Had a huge 2 foot crack in my windshield on my new car. I had it go through insurance and they sent me here. I communicated with Oscar via email and they were extremely responsive and kind. I appreciated how quickly we were able to communicate and set something up. I brought it in for a windshield replacement and was told they may not have had the sealing parts they needed. The technician went and checked and luckily they did, phew!!! I expected this to be an all day thing and they were able to have it fixed within 4 hours! I was very impressive and happy with the job! Ridiculous customer service at this location Was told via a text my vehicle would be complete (this was AFTER a call from my service tech) . Took time off work to get here in time only to be told dismissively that "Maddie isnt in today" and "oh that car wise text doesn't work" Made me wait for a ridiculous amount of time just to have "someone" look into what happened. Have used Caliber before and never had an issue until today. Will not be using this location again. Oh and no apology for the mixup. read more

Dealt with Darren (supervisor?) as he was able to fix my rear bumper (A car rear-ended me while I was parked at the super target on kipling. Picked my car up a week later and windshield was cracked. Darren made a couple calls, one was to general manager and they replaced the windshield as well! So in addition to a rear bumper fix, a windshield fix was also on tap. The shop took full responsibility and everything is in working order (exterior wise) and great! Darren is the best!! read more

My vehicle was damaged from some sort of paint that was sprinkled all over the exterior that required the plastic parts to be replaced, and the paint to be corrected. There are several circumstances that earned my rating... 1) During the initial quote I specifically asked about the time it would take to order parts and was told there would be "no delay" because I have a Subaru. Turns out it was a 3 months delay, after I agreed with my insurance to use them, and I had to call several times, inquiring about the status, before finding this out. 2) I had to call my insurance adjuster to contact the shop and inquire about the status before I was called to schedule a time to get my car in because the parts were in. Why didn't they take the initiative to call me? 3) Upon bringing my car in, the service advisor had some sort of conflict with the receptionist at the front and walked away saying "This fucking place is a joke". And it wasn't said quietly. That sure makes a good impression on customers. 4) I was told about 2 weeks to perform the repairs. Then it was extended another week because apparently there was another part they needed and didn't order previously...? That's suspicious, maybe they broke something, I don't know. After that, I kept calling to get status, and every time I called at the end of the time they said it would be ready, it was extended another couple days. 5) After finally receiving my car, it looked like everything on the exterior as far as the original damage was repaired and looked nice. However, upon opening my car, I found all of the stuff inside my car, just thrown into the back. If they needed my car emptied, they could have just asked\ before I brought it it and I would have made sure nothing was in it. To add to this, I will say that the stuff inside my car all had a specific place (pocket, strapped in, etc) not like it was your average family car with crap all over. 6) While I was putting the interior back together I notice some sort of oil substance (over-spray) on the leather seats, doors, and dash. I grabbed my leather cleaner to wipe things down, but whatever it was wasn't coming off so I went back in and had the advisor come out to look. After trying to determine what it was, they took the car back and wiped everything down with a citrus wipe (not so sure that's good for the leather) and brought it back. After driving off, and the sun hit the windshield, I noticed the entirety of the inside of the windshield also had the same spray on it, but I wasn't bringing my car back again. 7) Upon bringing the car back to me, the 2nd time, the person tried to blame ME for the over-spray, saying that I had cleaners in the car that caused it. These cleaners being Simple Green (which I said is used for the carpet if something is spilled), Window Cleaner (which I said was for...windows), and armor-all WIPES (not spray) which would only be used on the plastic of the exterior of the car. I advised it is a new car and that among those chemicals he should notice there was also LEATHER conditioner and cleaner that is used on the interior (Nothing that sprayed, or would cause these things). Given that the car had to have paint corrections, could it be possible they used a spray to polish the exterior? Seems pretty common to me, but that thought never entered their mind. Would I use them again? NEVER! After talking with friends and co-workers, I found that others have had similar experiences with this company. Wish I had have known, but hopefully others will see my warning prior to making any commitments. read more

I would not trust this facility to change my oil, let alone perform any type of physical repair. After the insurer claimed they were a "preferred" bodyshop, never fall for this like I did, I had to take my vehicle in 4 times to have a quarter panel fixed. On the 4th try, the work was passable for decent, considering it was an older vehicle. I was so exhausted by the experience I ended up trading the car in. Under no circumstances would I suggest this shop for any type of repairs. read more

The level of incompetence at this facility is staggering. After multiple attempts at repairing a simple bumper and being without our vehicle for nearly 2 weeks (this is a 1-2 day job) we are left with a bumper that can be pulled off by hand, missing fasteners, missing trim, paint that doesn't match, and a torn undercarriage piece. They use 3rd rate parts and blame the insurers, cheap paint, and their labor force comes from the Helen Keller school of body repair. The "warranty" they provide is utterly useless and requires the work to be returned to hem for repair. The GM is utterly useless. Stay far far far away from these private equity owned repair shops. read more

Decent experience over at Calliber Collision. They did an inspection of my car and it was very easy. I had a tiny wait time and the inspection took about 30 minutes. I came back and everything was complete. Nice folks. read more

I had a minor collision and my insurance rep said that Caliber Collision was a preferred place to get an appraisal for repairs. Once I arrived, I was treated really well with each interaction and by each team member. I dropped off my keys and said I'd like them to do the repairs after the estimate. At this point, Taylor was point of contact and he did an outstanding job. He regularly called me with updates and took the time to explain each bit of the process. I was always able to get through to someone that could help with each call, which is hard to find anywhere in any industry. I called one time and Taylor was in a meeting, but the representative popped her head in and was able to get him on the phone for me. It wasn't even an emergency, but that's the kind of customer service I received here, customer focused. Once my car was finished, I was so surprised that they went so far above and beyond that they fixed a separate bumper issue I've had for YEARS at NO COST! Part of my bumper was held on by gorilla tape, and they were able to reattach it with just a few cheap parts. Not only that, but they buffed off the adhesive! That's no small chore, and this was all complimentary. This was icing on the cake for what was already superior service. I'm beyond pleased with my experience with Caliber Collision, Taylor and his team. read more

Went in for body work through GEICO, got my car back with multiple electrical issues. Alarm system doesn't work, keyless entry doesn't work, sunroof one touch close doesn't work. They replaced the rubber molding on the door they worked on and it's loose. I think water got into the door and shorted multiple connections. This shop will have your car looking good but also cause additional problems then say "how do you know it wasn't already broken?". At this point I'm enraged, I just picked my car up two hours ago from this place and am already about to drop it back off. I admit I was pretty irate and used profanity. But that was no excuse for Darren Higgs, the senior service advisor, to physically touch me. Fuck this place, I called HR about this dumbass touching a customer. His skill, kindness and customer service touched my heart after a very difficult day! It's been a long time since I've experienced such wonderful customer service. NEVER USE CALIBER COLLISION in Westminster. After just removing a bumper which they said they could not fix which took over a week after waiting nearly 3 months to get in because that is who the insurance company referred to. Took over 2 weeks to say they can't fix because they can't find the parts when I found them online. Then took over 3 weeks just to get the old bumper back on we are now told they lost some parts and can't find them. I knew it was a bad sign when I dropped the car off in February on a Monday and the person I was dealing with reeked of old alcohol and had a bad attitude. It was a different company (Atlas) before and I had success with 2 other cars there, but they were taken over by a company based in Texas and it is no where near the same quality of service. Take my warning and stay clear of Caliber Collision even if that is where your insurance company refers you to. read more

My vehicle was towed to Caliber in Westminster, per insurance company recommendation. We were told car was totaled, but insurance co was allowing us time to decide whether to take the total or have car fixed and we'd repair, get salvage title. My husband picked up a copy of our estimate so we could review and make a decision. He specifically asked Caliber if there would be storage fee or any issues while we made a decision in the next week. Employee said no problem. Less than a week later, I went to clean out my car, get plates,etc. as we decided to take total. I had informed insurance just the night before. Vehicle Title had not been sent to anyone, still in our possession. My car was no longer at Caliber, the auction/part out place (Copart) had come picked it up. Caliber tried blaming insurance. They had NOT released the car to them. Caliber was not professional at all. We had to take time off, go further to Copart, make appointment (which was another ridiculous system) and pick up personal items. Why would they not see plates and other personal items and not try to call us first before sending car off? Let alone that owners of vehicle and insurance co had not released the vehicle. A stressful situation made even worse by this place. Watch out if you take car here! read more

I was visiting Denver and my vehicle was stolen! Denver Police Dept. recovered the vehicle after I return home to Kansas. The vehicle was towed to Caliber Collision, and I had received the worse service ever! It's starts with Delaney stating she was going to help and transfer me to Rodney. Rodney has stink attitude and I start asking questions about my vehicle and he acts like he dosen't know what I'm talking about said he had been given anything about the vehicle! We get pass that then he starts asking the same questions over and over like im lying. So my claim rep steps in and then he wants to act like he helping..lol.. Long story short car deemed as total loss, I then asked if I can pay to have them ship everything left in the car. Delaney states dont worry about it we will ship it to you.. Vehicle stolen 7/11 today is 8/20 still no box mailed to me. I tell Delaney I would like to speak with a manager and Sue gets on the phone tell her the issue with the box, and she states you pay for it! I mad now because I offer to pay from the start, and Sue states I'm not going to argue with you that's fine I'm not arguing with you! Sue then states I'll take of it and hangs up!
