I really appreciate how good they are about communication. They send a text reminder a couple of weeks before our service and then call about 30 minutes before they arrive. Everyone who has come out has always been friendly and asks if we've noticed anything or have any concerns before they get started. Before Citra, we had a terrible ant problem. They were literally everywhere -- bathrooms, closets, pantry, kitchen, you name it. It felt like no matter what we did, they kept coming back. Citra comes out every two months and sprays around the house, and we honestly haven't had an ant problem since. Their pricing has also always felt very reasonable and has stayed consistent over the years, especially for how reliable the service has been. Overall, we've had a great experience with Citra and would definitely recommend them. After 6 years, we're still very happy with their service!

There was an issue with a short circuit because a rat chewed through the insulation that we didn't notice until the weekend, but Carlos responded immediately and came over to fix the issue. We are so grateful to Carlos and the Attic Crew for helping us with rats in the home, helping us feel more confident about keeping them out for the foreseeable years, and for all of their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise! They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I have pets and toddlers and they took my concerns about chemical disinfects seriously and offered several options to make sure I was comfortable with what was used in our home. They really seem to take pride in their work and enjoyed sharing before and after pictures to demonstrate all the improvements they made to our crawl space. PSA: don't mess around with raccoons. I'm a biologist and discovered that a lot of raccoons in the area have a parasitic roundworm. Eggs can live in the soil for two years.
