My husband and I are truly grateful to the wonderful team of Caliber Collision at 2341 Fulton Avenue, Sacramento for their recent outstanding service and genuine care. First, we would like to sincerely thank Melissa for the outstanding service she provided while repairing our Subaru SUV. What impressed us most was her honesty, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. She made the entire repair process smooth and stress-free, especially by handling the communication with my insurance company. We truly appreciated her help. We are also very grateful to Melissa and her technicians for the exceptional quality of the repairs. The work on the doors, rear bumper, and taillight was flawless, and the paint matches perfectly. No one would ever know our car had been in an accident. We are extremely happy with the results. We would also like to thank Ariel at the front desk for being so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Everyone at Caliber Collision exceeded our expectations. My husband and I are delighted with both the service and the quality of the repairs, and we happily give the entire team TEN STARS! Thank them again for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and pleasant. read more

My fiancée and I had gotten into an accident and the opposing party's insurance was being incredibly difficult because that's just how insurance is haha. and we were sent to Caliber. Melissa was our estimator in everything and I am so so so INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL FOR HER. She was so patient with us and explaining to us about everything, she had us updated every moment and made sure we paid nothing since we weren't at fault. She's helped me before in a different accident and made everything so easy so I knew coming back was the right choice. She was so kind and funny and in our experience, that's rare to find. We're so thankful for you Melissa, Thank you! read more

I had an outstanding experience at this Caliber Collision repair shop from start to finish. I was rear ended so this was all through my insurance. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Melissa was outstanding! She took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car, walked me through my options, and even offered text updates since I have a busy schedule. They also are a pick up/drop off for enterprise rental. So that was easy! What really stood out was their transparency and integrity. No hidden surprises, and the work was completed give or take a few days past schedule. It's not easy to find a place you can genuinely trust with your vehicle, but this shop absolutely delivers. I especially want to highlight Melissa, who delivered an absolutely outstanding performance. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the entire process stress-free. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers truly set this place apart. She does her own inspection of the vehicle and let me know of a few things that didn't quite pass her expectations so she had them re-done. When I went to pick up my vehicle there was one thing I wasn't too thrilled about and she knew by the look on my face and she had a new part ordered. She did great I was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely "Thank you" note inside my car when I picked it up. Those are the things that people remember and keep people returning! On top of that, the customer service overall was top-notch--friendly, responsive, and truly focused on making sure I left satisfied. I keep my car in nice, clean condition, and caliber really did an excellent job making my car look like it was never rear ended! I hope I don't need to come back, but definitely would recommend to anyone who needs a collision repair shop in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality auto repair shop read more

Johnnie the regional manager turned my negative experience into a positive he took care of me and notified me every step of the way of my repair. He went above and beyond. Great customer service thank you very much Johnnie!!!! read more

Went for a quote and the entire staff was courteous and professional. Would recommend.

Caliber was fantastic - they restored my car to brand new condition. That's what you expect. The real gem of it all was Melissa. She was honest and straight forward, communicated clearly and kept me in the loop at every step along the way. A true professional in every sense. If you're between this place and another, Melissa should be the reason to pick Caliber. Fantastic experience because of her (and the incredible team of magicians working behind her). read more

Thank you to the customer service team for the consistent and informative communication. They did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I appreciate how efficient the entire repair process was. read more

I've actually never been inclined to write a review for a body shop before- especially big chains. Melissa Allen is absolutely a gem! She is honest, transparent, so knowledgeable and makes you feel like you're truly going to be taken care of. Caliber stands behind their work for a lifetime but I doubt you'll need anything- their work is so meticulous. Even when I had to bring my car back for a different issue, she noticed some wear and tear that was from factory tape and weather and took care of that too to prevent future problems from occurring, like WHO does that?! She absolutely goes above and beyond, so communicative I knew what was happening every step of the way. She was so proactive in ordering all the parts so everything was there and the time for repair was short so I can be back in my car quickly. They also dropped off the car which HELLOOOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you Melissa!!! read more

Had an awesome experience here. First of all the customer service given by Ernesto is second to none. He always kept us updated and was easily reachable by phone which is rare these days so we really appreciated that. The work itself was also outstanding. I think its better than before! Definitely recommend Caliber and Ernesto even though I hope I never need them, but if I do, I know where I'm going. read more

If I could rate this shop higher I would ! I appreciate the amazing customer service and efficiency. They ensured that me and my vehicle were well taken care of in a timely manner while still providing well rounded services. I especially want to shout out the officer manager Ariel who made sure every time I walked into the building I was greeted with superb customer service ! read more

Got my car back and it was filthy even Ernesto know my car is never dirty when I drop it off. They didn't vacuum it did a crappy job on the bumper paint, it's already failing, used up my gas, shoe prints on my seats. My back seat carpets were dirty just a horrible job over all this time. Usually I come to them for all my repair but I will be calling back to let them know they made a mess. I hate messy jobs just pisses me off that the whole back seat of my car seats had shoe prints on my leather, have the decency to not step on my damn seats! Rocks on the carpet didn't even clean it and gonna ask for a 5 star review well do I five star job. I never treat peoples stuff like this and I don't want my stuff being mistreated. Did you guys think I wouldn't notice? Why would y'all do this knowing I would see the details. If you notice it's always clean when I drop it off give it back clean. Used my car then didn't even make sure the paint was flawless. Who ever painted it has an amateur hand at spray painting. Pay attention to details next time because I will and don't step on my damn seats the leather isn't even damage why would you try to damage my seats and carpets knowing I don't like that mess. read more

Definitely Recommend! I scheduled an inspection for an estimate on my vehicle after someone rammed into my car. I was assisted by Robert Kretz. He was friendly and was very knowledgeable! He took his time in breaking things down for me understand everything that he estimated on my vehicle's damages. Robert did not pressure me into scheduling my car for repairs right away, which was very nice. I appreciate him making this a smooth process. I will definitely reach out to Caliber Collision again! read more

the repair of my treasured silver lexus by caliber collision was a great experience. i feared i had lost my life's companion in the sideswipe accident--the first since i bought the hybrid car new in 2012. but joven laus and his crew returned it to me, well under the estimated time and cost, all shiny and new. the expertly restored lights and lamps, bumper and grille assembly seemed anxious to resume the journey of our life. now caliber is my permanent collision repair facility. read more

Front desk was rude and had no work ethic. Was not welcoming and when asked info about my appt and getting it started, she didnt communicate to the adjuster I arrived on time for my appt. so my appt started an hour late! The front desk person was a caucasion ghetto, unprofessional young woman who did not even try to contact my rental at Enterprise. She looked lazy and didnt want to work with any customers. In fact, she was laying back in her seat at 11am already! read more

Absolutely recommend this place 100%. My vehicle was stolen, ultimately found but body was damaged. The front desk staff were welcoming, my tech Cody was very thorough and knowledgeable, the bathrooms were clean and actually smelled nice. They kept good communication with myself and insurance company. It was just a really pleasant, professional company to do business with. Aside from the customer service my vehicle looks AMAZING!!! I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Caliber! read more

Joe Sanchez and team were great. They took care of a Broken bolt used for our license plate when nobody else seemed to want to. We've used Calliber many times in the past and they have always made our car look great again. Thanks, Joe and team for taking care of us. read more

Woke me up at 7:30am threatening to cancel an appointment that I never made. The appointment was made by the liable insurance company without my acknowledgement. Why would a business threaten its customers? Are you ignorant? Without customers, you wouldn't have a business. I called and blasted Progressive for choosing such an inept company for me to deal with. I called the GM but he was too unprofessional or chicken to returned my call. There are hundreds of body shops in the area so choose one that are nice and appreciates your business. Send your employees to charm school cause the one I talked to should be a toll taker. read more

This is my the third times came to this body shop to refix the vehicle. Since I picked the car from the body shop. I found a lot problem on the car they missing fixed. Do NOT recommend! Staff was very courteous but workmanship was very poor. I got the feeling that the staff run the operation, management seems to hide behind the desk. read more

If I could give 6 stars I would do it. Jason, Thank you so much for listening, understanding, and accommodating my request. In my many, many years of car ownership I don't recall ever feeling so confident that I could go into an autoshop and be treated with such honesty and respect. You definitely went above and beyond to reassure me and provide excellent service. I encourage everyone to head to the Caliber shop on Tower Rd. Thank you! read more

Amazing and fast service. Everyone was so helpful. Some drunk jerk backed out of his parking spot after being at the bar down the block all night and tore up the side of my car and bumper and fled. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready to pick up that Friday. I know service times vary depending on level of damage and availability of parts, but I was still surprised at how fast they got me back on the road. My car looks like the day I bought it again. Great work. read more

I went outside to find my rear windshield had spontaneously shattered. I should've went with who my insurance suggested but instead I went with whom I THOUGHT installed my tint when I first bought my car from the dealership. Apparently this tint company (they need a separate Yelp review) works with Collision and to be honest I'm still a bit confused how I ended up doing business with them. Never again! Robert was nice enough but when I got my car back the rear tint was a completely different shade then the rest of my tinted windows. Robert had me call the tint company directly and that gentleman was pretty rude. He said he did me a favor by putting ceramic tint on my vehicle which is "better". He also said that, "my tint was faded so there is no way to match it up now". My question is, did you give me ceramic or did you give me what would best match my car? What upsets me most is that nobody bothered to pick up a phone and say, hey looks like the tint won't match, are you ok with that or would you like to pay out of pocket to have all your windows done to match? I wasn't asking for anything to be free! Too much common sense there? So now I have a car with 2 different kinds of tint. The issues don't stop there. 2 days after I get my car back (late September maybe) we had one of the first chilly evenings and I go to use the rear defrost and it doesn't work. I call Robert and schedule a time off of work and drive 20 minutes for them to look at the car and determine that it is in fact defective. I guess they don't test out there work before then send it back to the customer. They have to replace the whole thing again and I will have to come back a 3RD time to have it replaced. I expected they would ask about replacing the non-matching tint since they had to replace the entire windshield again but once again NOBODY calls and nothing is done to correct that . The rear defrost was fixed and so far has been working. But once again I was always unhappy . How they left my car was unacceptable, chucks of glass left in the trunk and a razor blade left inside of my vehicle under the windshield. I'm so glad my little niece wasn't back there running her little fingers around or if there was any kind of an accident and a blade was sent flying. Before my 2nd and 3rd visit I was encouraged by Robert to answer a survey from Caliber Collision via their (I think it was a text or email). This being sent before I realized the tint and the defrost was I really wasn't able to answer the survey properly. Maybe Caliber Collision ought to wait a week before sending those surveys out if they actually care what their customers think. read more

I could not have been more happier with my experience here. I called in last minute because a tree branch came down and shattered my sunroof overnight and I needed a quick solution to protect it from the rain until I can pay my deductible. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful when I called in and got me to Cody who offered to place crash wrap on it as well as clean up the glass. They vacuumed all the glass up completely spotless. Keep in mind I came in about 10 minutes before closing but they still went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If that's not excellent customer service I don't know what is. Thank you so much to the Caliber team! read more

When some idiot scrapes into your parked car's bumper and doesn't have the common decency to leave a note, you already have a frustrating day on your hands. Add to that the stress of Googling for the first time in your life "who fixes small damage on car", and you're ready to fight. So glad the Fulton location welcomes clueless people like me just walking in from the street. I know NOTHING about car stuff, as I've only ever had to take it in for oil changes, so I really appreciated them ELI5-ing me what needed to be done, how much it might cost, etc. Cody was nice enough to magic away all the little scuffs with compound for free. A+ service! And I will be investing in cameras for the car. read more

Came here by recommendation of my Insurance company. They were only getting ONE STAR, but they earned stars after my first encounter The issue I had was, I came for my estimate and was there waiting for 45 mins. Come to find out the lady that I was there to see, had been in 3-4 separate times. They called her 3 different times over the PA system. She said they never did. I was like, I was standing right there when they did. well, she did my estimate and got lightning speed turnaround time. I made an appt had my car back by the end of the week. She is looking fine and pretty again (my car) after some idiot hit me while making a right turn, and I am in the right lane! People are numbskulls I swear, so Bessie got a shiny new bumper and she is pretty again! :) They did a really great job. I am sure that little hiccup in the begining was just that. a Hiccup. Ruth kept in contact with me the entire time to let me know the status of my vehicle and everything that was going on. read more

Very happy with the helpful service I received from them They got my vehicle fixed so fast which was greatly appreciated

I had run over a tire on the freeway and done some damage to the undercarriage to my car. I had gotten two other estimates, and wasn't sure if I would need a third, but went in anyway based on the multiple five star reviews and proximity to my home. I was not disappointed. Kurt did the estimate, and he was the only one who felt around and said the shield could be fixed without replacing the entire fender. I was able to bring it in the same week, and wait for the work to be done. The part for my car came in higher than estimated, but Kurt did a great job with explaining the situation (with the receipt in tow even!) and worked on getting the final number as close to the estimate as possible. Even with the hiccup on the price, it was still cheaper and faster than any of the other places, and I left definitely feeling like I did NOT have to pay the "girl tax" on the auto work. All in all, everyone was very courteous from the front desk to the people working with you on your car. They are fast, and you can leave feeling like you got a fair deal. Also, I recently scraped the bottom piece that was fixed (I swear I am not a reckless driver!) and it held :) I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. read more

The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She would not give me directions and informed me if I was late, my car would not be seen. I was lost in Davis and needed directions. After my experience and reading the other lack luster reviews, Caliber Corrosion did me a favor! I scheduled an early morning appointment to get an estimate on my car, and thought the estimate would be sent to my insurance company. Two weeks later, the insurance company never received the estimate, and when I called to confirm what happen, the rude desk clerk said that they don't recall me coming in and they are booked until August. Say less! I will take my business elsewhere, and Lexus needs to second-think who they refer business too also! read more

Terrible lack of customer service! I even gave them a second chance about a year later, my mistake. I was referred here to get a quote (from USAA), there USAA representative at this location actually tried talking me into going to his ex-employee. Some body shop he was waiting at before here, this floored me! Like wait I'm here to get a quote for your current employer.... scandalous. I went with another shop I found that had great reviews. Then second chance was messed up just by the person who answered the phone when I attempted to schedule an appointment. She was so unfriendly and treated me like she had so much more important things to do other then make a simple appointment for me. There are so many body shops I would refer you to find a place that needs the business and takes care of there clients! read more
