It went through 3 Allstate recommended shops including a Mercedes Certified repair center with dismal results including paint not buffed out, trunk did not fit right and last one let me have the car with the trunk not opening. Jason was excellent. They took the car, repaired it and returned it to me like it should be. The second time was from a road hazard that gouged out underneath the bumper and rocker panel. I took it straight to Jason because I knew he would repair it like it should be. I also knew Allstate would not cover the cost of the repair there, but I wanted it right and was willing to pay any costs Allstate denied out of my own pocket {$1300}. Again, I got the car back like it should be. I can't say enough great things about every part of their operation that I encountered.

Indeed, the car was attractive, very competitively priced, and clean. The shop had an excellent of making her look lovely. They performed an alignment, put on new tires, and replaced an indicator light. I thought Amir, the salesman, was polite and did a good job answering my questions on Messenger. It promised to be the beginning of a beautiful relationship. There's no tenderness like before in your fingertips... After I arrived at the dealership the love began to slip away. Amir was simply too busy for me. Over the course of 2 hours, I only got about 20 minutes of his time, and half of that was signing paperwork. I was left to do the research, test drive, and inspect the car on my own. You're trying hard not to show it but baby, baby I know it... When we sat down Amir got stone-faced when I tried to get a lower price (he wouldn't even lower the $599 documentation fee). I would normally appreciate the "no haggle" approach but he also wouldn't deliver on my most basic requests (like ordering a second key or floor mats). You lost that lovin' feelin' now it's gone, gone, gone, whoa-oh... the gas that is. I drove away with a 1/4 of a tank! Amir was friendly and assured us that the car had been thoroughly checked out at their body shop. Ten days after purchase, the battery was no good. Long drive from FV to Raleigh, left the car overnight, borrowed a car from a friend to get to work. Long drive to get the car back. A few days later the engine warning light comes on. Back we go. They keep the car overnight and replace a sensor. Long drive back the next day to get the car. Both repairs covered under their warranty but both had $100 deductibles. Very expensive car when you add all the gas and extra expenses for a car that was supposedly checked out completely. I'd recommend using a different mechanic to test one of their cars before you buy it. I have sent two emails to them beofre I posted this comment but they both came back with a message saying 'undeliverable'.

On the way to my appointment I got a tire pressure alert on my vehicle. Thinking it was just a slow leak, I decided that I would just put some air in my tire after I left the appointment. Once I arrived at Debnam's I noticed that the air was coming out quicker than I thought. I advised the woman at the front desk, Hunter, what was going on & asked her if someone could put some air into my tire for me prior to my appointment. She agreed and asked Raphael to assist me. He was very friendly and attempted to put air into my tire. That didn't work because there was a hole in it. I was thinking to myself that I would have to call and wait for towing assistance but Raphael volunteered to put my spare tire on for me. After my spare tire was put on my vehicle by Raphael, I spoke to Sawyer to get an estimate for the cosmetic work on my vehicle. She asked appropriate questions and was very professional. In the end she gave me great advice and wasn't focused on making a profit. Sawyer also checked the tire pressure of my spare tire to make sure that there was enough air in it so that I could get to my destination safely. The staff at Debnam's went above and beyond to assist me and for that I am truly grateful!! Sawyer also did not try to take advantage of me and do work that wasn't beneficial for the situation that I am in like some repair shops do! She was totally honest with me!!
