She is rude condescending and treats tenants very disrespectfully. I've been trying to reach anyone else in that management company to file a complaint and haven't been allowed. They are the worse management company I have ever dealt with. They have NO CONSIDERATION over their tenants living conditions. JUST FOND SOMEONE ELSE TO RENT FROM!!! Your company is NOT a tenant friendly company! Nobody was trying to prevent any repairs! Let's it straight we asked how much longer it was going to take because it did disrupt us!! We work at night and sleep during the day, there was NO NOTICE posted ahead of time as per usual with your company! When I tried to talk to Wendy I got yelled at hung up on and was denied even talking to anyone or even get my question across!!! We have been without a dryer for almost a month and when I tried calling the first time all I got was we will get to it when we get to it, that's not very friendly to your tenants!! So if you're going to reply at least reply with facts!! Your company won't even reply to my emails of a appt request which I was told by WENDY that I had to do in order to talk to ANYONE in your office......that was almost a month ago and still haven't even received a reply!!!

Superior Property Management is as culpable as this tenant is disturbing our peace. They do not even respond to our concerns and have no regard for our right to peaceful living nor respect for our homes. Do NOT trust Superior to "manage" your property because they do not care. Horrible!

My experience at 524 W Greenwood Ave has been some of the most unnecessarily stressful of my 50 + years as a renter. I was a homeowner a few times during this time also I am very aware of the responsibilities of an owner and as a renter. Roberts client, and defacto mother/tenant have made it nearly impossible for Robert to have managed my tenancy properly. I want to believe, given the appropriate opportunity, I would have experienced a more favorable outcome. Robert, to my knowledge, has not been directly involved in the nefarious actions of his clients. The turning off of my heat and hot water on several occasions in the past month. The hiding of my trash cans. The theft of my mail and subsequent use of my bankcard by a family member. The constant harassment, verbal assaults, physical threats and finally lying regarding my exclusive use of a patio and then in retaliation, excluding it as a punishment. I believe Robert was acting in good faith regarding his client. However I have and continue to suffer greatly at the hands of his client. I can only close my eyes, click my heels together 3 times and repeat, "there's no place like home," and hope a house falls on top of his client. When I open my eyes I will be transported to the home of my dreams, on 3/2/2026, far, far away from this scary horrible place. I will pray for the next tenant!

Robert is professional, easy to talk to, and always stays on top of communication. Whenever an issue arose, he and his team were extremely quick to provide a fix. We only stopped working with him because we decided to sell the property, otherwise, we would have stayed with him indefinitely. I highly recommend Robert and his team!

    By far the worst renting experience I have ever had…read more We rented the place and it had an INFESTATION of pests and vermin. I was told by Danny that we would refund everything if only we moved out that month and it was already halfway through the month. Who is going to be able to find a new place that quickly?! I was constantly told by Carolina that they would "follow up with me that day" and I was calling almost every day to find some kind of resolution. After two pest controls visits there were STILL droppings from the vermin and live pests found all over the unit. The dishwasher that was originally in the unit wouldn't work because the vermin had chewed through the power wire! Not only that but i'm my wife is pregnant and I have a toddler and we were constantly displaced due to the things that needed to be addressed in the unit. Not to mention when I moved our fridge out of the unit so we could treat it for pests and the next day they had taken our fridge and stove! GONE! I have never been more neglected, disrespected, and illegally handled. I have been in constant communication with Los Angeles Health and Housing Departments and things are going to get very hard for for them very quickly.

Staff and management are negligent and response to any question you'll most likely receive is "I don't know" Below outlines the most recent episode in the saga with plumbing issues. After several weeks of maintenance visits the issue persists. When we advised the office we were contacting Health Department they asked us to please not to and to allow them to fix the issues. We've allowed weeks to pass for a resolution...none yet. I've contacted the Health Department regarding the ongoing issues with the plumbing in the first bathroom in unit. Maintenance requests show that for the past several weeks we have reported plumbing issues with toilet in bathroom. This began the same week there was a team out here working on the plumbing. The Health Department suggests sending a notification in writing so there is a trace of contact along with the work order receipts for each time we have requested this online or by calling the ER number. When maintenance comes out they unclog the toilet but the issue is reoccurring and is a Health code violation. I am sending this message along with an actual written notice that I'll deliver to the office. We have been tenants for over 5 years not missing a rent payment. The level of neglect for this matter is evident. The Health Department also suggests along with sending this notification that I ask for any communication from Courtyards at Southcoast regarding this issue be in writing. This morning when contacting the leasing office my roommate states she was asked to NOT contact the heath department but rather allow courtyards to handle the situation as if this were the first instance of this. This is a repeated situation. Reason for complaint: For the past several weeks my toilet has either reached the rim of the bowl or has overflowed spilling contaminated water onto my bathroom floors. We do not use wipes or excessive amounts of paper. When maintenance comes out they unclog toilet but as soon as the next flush, water again remains in the bowl laying stagnant. This a Health and safety concern that has been negligected by Courtyards of Southcoast management.

From there I reached out and Willie set up some viewings for us. Willie was incredibly responsive, patient, and caring throughout our home buying process. Willie has taken so much time to walk through the entire process with us and to make sure that we felt comfortable during the journey. I truly felt that he had our best interest in mind. Willie dealt with a lot of minor issues that arose during the process and we were able to trust him, knowing he was looking out for us. Even after we closed on our new home, our experience has not stopped there. Willie has continued to help us coordinate the repairs and maintenance that we needed to take care of before moving and he checks in with us constantly. I have been able to trust him to oversee the house while we are still living 400 miles away. I could not recommend the Garcia Team more if you're looking for a real estate agent who cares about their clients!
