I lost my initial check from the insurance company while I was moving, so I had them re-issue one directly to the shop. It took almost 2 weeks for him to get it, but I CC's him to the email and he let me take my car home instead of holding it ransom. It was even detailed when I picked it up! After some damage to my bumper I searched for a good body shop to repair it and replace the marker light. I went in to get an estimate and Billy greeted me. He gave me a fair price, I left my car that day and got it back 48 hours later, I was super happy with the job and it cost less than my deductible! Plus he let me know one of my tires was low, he had put air in it but told me to keep an eye on it. Once again Billy came thru. The clear & some color coat was burning off/lifting on my sister's 2007 Toyota Corolla, hood, roof & trunk deck panels. This review is loooong overdue considering I got my hood replaced by the team at 805 months ago, but let me tell you how comfortable I felt leaving my Mini Cooper in Billy's hands. I honestly don't know how or what happened to my car because one morning, I walked out to my car which was parked on the street in a quiet residential neighborhood, and I noticed a section of my car was crushed in by what looked like a tow hitch on a possibly lifted truck??? It was basically crushed into the hood release latch, preventing the hood from being easily opened or closed. It took a couple of grown men to be able to open it up or even attempt to completely shut the hood all the way. If it was anything else, I would've left it as is tbh, but this was definitely a safety concern of mine. I went to multiple auto body shops, and ended up deciding on going to Billy. He did a great job trying to get me the best deal possible since I was paying out of pocket instead of going through insurance, and made sure I had different options to choose from when going about my hood. He also kept in touch with me during the entire process, letting me know what was going on & what the progress of getting my car back to me was. The car parts I needed came in no time and 805 got my car looking back to brand new earlier than the expected completion date, which was GREAT. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied & happy.
