Caliber Collision is fantastic! Not only did they fix my car to look like new after an accident, they were super professional and communicative. Jason checked in avery few days via phone call to give updates and they even had an automated text service that gave me updates. Kudos to Jason for great communication! One of the texts even read "Update: Anne Marie your Toyota is happy here! Why? Because we are taking good care of it until it comes home." That text made me feel like my car was with great mechanics, and a communicative staff. In addition, Caliber Collision coordinated with the rental car company so that I didn't have to set up any appointments for pick up or drop off. A+++ read more

Second time coming back they do great work! They work very quickly with my insurance company. Employees are very professional and friendly.

Had to get the hood of my van redone. The dealership gave me a quote of $1000, Caliber did it for $516. Very happy with the finished product. Anthony took great care of us, excellent customer service. read more

Everything about my experience at Caliber Collision Simi Valley was first rate. Ramesh was very helpful when I first went in. He took pictures of the damage to my car and had the necessary paperwork prepared very quickly. Cory went over the paperwork with me and I was done in less than 15 min. I was given timely text updates as to how the repairs on my car were going. When I received the notice from Larry that my car was ready , they had everything ready ( including a freshly cleaned car!) and had it all set for me to pick up during my lunch hour. They were in communication with my AAA auto insurance throughout the repair process. My car looks great. I recommend Caliber Collision highly. read more

We had three vehicles hit by others in two weeks time. Talk about being worried about insurance hassles. We were pretty distraught. One vehicle was our trailer, which the insurance totaled. The other two were sent to caliber. I'll be honest. Using a shop nearly mandated to me by my insurance makes me unhappy. But when we did our first vehicle with Jason Gill he was so awesome to us there was no question we'd bring the next. Both vehicles were returned on time, in better condition and with exceptional attention to detail. Jason communicated the whole time, keeping us updated and meeting the very reasonable expectations he set along the way. We are super happy with the workmanship and most importantly the excellent client service we received. Thanks Jason. read more

Caliber Collision was wonderful in their communication and repair of our van. Went over everything with me in detail on what was needed after our accident. After the repair was complete, they went over every single bit of work that was performed. Everyone was polite and my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. read more

I have been to Caliber in Simi Valley before when I was rear ended and they did an amazing job. Yesterday I ran over a box on the freeway and it broke a bracket holding the front bumper on so the bumper was loose on one side. I knew I could take it Caliber and not be worried about an inflated estimate, but to my surprise and delight Scott Wodin took my car in without an appointment and had it fixed in 5 minutes! And he didn't charge me! I am very grateful and this just speaks to the high quality of this group. read more

Mish and Stephanie were amazing when i came in for a second opinion Mish took my car in to do warranty repairs that another caliber collision refused to fix. Mish is all about customer service and kept me informed the whole time and even replaced my bumper which the thousand oaks location refused to do. I felt very welcome and involved in the repair process. When i got my car back its looked like the day i got it from the dealer. They cleaned the inside as well my car never looked better. MISH NEEDS A RAISE he is wonderful and really makes you feel welcome. Wherever MISH is im following jeep up the good work MISH your a great asset to Caliber Collision. read more

Personally I have not had many positive experiences with "Lifetime Warranties" They're usually all sorts or "fine print" and stipulations and deductibles. NOT SO WITH CALIBRE, I had an issue with a repair made close to 4 years ago not a big issue but one that I would like to have fixed if possible. I dropped by and spoke to Mish the manager. He agreed that the prior repair that wasn't even done at his shop, was probably a result of contamination from the repair done at the Calibre in Chino. Mish and his team went out of their way to go above and beyond to take care of the issue and while they were at it took care of a couple of annoying issues that weren't even apart of the original repairs. I was extremely happy with how the car turned out and just how professional and positive the whole experience was. I hope I don't have any future needs for collision repair but will definitely use or recommend Calibre !!!! read more

I 'm getting ready to sell my car and wanted to "tidy up" some scratches and blemishes. I had some (insurance) collision work done in the past by Mish and his team at another location as based on the previous experience, I trusted them to get my car sell ready in a cost effective way (since I was paying out of pocket). No surprises, they made the car look awesome, did it on time and within budget. Bonus, they also detailed it. In short, they deliver on their commitments, that's awesome. read more

I've been driving around with a broken right passenger side mirror on my 2016 Honda Civic LXP for about a year now, re-tapping with duck tape every 1-2 weeks. So, I finally decided to fix it and bought the part the other day. I checked on YouTube for instructions, it looked fairly simple to remove old one and install, but didn't have the tools for it. I checked for auto body repair places near my work in Simi Valley and found Caliber Collision. I called and spoke to Trisha (front desk) said just come in, so they can check it. Anthony checked it right away, got his tools and took care of it on the spot within 5-10 minutes tops. He even went out of his way and got the side mirror top shell painted right away to match the color of my car. Excellent and prompt service! I would and will recommend my friends and family to them! Thank you Anthony and Trisha!! read more

Having been rear ended, I needed to have my tow cover replaced and bumper parts inspected. I chose Caliber as it was an approved Ford Motor Company authorized parts dealer. I couldn't have been happier. After doing their inspection and giving me a written quote, Trisha ordered the part. It took 2 days to arrive. Trisha called me when the part arrived, got in that afternoon and had me out the door in 10 minutes. She even threw in a bit of extra texturing. Holy cow - the cost was less than lunch for two! I will ALWAYS call Caliber first when the need arises! Thank you Caliber for making my car look brand new! read more

I can't recommend this place much more. I stopped in there last week to get a quote to paint a small side panel for my truck. He gave me a reasonable estimate of $70 and said come back tomorrow. When I arrived the next day, he brought it outside to made sure it matched my paint and then looked at me and said, "have a good day". Yes, he didn't charge me a thing. I was completely shocked. I know my job was very small , but just based on the customer service, I highly recommend this collision business. read more

Amazing service. I received constant updates about my car via text and received two phone calls of any changes. They finished my car in two days and went the extra mile covering things my insurance wouldn't. Can't believe this is an auto body shop. read more

This was my first time having to go to a body shop and Caliber Collision was an amazing choice. My car got hit while in a parking lot and it completely messed up my fender and I had to replace my bumper. But Caliber Collision really helped me out and their team is extremely friendly and really make sure that you are satisfied with your car afterwards. Anthony kept me updated on my car and even spent extra time putting on door guards for my car! read more

Nice and timely job. Anthony and Sep are great. Very professional and good customer service.

You never want to have to go to a body shop!! With that being said, Caliber Collision, and more specifically, Anthony Trejo, made my experience as painless and quick as possible. I am grateful for the communication and progress updates and the results were amazing. My car looks like I just drove it off of the dealership lot. I highly recommend taking your car here!!! read more

Service was fantastic. Some Good Samaritan (not) swiped my car in a parking lot and took off. I asked around and everyone recommended Caliber. They did not disappoint. Jason squeezed me in on a moments notice on a Saturday. Jason and Scott were awesome. They were honest with the repair and actually buffed it out so much you can hardly notice. They still provided an estimate which would require removal of quarter panel and repair. I hope I don't need another repair but if I do I will definitely come back here! Thanks for the service guys. read more

Morgan and Scott are both awesome and attentive! Great customer service and knowledge! Speedy service with and a good deal!

I recently had work done on a little fender bender I had, and Caliber Collision of Simi Valley did a great job in putting my rear bumper back to like new condition. I highly recommend them for anyone. Jason and his crew will do a fantastic job for you. read more

Now I had to update it again. 5 months later the paint is bubbling up. So I'm going to have to take it back yet again, good thing they have a lifetime warranty otherwise I'd be really out of luck. I really hope they can make this right, but amidst COVID-19 I'm not sure when it will be safe to get this repaired. read more

This is officially my favorite body shop, Scott provided excellent service and it was quick!

My service advisor at Caliber Collision was Scott and he was a pleasure to work with. He communicated really well and my car was ready within the promised time frame. I would definitely recommend going there. They did a really good job replacing my windshield and the hood of my car. read more

I was new to the area and had the unfortunate experience to get involved in a fender bender. Not knowing anything about the area I had to go with the list my insurance company gave me. I just went with the first one Caliber Collision, and I am so glad I did. I had to change drop off times because the car started acting up and they were very helpful with taking me in early. They kept me updated every step of the way and reassured me my car would be done on time before my company arrived in town. The work was beautiful. I hope I don't need to but if I ever do need another body shop this is the one. read more

My fiance I and I chose caliber collision because they had a partnership with our insurance company and we could not be more pleased! 1. They called me every day to update me on the status of my vehicle. 2. We needed the car back by Friday (we dropped it off Monday) and the car was ready on Wednesday! 3. They were more than happy to answer all my questions and concerns. 4. The car looks great! Will go back again and again! read more

My Automobile was taken here for an estimate after I got into an accident, they're both knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to get me a quote extremely fast, even though my car was a total loss they gave me great advice and recommendations. Definitely speak to Scott, the guy knows what he is talking about. He cares about his clients which is hard to come by these days, Scott is an asset to this company. I will definitely be a returning client to Caliber. Thank You! Michael Betterton read more

After our daughter had a car accident on the 118 Freeway we took it to Caliber Collision here in Simi Valley. She was OK but the front of your car was pretty well smashed in. The insurance company recommended Caliber and they did the work. Caliber Collision did an outstanding job and went above and beyond making her car look almost new. The paint and body work were spot on. My daughter was very happy. Throughout the whole time the car was at Caliber we would get text messages with updates so we didn't have to bother to check in - they constantly kept us apprised of the cars repair status. It turned out that the car needed an entire new engine and they worked it all out with our insurance company. Caliber took care of everything and after the first new engine was put in, it was not up to their standards and they went ahead and found a second engine, installed it, drove it and took it to a Honda dealer to make sure that all of their tests got a greenlight before they turned it back to us. The car is doing outstanding. I can't say enough about the quality of Caliber Collision's work and the customer service with folks on their staff like Meesh. He's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and puts customer care first and foremost. Can't say enough good things. read more

Unfortunately, I am becoming a frequent customer because my car is a magnet for getting hit (rear-ended twice now while at a dead stop!) Based on my previous experience with their high quality workmanship I told the insurance company that I wanted to go back to Caliber Collision for the repairs on my Cadillac SRX. They were ready for me the day I went in for them to estimate the damages and since my car was drivable, they ordered the parts and I returned when the parts came in. They had the car for 4 days and it was completed to perfection. Enterprise Car Rental and Caliber work so closely together that it was a seamless process to get a rental and when I picked up my car, I just left the rental with the staff at Caliber and drove off in my good-as-new vehicle. They run a tight ship! The entire staff was a pleasure to work with starting with Morgan in the office and Jason and Scott with their expertise in collision repair. I hope I never have to return for collision repair again, perhaps just a detailing :) read more

We had several estimates to repair the front-end damage to the bumper on my Lexus. Caliber Collision in Simi Valley had the lowest price and since they had a great rating in Yelp, we decided to bring my car there. Anthony helped us and although he said it would take about 3 days to get my car fixed, he got the job done the very next day after I brought it in. Plus I asked him to touch up a bad scratch mark in the back bumper of my car and he had it done without charging us anything additional. They also detailed my car and it looked great! I highly recommend Caliber in Simi! Their receptionist in the front office was very nice too! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! I've never been so disappointed with a shop in my life. I took my Audi S4 in for a minor roof repair and sunroof glass replacement. The work performed was BELOW substandard. There was a piece of dirt in the paint, the paint showed orange peel, a dent wasn't repaired, and a 'hard line' was put into the roof contour. Then, while the car was left in Caliber's care, the trunk was dented, the quarter panel was scratched, and some white substance was splattered over the front of the car. Caliber assured me they would repair all. A week later I went to pick up my car again. The roof was perfect, the trunk was perfect, but they decided to only color sand the quarter panel, leaving the scratch in the paint. Three more days, go back and now the fender was repainted satisfactorily, but I discovered a flaw in the hood repaint. To which the center manager (Jason Gill) told me was a rock chip? They had just repainted it! I don't believe Caliber would have made ANY attempt to repair the issues if the district manager (Lynsay Oakley) hadn't coincidentally been there the first time I went back... Beware, beware, beware! read more
