I have lived in the 660 Claraday property for 10 years and was very happy living there. There are…read morelots of pros; extremely clean, the building is well taken care of (they even pressure wash the outside of the building regularly) and no bugs!! The property manager Crystal is seriously the best of the best! She responds to EVERY maintenance request or any other concern immediately. The people in the Cameron Properties office are very nice as well. Once when late with a rent payment bc my job screwed up our pay, they were very kind to me when explaining my situation and did not make me feel bad after telling them I will have to pay my rent late. In my opinion there is only one con but it is kind of a big deal. The walls are SUPER THIN. This is technically no one's fault but it was an issue for me, which ultimately influenced my decision to leave (since I started working from home). In apt 14, I shared a bedroom wall with apt. 15. I was able to hear every word all of my neighbors have said throughout the years. It was bearable with some neighbors but others not so much. The current neighbors have a child who was not the happiest lol and it literally sounded like the child was in my bedroom when she was crying. It got to the point where I had to sleep with the AC on in fan mode just so I could have background noise. I understand that in apartments you hear some noise but this was a little extreme. Also, my whole apartment shook when my neighbor walked, which to this day I don't understand how that's possible bc she was next door not upstairs lol but it was so bad I had to take the mirrors off of my walls bc they continuously fell off when she walked and I didn't want one to eventually crack my tv. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an empty apartment underneath that maintenance uses for their work room, which means they are in the room from about 8-4 pounding, hammering. drilling and sometimes singing lol This became an issue after I started working from home. I work in mental health and one of my clients complained to my supervisor bc she thought I had someone in the room with me while talking about her treatment. She was hearing the maintenance men downstairs. That's how thin the walls are. If you are gone between the hours of 8-4 this will not bother you but if you ever take a sick day and think you are going to spend a quiet day in bed... you're not haha I have now lived with my boyfriend for over a month in his condo and have not heard a trail of anyone's voice or no footsteps so I understand now when he said he had trouble sleeping at my place lol But overall the property is still a good place to live!! It just depends on who your neighbors are :)

The camera/property situation left me confused because it felt like decisions were made without full clarification, and that was hard for us -- especially with special-needs kids involved. I'm not posting this to argue or attack anyone. I just believe families with special-needs children deserve patience, fairness, and clear communication, and I hope situations like this are handled with extra understanding moving forward.

When I first reached out to Honest Legal Services LLC, I wasn't looking for perfection -- I was…read morelooking for someone who would actually show up. Someone who would answer the phone, acknowledge the urgency of my situation, and treat my case like it mattered. What I didn't expect was to find a company that operates with the kind of responsiveness, steadiness, and human decency that many full law firms fail to deliver. From the very beginning, the experience felt different. I wasn't routed through a call center or told to "wait until Monday." I wasn't given vague promises or brushed off. Instead, I spoke directly with Steven Lopez, the manager behind the company, and he immediately understood the pressure I was under. His calm, focused approach set the tone for everything that followed. Responsiveness is where this company truly stands out. I've dealt with attorneys, paralegals, and document preparers for years, and delays are usually part of the process. Honest Legal Services operates on the opposite philosophy. When they say they're available, they mean it. When they say they'll prepare something same‑day, they actually do. When they say they'll walk you through the process, they follow through. Every time I felt overwhelmed or up against a deadline, they responded quickly with clear steps and a sense of urgency that matched my own. Their procedural accuracy is another major strength. They never pretended to be attorneys, never crossed legal boundaries, and never tried to upsell me. What they did provide was something many people underestimate: documents that are correct, complete, and court‑ready. They know which forms are required, how they must be filled out, what attachments are needed, and how to avoid clerical rejection. I've worked with licensed attorneys who made more procedural mistakes than this company does. What surprised me most was the emotional steadiness they brought to the process. Legal problems don't happen when life is calm. They hit you when you're already stressed, stretched thin, or dealing with personal or financial pressure. There were moments when I was frustrated and exhausted, and every time, they were patient, reassuring, and genuinely human. They don't treat you like a case number or a burden. They treat you like a person going through something difficult, and that alone sets them apart. Their flat‑rate pricing was another relief. No hourly billing, no surprise add‑ons, no "we need another retainer." Everything was upfront and predictable. I never felt like the meter was running or like they were dragging things out to charge more. They simply did the work -- quickly, correctly, and for the price they quoted. Honest Legal Services LLC fills a unique space in the legal ecosystem. They're not attorneys, but they operate with a level of professionalism and urgency that many attorneys don't. They consult with attorneys when needed, which adds quality control without crossing into unauthorized practice. They're the perfect fit for people who can't afford a lawyer, don't need full representation, or simply need filings done correctly and fast. My experience with them comes down to three things: 1. Responsiveness -- They answer, they act, and they follow through. 2. Accuracy -- The documents were correct, complete, and ready for court. 3. Humanity -- They treated me with respect and genuine care during a stressful time. In a legal landscape full of delays, indifference, and inflated costs, Honest Legal Services LLC actually lives up to its name. They don't pretend to be attorneys, but they deliver something many attorneys fail to provide: reliability, clarity, and consistent support when you need it most. If you're overwhelmed, confused, or simply need someone to help you get your paperwork done right, this is a company that shows up, does the work, and treats you like a human being in the process.

Rudy the person supposedly in charge was useless after asking me for money up front, he never did anything to help me and my family. After 6 months of him b/s us I finally gave up on him and did things on my own. Don't trust this company!!!! Rudy is a fuckin THIEF! Calll me RUDY! You have my number and know how to contact me.

Based on glowing reviews on Yelp and other sites, and pleased with 1RentalCentral's low overhead…read morecommission, we hired Rudy to manage one of our properties, with the intention to place all of our 6 housing units under his care if he did a good job. At first he was gung-ho and all interested in our well-maintained property. He won our trust and we signed up for his services. He vetted out a couple of promising renters in short order and let us choose which one we wanted to rent the house. All seemed to be going swell! Once the renters moved in, however, things went downhill fast. (Not with the renters; they're great.) When the A/C fan motor went out, the renters tried contacting Rudy, but he wouldn't answer his phone. The renters ended up calling us to make arrangements for A/C repair. And this wasn't the only time. They called us for another A/C issue and also when the water heater thermocouple failed. Each time, they called us because were unable to reach Rudy. We can't reach him, either! We did save some money by doing some of these repairs ourselves and calling a specialist only when the issues were beyond our expertise, but isn't removing oneself from direct responsibility for maintenance one of the key reasons for hiring a property manager in the first place? We are not sure if Rudy is the only property management agent at 1RentalCentral, but we are planning to request a different agent if they have anyone else. Rudy is good about closing the deal and getting the cash flow started, but good luck getting anything from him once the lease agreements are signed.
