I understand that you may not have had availability, and I wasn't expecting you to say yes. I simply asked if you could see my car tonight or tomorrow because I'm dealing with an urgent issue and was trying to get it fixed as soon as possible. A little understanding and courtesy would have gone a long way. It's disappointing to be treated this way as a returning customer, especially when I was already stressed about my car. I hope you take customer service more seriously in the future.

Sept 2018, I was in an accident which completely demolished the driver's door of my Audi sedan…read more When my insurance haded me a list of possible repair shops I was overwhelmed. I chose US-1 Auto due to its proximity to me: it turned to a better choice than I thought. US-1 Auto is a small family owned business which still does work in the time honored way of labor intensive thoroughness with a meticulous attention to detail. With a late model Audi, it not just about repairing a door. The drive systems, safety systems, even the emergency braking are integrated into one AI unit. Essentially the car had to be partially rebuilt. US-1 Auto complete rebuilt the door - right down to it being able to swing completely closed with a single finger push. The paint work is literally flawless even under differing light. They worked with Audi to purchase and install authentic Audi parts and had the systems reprogrammed at an authorized dealer. When this tiny repair shop was done, the car performed BETTER than before. There is something to be said about the "old-fashioned" way of performing a task with exhaustive attention to detail. US-1 Auto understands this and the apply that principle with fervor.

entrusted ted and steve to sell my fiance's vintage '59 ford after john passed away in 2022.i would…read moreeither see ted socially or either talk or text with him around 3 times a week. i always had several doubts and questions about how he was handling this possible sale...but the smooth talker always had an excuse to appease me ( i'm 82 years old) after years of frustration we ran the vin # and learned teddy sold this car without my knowledge 18 months before. despite coming to an agreement...after police involvement... concerning the amount he owes me...i have only received a small partial payment. the second payment was promised on oct 1st and of course all i got were lies and excuses. ted has consulted with a lawyer and i wouldn't be surprised to learn that they figured out an angle to not pay me the remaining balance 0f $ 20,000.00 which he promised to pay me . thank goodness i have tape recordings etc. to prove it. it's just very sad to be in this position of being conned by a supposed friend at this stage of my life. i need this money...which is a fact that teddy is aware of. in response to steve t's reply; firstly....us auto was the people who serviced this car on several occasions and you were totally aware of it's mechanical status. secondly...prior to john's passing he called his attorney and asked him how to ensure that the car was left to me. carl told him to sign the back of the registration...which he did...and i have a letter from this lawyer confirming the conversation. thirdly you came to my house on sept 1st with the first payment and as you know i wrote the balance due\ of $20,000 on the receipt and you then assured me that i would receive my next payments on oct 1st...which never happened, fourthly...selling the car without telling me...and pocketing the money is totally illegal and you know it. i asked for a bill of sale and the name of the buyer and ted refused to give it to me...but i am working on getting it. oh yes i am sure that you have ways to produce receipts for repairs that for repairs whether they were done or not. in fact 18 months after the car was already sold and i was clueless your father was telling me he needed to replace the engine. even though the nrpd supervisor said " we know about this guy" i still tried to handle this matter in a quiet and business like manner. unfortunately you have not kept your side of the bargain and obviously attempting to weasel out of our agreement please stop trying to make it look like i am the problem and you are the good guys. the facts will prove that you are the ones who tried to defraud me. To repeat myself you and your Father sold the '59 ...never told me...hid the money in your bank account for over 18 months until I found out. Maybe you were hoping that because I was having serious heart issues and am 82 years old that I would die . Can't prove it...just wondering. BTW.I HAVE TAPE RECORDINGS RE: OUR FINANCIAL AGREEMENT.WHICH ARE TOTALLY ADMISSIBLE IN A NYS COURT OF LAW. FROM OCT 2023 TO NOV 2024 Us Auto listed the '59 with the same VIN # for $ 39,995.00. The car was sold in 2024. Does that sound like a car that was in poor condition despite your trying to convince me that it wasn worth anything ??? Trust me...it takes a lot to get this upset...but after 4 years of listening to your stories and excuses I believe that I am entitled to " speak my truth "
