When I asked recently, I was told the decision had come from ownership to stop selling sauces, like the bolognese, on their own. I used to order a side of sauce to go and pair it at home with my own pasta. I can't eat gluten, and I also can't eat corn, which rules out the gluten-free corn pasta you serve. Ordering the sauce on its own was the only way I could enjoy your food, since I use store-bought brown rice pasta instead. If brown rice pasta isn't something you're able to offer, I'd really appreciate it if you brought back the option to buy sauce by itself. It would make a real difference for anyone who can't eat gluten or corn, whether from an allergy, a food sensitivity, or an autoimmune condition.
