Beware, the CEO of US 1 Auto Sales cannot be trusted!!!!! His recent posting was a lie. The title was never transferred to me although he had received 100% of the cash for the Canadian MB auto. He also posted that the advanced technology was too difficult for me. However, the truth is-- I purchased the identical model of MB (pre-owned and certified) from an MB dealer and love it. I have been driving it for the past year. The problem started because US 1 Auto sold me a Canadian car built for the Canadian consumer which was paid for in cash. Someone side swiped my 2016 Honda pilot a couple weeks ago. A coworker highly recommended Teddy and his crew. RUNN AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! The owner, Ted, took me for a ride, took my money and took me for a fool. I did not like the low end used vehicles that were shown on display. When I called, I specifically asked for a Range Rover advertised on his website. When I arrived, only beat up Scions and a broken down Toyota Yaris were shown to me. He said the Range Rover was at his other location that he was dosplaying and wanted a $500 deposit as he would bring the car for me to view on Sunday. Of course the dealership was closed on Sunday and no one showed. It's been 2 months now that ihave been asking for my refund and he never seems at his shop. Run from this place!!! read more

It's the real deal. Teddy is the real deal and let me tell you the man not only stands by his word but delivers on it. I had a very bad experience here. I came here to have body work done on a few occassions. The work was good. So I kept coming back for work of all kinds for my car. So when it came time to buy a "new" used car, I shopped here. They did not have the car I wanted, but Teddy assured me that he was picking up a wonderful car that week but needed some money down. DO NOT EVER DO THIS. In my case, not only did I NEVER get the car promised but he kept showing me other cars that were way beyond my budget (with "over blue book" prices). Recently, my check engine light came on and the engine was running so badly I didn't think I'd make it home. We brought our car here almost a year ago to have it sold on their lot and are still waiting to be paid. I went to US 1 Auto Sales because my jeep was occasionally not starting. A friend discovered my battery terminals were loose and in fact they loosened easily whenever I went over bumps, etc. causing my car not to start. I went here to ask about this issue. The mechanic reaffirmed what my friend saw, and told me that my particular type of terminal wasn't good because it did loosen easily and so a good connection was not being made and this is why my car would not start. The mechanic said I would need to change the terminals to make a better connection and fix the problem. I was charged $90 for new battery terminals and about 25 minutes of service. About two weeks laters, my car again DID NOT START. I took it to another mechanic this time frustrated that the problem was occurring again. The new mechanic showed me that the new terminals put in were not secured/clamped properly around the wires and so the wires were still loose. He actually showed me this and it was easy to see the wires slide out easily. He also needed to replace the terminals because he said my terminals had been overly screwed in which caused stripping. My new mechanic changed my terminals and made sure the connection was secure for 1/4 of the cost that I was charged at US 1 Auto Sales. I know that terminals are relatively inexpensive and I honestly didn't mind paying the $90 cost for changing them. But to pay this and then have the same problem recur only 2 weeks later was extremely frustrating, and I was stranded in NYC and needed to pay an additional cost to have someone come jump start my car because I didn't realize the problem was simply that my wires had not been tightened properly. Everyone was very kind at US 1, but because of the service I will not be coming again. read more
