Used Calliber collision for my repair of my drivers side door and Anthony was great! I had one estimate and got another estimate online from Calliber as well. When I went to pick k up my car and explained what I thought I would be paying Anthony was kind enough to look at it and take into consideration the job situation right now and was able to bring down my total bill. I really appreciate the help and definitely will be recommending Calliber and Anthony to everyone who needs their car body repair work. read more

I have used this body shop a number of times over the years when it was El Dorado. and after it became Caliber and was satisfied with the work. However, this time I went in to get an estimate for a minor repair to a plastic panel that had pulled loose. I was told I needed to make an appointment just to get an estimate!! The next appointment was a week later. Seriously?? I need to wait a week just to get an estimate? I have to wonder how long after that to get the work done. They may do a decent job, but their customer service has hit rock bottom. I will be going elsewhere. read more

Any collision I've had for the past with my Honda Civic, I always come to them. From the very beginning, ever since everyone is very FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL. I'd like to give special shout out to these staff: Anthony Trejo - Such an amazing employee! Literally gave me an update almost every day that my car was in the shop until the day it was ready. Never complained about how he couldn't reach me at times (due to my work schedule), always so patient in answering my questions. Always there to help me out. Always has solutions for everything. Thank you so much! Front desk staff - I remembered Stephanie and another lady which I forgot her name. When I call every morning you can tell by their voice they were happy to serve you and be there for you. Thank you ladies! Manager - Nameesh, I'm really not sure if I misspelled his name but Anthony told me he was the Manager and I was so thankful that he was also there when I picked up my car and showed me that I am a valuable customer for them. All in all, these people made it so easy and worth the wait for my car to get fixed. I truly appreciate you all despite of the pandemic going on they still have beautiful smile on their faces and willing to help you and be with you all throughout the process. Great job y'all! read more

Great service from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the shop. Anthony Trejo managed my claim and he was very responsive and tentative to all my demands and insurance requirements. Would refer this place time and time again. read more

I got into an accident with my baby about a week ago. I was a little shaken up to say the least, and not looking forward to dealing with what came after. Thankfully my insurance company sent me to caliber collision. Cory (sp?)was very welcoming and made me feel much better about the process as soon as I walked in the door. He was good with communicating and made sure I felt like my car was taken care of. After picking up my car I couldn't recommend this shop enough. They are great hardworking guys who stand behind what they do. My car looks amazing (they even did some extra out of pocket work at a very reasonable price) and I am so happy with the service I received. All things considered it ended up being an easy experience and I was well taken care of. read more

Walked out to my car and found that someone dented in my front fender ... got ahold of Ramish at Caliber who ordered in the parts, did a phenomenal job with the paint, and had me out on the road quickly. I cannot give these people enough stars! Ramish (Mish), Anthony and Trisha went above and beyond in more ways than I should probably disclose. They have earned my lifetime loyalty... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO TAKE THEIR CAR TO CALIBER COLLISION!!!... They repaired my 2006 Honda S2000 back to utter beauty, using the poorly fitting aftermarket bumper, and crafting and sanding it down to actually fit and make all the lines match perfectly, which is far from how it arrives from the manufacturer, as people who buy body kits are aware. Also, red is hard to color match, and they did so perfectly! I had a front end accident on the freeway (fell asleep at the wheel), wherein the front bumper was utterly smashed, airbag deployed and seatbelt locked. They even replaced one of the headlights and repaired the other by buffing it back to that brand new clear lense that you only see on new cars. No more of that old car foggy headlight look. Plus, they clear coated both headlights so that they remain clear, preventing me from having to have it re-buffed twice per year. Also, now my Honda logo on the steering wheel is new and shiny, instead of the faded peeling one that was there before. They were extremely patient with me, provided amazing (truly amazing) service, and did even more for me than I have described above; however, as I said above, I do not think I should disclose everything they did for me because they went extremely above and beyond for me. Mish and the staff were completely empathetic towards my passion for my beloved S2k (car) and the difficult situation in my life that I am currently battling. They were down right inspirational with their kind words, understanding and service. I was so happy to see my car in such great condition, accompanied with their beyond expectations service that I gave them all numerous hugs (seriously, many many hugs to each of them), and even a kiss on the cheek to Trisha, as they truly took great care of my car. (Yes, I hugged my car too.) My convertible top is badly torn back with a gaping hole and they took the care to keep my car inside and made extra sure it was inside before it rained (my car was in the shop during the rainy season). The entire staff also took part in taking exceptional care of my car, as they greeted me upon my picking up my car. Everyone from the parts ordering department, to other customer service staff greeted me with smiles and help. I am sure more technicians in the back also provided my baby (car) the same love, affection and great care that sacred automobiles deserve. And they detailed my entire car too; so, it was completely shiny and beautiful all around. Even though the top/roof is gaping open, they managed to wash and polish the whole darn thing. Truly amazing service. And of course, they worked with my insurance company (Allstate) flawlessly. There were additional supplemental costs associated with my car's repair due to the aftermarket parts and extra work needed to make them actually fit, and I did not need to intervene at all, whatsoever. I just received email updates from my insurance company and the staff at Caliber Collision advising me of the expenses being paid, handled, taken care of, fixed, etc. I cannot thank the team at Caliber Collision enough for their truly amazing, above and beyond, beyond expectations service; so, please spread the love that they put into their work and into the universe, and bring them as much business as possible. THANK YOU MISH, ANTHONY & TRISHA!!! THANK YOU CALIBER COLLISION!!! read more

My entire front bumper and fog lights were damaged. I took my car in and the customer service was great. They even had a fairly priced quote on an out of pocket repair for another part of my vehicle. We took our Toyota Camry here to replace the front and back bumpers a few weeks back. The service was impeccable and would definitely come back to take our other cars here in a heartbeat! We were greeted with a friendly face as soon as we walked in. Trish was friendly and accommodating. The General Manager, Mish made us feel like family and went through every detail of what kind of work had to be done on the car. He was patient and diligent. We couldn't be happier on the work and customer service they've provided us! Will recommend to my friends and family! Thanks guys! read more

Caliber did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle after a traffic collision. I came to this location based off of the yelp reviews. I was surprised when I came here that they are the AAA authorized repair shop. The office staff was great, and the technician Isaias was a pleasure to work and talk with. The car was ready on time and looked great. Wait set this place apart for me, and prompted me to write this review, was the manager, Mish. On my first visit here, I thought he was the lot guy because he was running around, grabbing keys, greeting customers with a smile, and was so humble. When I picked up the car, I learned he was the manager and he took the time to speak to me on a person-to-person level to make sure everything was done for me to leave satisfied. Mish is an amazing example of how businesses should be run by folks who treat the business as if it's their own. Needless to say, this location has earned my business for the future. read more

I always enjoy working with anthony. he's very professional car was promised and he sitting there by one day they were also kind enough to take me to hertz to drop me off and pick me up from my rental car get me apprised of that work throughout the process and made it very easy to deal with my insurance company would highly recommend working with them! read more

Oh, where do I begin? Phenomenal service, from start to finish! Anthony was my agent and he was so fantastic! Kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very pleasant demeanor. He broke down everything I needed to know about what they needed to do to get my car as good as new. During the repairs, I was kept apprised of what was happening. I received texts and voicemails that kept me updated without being bothersome, and at no point did I have to reach out to request any information because everything was fully and clearly disclosed to me. Everything Anthony told me is exactly what happened. There were no hidden surprises, no upsells, nothing misleading or uncertain. When I picked up my car it actually looked BETTER than before I even had the accident! I actually did a double take when Anthony pulled up. My car looked just like when I bought it new in 2016! Beautiful, gleaming, flawless and purring softly. Anthony explained everything they did, how they checked the alignment and made sure my car's computer recognized the interior side of the new door. They even removed some scuff marks I had on the corner of my rear bumper. I can't think of a single way this experience could have been made better. I mean, even the lobby was immaculate, with plenty of seating, a TV, coffee, tea, water and candy. My only regret is that I've been living in Simi since 1981 and I JUST now found out about this place. Better late than never, right? Hopefully I won't need to visit a collision shop again anytime soon, but Caliber Collision is officially in my contacts. I needed a reliable and outstanding body shop to add to my repair roster and this is the one. I really couldn't be more pleased than if they'd actually bought me a new car. read more

**UPDATE** If you want your car done quickly, I would steer clear of this location. They ordered all my parts for an incorrect car. I had to call for updates. I truly believe if I hadn't called, they wouldn't have. It took 2-3 weeks for a part to come in. And they told me they ordered the wrong part after ordering it wrong previously. Took another week to get here. Took me calling in yet again. Told me someone would call me back. They never did. Called in today to see if it was there and they told me it finally came in. I can't trust how long they would have my car because they estimated 3-4 day labor and my car was gone for 2 weeks. Would not recommend. read more

I had an accident in my moms car a few months back. I was under a lot of stress and taking it a little hard. After hours of searching for the right body shop I stopped at Caliber Simi Valley. I met a dude by the name of Mish. After speaking with him, all the stress and bad feelings from the accident went away. I felt like this man was going to take care of my moms car, but I felt more of a personal touch also. I can't express how great this place is. It's a feel good environment and during the stressful moments of getting your car fixed, this feel good environment is exactly what is needed. read more

Caliber Collision recently did paint and rear end bumper, trunk work on my black 2010 Nissan Maxima. I also had some recent mechanical work so the body work performed by Caliber essentially gave me a new car! The paint, and new parts...plus a cleaning, polishing of my headlights were outstanding. Cory Miles was my rep at Caliber and his outstanding communication, assistance was extremely helpful and key to a positive experience. This is also my second car worked on by Caliber, doing excellent work previously on a BMW X3. Thanks Cory, guys! read more

A few weeks ago, my darling hubby put the car in reverse as he was trying to get out of a parking space. The thing is, he meant to go FORWARD, so back he went in reverse.........into another parked car. The other car withstood minimal damage, but my car? Not so lucky. The rear bumper looked pretty bad. Enter: car insurance claims. They pointed us in the direction of this 101 Collision. This place was totally on top of their game. They told us exactly what we needed to do, what they were going to do. They even referred us for a car rental for the time my car was going to be in the shop. We brought my car in last week. It was ready today, and OMG, it looks FANTASTIC........ not only the bumper that needed replacing, but quite honestly, it looks like they repainted and rebuffed the entire car. It really looks awesome. Maybe that's normal (I've never done this before), but even if it is, the car still looks awesome, and we both really appreciate their top notch quality work. Normally, I'd say I'd come here again, but honestly, I hope I don't....if you catch my drift. However, if it becomes necessary again, okay, I would in a heartbeat. Just keep THIS place in mind if ever you need this service for your car !! read more

This Yelp review is long overdue! Anthony and Jenny* (front office/desk employee) were extremely helpful in a very difficult time. I had a bad accident in August where I got rear ended on the 118, and needed a lot of work done to my car ($16k+). They were very empathetic and helpful throughout it all. I was able to get my car back within 6 weeks and they were able to keep me updated through it all. This was when parts were difficult to find and were taking forever in general, but Anthony was transparent about everything and had my car looking brand new! They were also very patient with me because I had to go back about 3 times from forgetting my garage clicker, parking pass, and sports equipment. They're very trustworthy and a great staff! I only created a Yelp just to post how wonderful this company was to me. read more

First let me start out by saying thank you Anthony for answering all of my questions calming my nerves and helping us out completely 100%. My daughter got into her very first car accident and as a mother is incredibly nerve-racking to hear you're child got into an accident. Thankfully she was completely fine and the car suffered minor issues. Anthony answered all of our questions, explained the process, and was completely patient and understanding. The first issue we had was one of her rims was scratched so badly but we didn't have a spare tire (why they stopped putting spares in new cars idk). Thankfully Anthony was able to find a spare that would work for the car. He was able to change the tire and get her rim sent out 2 days before she was to bring the car in, but allowing her to use her car for work still. We brought the car in on a Monday and it was ready by Wednesday. Everything including the rim was perfect like it had never happened. The text message updates as well as the phone call when it was ready were really helpful. From A-z everything was incredibly smooth and no stress. Definitely recommend should you ever need to have your car fixed to come to this place. read more

Caliber did a outstanding job with all aspects of my repair. Anthony made sure to call me and update me every few days. The repair was quoted to take approximately a month due to parts that needed to be ordered, but was finished in just under a week in a half.
