I dropped my car off at the Caliber Collision location in Roanoke on 12/04/25. On 12/05/25 I was told the estimated completion date was 12/29/25. After that, I received repeated "on track" updates, then learned a key Volvo part was back ordered and the car would not be ready. From there the completion date kept sliding: updated to 1/30/26, then pushed again to 2/3/26, then 2/5/26, then 2/6/26. On 02/05/26 I went to pick up my car and it was not ready. I was told the tech had not shown up. The car was finally marked ready on 02/09/26, 67 days after drop off. Even worse, the quality at delivery was unacceptable. The car was returned filthy and there are multiple issues that still need to be fixed properly: * Rear view mirror housing not installed correctly * Sunroof switch does not work correctly * Rear passenger door alignment is off and sticks out noticeably * Rear window brake light not installed correctly * Alignment appears wrong, the car pulls to the right when accelerating I attempted to contact corporate for assistance, but I could only locate a call center number and no direct number for the corporate office. I was also referred to the Community Manager, but havent heard back. read more

They recently repaired a Lexus SUV for us. The whole process of getting the vehicle in was easy. They sent regular text messages to keep us posted on the progress of the repair. They finished several days ahead of schedule. Everyone that I dealt with at caliber was very attentive and professional. We were even able to drop off our rental vehicle (from Enterprise) right at the shop, rather than back at Enterprise. That was very convenient! We would definitely use them again. 10/10 read more

my vehicle has been at caliber collision since the beginning of june , my first estimation date to pick it up was June 30 and it's now August 20th and they still have yet to make any progress with my vehicle , I keep getting told "it'll be ready next week" every time that it's pushed back . I went to go see my vehicle in person 8/14 since it was lastly estimated for pick up the 15 and it wasn't even near to ready , my whole vehicle is pulled apart , my car has been here for almost 3 months and I'm constantly getting told something different by now management and my adviser . read more

Literally the worst. We have been waiting over 5 months to get the repairs done on our vehicle. We have made MULTIPLE calls. We never receive any updates at all on the status of our vehicle. We dropped it off 2 weeks ago to finally get the last repair done and had not heard anything at all since then. Called today and was told 'they are aware of our vehicle' but had no update or any information at all to give us other than our advisor no longer works there and someone else will have to get back to us. To make this clear: they have had our car two weeks, done NO work on it, fired our advisor, forgot about our car, and never gave us a single update. This has been our experience throughout our entire process with this company. Find somewhere else to go! Update: just spoke to Melissa, the "manager" who admitted as the manager, she had no clue our vehicle has been sitting at her repair shop for 2 weeks. She also said that they called us yesterday and left a message, but there is no message or any evidence of a missed call on the phone. She verified the correct number. We have been lied to so many times over the past 6 months. Do not believe a word anyone at Caliber says. They say they will now need the vehicle for 10-14 more business days to do the work they didn't do over the past 2 weeks. read more

So happy!!! Kiddo home for the weekend and noticed a few scratches above the left passenger tire. We carry a high deductible so hoping dad wouldn't see it and hit the ceiling! Suggested we pop in to Caliber C to get a quote (maybe we can fix this without anyone knowing). Didn't have an appointment so took a chance. The Mgr. offered to take it back to see if buffing might help. It was AMAZING! You could barely see any damage at all. And, I would have happily paid for this work but was told "no charge". Nobody does that kind of thing for free When/if the hail catches me out, I know where I'll go for repairs. This was so kind and what a relief not to have to address this with pops. I ran over a cinder block and managed to drag my radiator splash shield down and could not get it back on. Spoke to Kyle since the Roanoke location took Very good care of me from a previous accident/insurance claim. He asked me to swing by so they could take a look at it. I dropped it off and got a message the next day that it was back in place. Talk about Excellent Customer Service!!!! Back on the road in much better shape that I was before the accident. I visited Caliber Collision to get a quote on my car on how much the damage would cost to get fixed 5 minutes before closing and was turned away . I thought if you are at a business before closing they were suppose to assist you ?!
