Well, that never happened. Food is not very good, always over cooked. Waiters other than Brandi are great. So manager doesn't manage! Either doesn't care or doesn't have time for the customer. She followed us out the door yelling don't come back. Enough said! The food has fallen way down. Way down!!!! 1 star at best. Everything is over cooked. Yet, we kept going because of the atmosphere and service. Brandi killed that. Have you ever been told you complain too much, get out and don't come back. What a great example. We were on name basis with the waiters. That's why we kept coming. It wasn't the food. Let me be clear, the rest of the staff were amazing. Have you ever been barred by a waitress. My wife got the steak nachos, and we shared a mac & cheese balls with pulled pork appetizer. I had the Chicken Caesar salad. Very yummy. The tacos are big and the full of meat and cheese with cilantro and onions. I always get the tacos, and I had never been disappointed. I've had the burrito before and family and friends have had other dishes, but once they've had the quesabirria tacos, they're sold. Service wait time has improved over the years. Our first experience had us in the restaurant for over an hour (not by choice). Today's lunch was served within 15 minutes of ordering and we ended up sitting and chatting for 2 hours. Pedro's is on our regular rotation!
