I had a terrible tenant that MF gave a free pass to for his personal reasons and when Amy stepped up, it was a relief. She was a true professional. Dealt with the tenant's shenanigans and tricks and had access to legal advice so we always knew what to do. When the tenant started acting crazy and said she would only vacate the property at midnight, Amy rose to the challenge and made sure the keys were handed back, something no other manager would have ever done. She has brought some calm and order along with a family vibe to the complex I feel because she understands us that have children and how important it is to live in peace and a decent apartment. Hoping all can remain as is if not better. It is refreshing and rare to have management make an effort to make sure and clarify when things need fixing or improved in our unit and follow up that all went well. Grounds are kept up, the little updates made to our unit help in the quality of living for my family and myself. All of their properties are poorly made (construction) meaning you will be able to hear all of the residents residing around you way more than living a comfortable life.
