to detail. US-1 Auto understands this and the apply that principle with fervor.

entrusted ted and steve to sell my fiance's vintage '59 ford after john passed away in 2022.i would…read moreeither see ted socially or either talk or text with him around 3 times a week. i always had several doubts and questions about how he was handling this possible sale...but the smooth talker always had an excuse to appease me ( i'm 82 years old) after years of frustration we ran the vin # and learned teddy sold this car without my knowledge 18 months before. despite coming to an agreement...after police involvement... concerning the amount he owes me...i have only received a small partial payment. the second payment was promised on oct 1st and of course all i got were lies and excuses. ted has consulted with a lawyer and i wouldn't be surprised to learn that they figured out an angle to not pay me the remaining balance 0f $ 20,000.00 which he promised to pay me . thank goodness i have tape recordings etc. to prove it. it's just very sad to be in this position of being conned by a supposed friend at this stage of my life. i need this money...which is a fact that teddy is aware of. in response to steve t's reply; firstly....us auto was the people who serviced this car on several occasions and you were totally aware of it's mechanical status. secondly...prior to john's passing he called his attorney and asked him how to ensure that the car was left to me. carl told him to sign the back of the registration...which he did...and i have a letter from this lawyer confirming the conversation. thirdly you came to my house on sept 1st with the first payment and as you know i wrote the balance due\ of $20,000 on the receipt and you then assured me that i would receive my next payments on oct 1st...which never happened, fourthly...selling the car without telling me...and pocketing the money is totally illegal and you know it. i asked for a bill of sale and the name of the buyer and ted refused to give it to me...but i am working on getting it. oh yes i am sure that you have ways to produce receipts for repairs that for repairs whether they were done or not. in fact 18 months after the car was already sold and i was clueless your father was telling me he needed to replace the engine. even though the nrpd supervisor said " we know about this guy" i still tried to handle this matter in a quiet and business like manner. unfortunately you have not kept your side of the bargain and obviously attempting to weasel out of our agreement please stop trying to make it look like i am the problem and you are the good guys. the facts will prove that you are the ones who tried to defraud me. During the phone call I remembered my AAA road side assistance hadn't expired yet. Called up AAA and the car was back on the road within 20 minutes of me calling. I was able to get where I was going and hours later it started right back up again to take me home. All it needed was a jump and not a full reworking of the electrical system. So don't use this company instead pay for AAA road side assistance.
