They also were willing to honor a contractor discount since we were using a contractor to install. I also love how everything around you IS the sample, including the parking lot! They do have a warehouse and we found out some items would be shipped if not in stock and one item in particular they didn't have in stock or online at all. Meaning some samples just may not be an option so be prepared if you happen to pick the 1 stone out of hundreds that's discontinued.

He was also very knowledgeable and recommended upgrading the screen door for the slider since the standard one can feel a bit cheap, and suggested upgrading the glass to help with temperature regulation. He also gave me a quote for the exact door I originally ordered from Home Depot, in case I didn't want to upgrade anything. I really appreciated the time he spent helping me, especially since it was just one slider door. Excellent customer service. They definitely have my business going forward. Highly recommend!

In both instances, there were multiple employees working at the front desk area on their computers. While they may have been busy, no one acknowledged or greeted us when we walked in. Even a simple "Hi, we'll be with you shortly" would have gone a long way. My wife spent about 10 minutes browsing the showroom during one visit and we still were not approached. We ultimately left both times without speaking to anyone. We understand that some showrooms operate by appointment, and if that is the standard protocol, that is perfectly fine. However, a quick greeting, asking whether we had an appointment, or offering to schedule one would have created a very different experience. We did not have this issue at Golden State Lumber or Ashby Lumber, where we were promptly acknowledged and assisted. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we will be moving forward elsewhere.

I walked in and stood in front of the sales guy who was on the computer. I stood there for a good two minutes with no acknowledgment from the counter guy. While I'm standing there a yard guy comes in and tells me to move my truck, that I'm in a no parking zone. So I go move my truck. I come back into the office, now behind another guy. After another three minutes I order my four yards of topsoil, go out to the pile and wait a good five minutes while watching the same yard worker that told me to move my truck sitting on a fork lift looking at his phone. By the way, the place I had originally parked had no activity around it. I'll be looking for another place to spend my money.
