She has brought some calm and order along with a family vibe to the complex I feel because she understands us that have children and how important it is to live in peace and a decent apartment. Hoping all can remain as is if not better. It is refreshing and rare to have management make an effort to make sure and clarify when things need fixing or improved in our unit and follow up that all went well. Grounds are kept up, the little updates made to our unit help in the quality of living for my family and myself.
