My car hopped the curb and the front bumper was hanging off slightly. It wasn't anything major, but was certainly an eyesore. I didn't want to go thru insurance as this was very minor and I knew that it was going to be less than my deductible anyway. I took my car here and spoke to Ryan. He was great. He and his staff were able to adjust the bumper, and at the same time, replace some bad bolts that were installed by a previous body shop (non-OEM parts). All in all, I was very satisfied. Jose "Jay" Urieta was professional, prompt and a little more than I would expect for excellent customer service for my lame little Honda repair. He walked and talked fast to get to the point and he regularly updated me as my car took 1.5 weeks to finish. He even fixed and old issue not related to my collision claim, so, definitely big points for that! I received my car cleaner than I dropped it off with very clean work and paint applied. Not only did they try to charge me three times the cost of the damage, the man who helped me was incredibly machismo and didn't listen to anything I said. Actually the worst possible experience dealing with anything car related. Terrible staff that has no idea what they are doing, specifically Javier G. who tried to scam me out of my vehicle, and repeatedly made it difficult to remove my car from the lot. My vehicle only had cosmetic damage and without inspecting the car made multiple claims about my car having engine issues in the future. Generally rude and unhelpful staff, conducting shady business practices to the good residents of Riverside. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

Alot of promising talk but I get my car back (on time) and there is white powder all over the front. I was told this was wax used to polish the vehicle? Grimy paper floor mat and big service tag were left in my car, even as I was shown to my car where CC seemed more worried about coaching me on the follow-up survey I would be getting. I wanted to look at our car.. We were promised some minor-touch up paint would be applied to driver-side rear door front where there is about a 1/4" nick, completely obvious if anyone was looking at door from even 15' away. It was not touched. When I asked, I was told "I did it myself, it must have washed off." WASHED OFF? Does CC in Riverside use water-colors? I called BS three times and they stuck to their story of "washing off". Massive overspray points on black bumper inserts. Promising us rental would be returned same night and then being charged an extra day. I felt like it was all about getting good ratings than actually delivering quality work. Overspray, white powder on my car, saying touch-up painting was done but washed off! REALLY? I am embarrassed and I hate being called "big man". I was told now that it was BS and that it wad another G that they touched up. I have a pic they sent with license plate. If you had your white G seried fixed here can you hmu as to if and when your car nicks were painted before 2/20/2015. Thanks. read more

Sloppy attention to detail, brought my 7 Series in after some vandalism and was told by BMW this was the place to go. Well ladies and gentlemen if that's what BMW considers a partner then I have truly been misled by the brand. Picked up my vehicle and the rear diffuser was incorrectly put on, flaws in the paid, damage to exterior trim due to reassembly and missing hardware. After a second trip back for re-repair and replacement of damaged items by Caliber. Their sloppy work extended my down time from vehicle from the estimated 5 days to 10.
