We were a little apprehensive initially as we had prior work done elsewhere over the years but our insurance company referred us to the Caliber Collision in Wake Forest, NC. Our intention was to go through the process/estimate and then go back to our regular body shop. That changed once we met the staff and saw the service delivery and quality of work at this location. The business is extremely clean, very professional staff and very efficient. Kenneth Horton was our initial contact. He was very informative and had my estimate printed and filed with our insurance company within 30 minutes. We decided to go ahead with Caliber Collision for our body repair and during the next couple of days, we received timely updates via email and phone. Our point of contact was Devon Holder (Service Advisor). This guy is a pleasure to work with! He told us what was going to be done, kept us up to date on the progress and got our vehicle back to my wife much quicker than expected. The quality of the work was excellent! We had to get some paint repair work done on our vehicle. Scheduling appointments for the estimate and the subsequent repair was very easy. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. When we brought our vehicle in for repair, we met with Kenny B. so he could verify with us the work they were going to do. It was during this time that Kenny realized there was an error in the estimate we had been quoted. Without hesitation, he acknowledged that it was their error and that they would gladly honor the estimate. At no point did he ever make us feel uncomfortable or guilty about the estimate. Additionally, when we went to pick up our vehicle, Kenny showed us the work that was done and ensured that we were satisfied with it. Kenny was a pleasure to work with, along with the rest of the Caliber staff. Also, when we dropped off the vehicle our son left his school backpack in it. He didn't realize it until 4 minutes before their closing time. I called Caliber and Jessica volunteered to meet us on her way home so we could get the backpack. We greatly appreciated that!!! I took my car here after 3 people recommended. The customer service and the work is hands down amazing! Will contact you with updates frequently on what's going on with your vehicle. Had no issues with me calling to check up on it either. The front desk always seemed happy to help and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them.
