First I couldn't find the google one to leave a review. I will look for it. Second if you are at a Collision company, I hope you are okay and sorry you are dealing with this inconvenience. It's not a name brand which speaks quality, but that of the employees which make the brand name equal with quality customer service. If you are fortunate enough to have Jay help you. You have won the Caliber Collision service person lottery. Jay went above and beyond, and those words don't even cover it. My review can't do justice how good of a job he did. I hope whoever is reading this review. I hope you get your life back on track asap and it will be done with great customer service if you get Jay. read more

1st of all ..the opening time is nice and early. I went in ans met with Manny. Awesome service , extremely polite, professional and respectful. Manny took a look at my Benz, and said he would send me quote within the day, which was my choice , I needed to get to work. I received my quote and chose to go with them due to the professional service I received from Mauel. Manuel was very responsive to my many questions about warranty and price. The service and repai I requested was performed in a very timely manner at a fair price. I appreciate his honesty, integrity and his professional A class service. I will be using Caliber and specifically Manuel. Caliber is very fortunate to have employees such as Manuel on the front line who leave a fabulous impression of who and what a company should be. Thank you again Manuel, my husband and I are very very happy with your service, your pride in what you do and quality of work your collision team provided. read more

I took my car to this location because of a sensor problem after work that was done on my car in a different caliber collision location. The manger took a look at my car and honored the caliber warranty. They asked me to come back the next day to leave the car at the shop. They were very professional and nice and they called an Uber ride for me after I dropped the car off and when I went to pick up my car. They kept me updated on the car status and it was fixed by the end of the day. The manager and the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The environment in the store is very positive. Since the caliber collision has a warranty on their work, I didn't pay for the work done on my car. read more

Wow, wow, wow! Caliber Collision, you out did your self. My beautiful Panamera Porsche was hit by a Chevy Silverado...I was rear-ended. Well. besides my body being a bit shaken up, my 'vehicle was damaged as well. My Porsche was towed to Caliber Collision in Riverside. They worked on car a little over a month and the results were phenomenal. My vehicle looks practically new, like nothing had ever happened and even enhanced to look better. Jay Urieta warned me of how beautiful my Porsche looked. Jay was amazing, he kept me updated with practically daily messages of how the vehicle was coming along. By far some of the best customer service practices that I have ever ever experienced. Thank you so much Jay and Caliber Collision. Great job!!! Thank you, Erick Benson of Upland, CA. read more

My car was broken, brought it in for a inspection and they wanted 11k out of my pockets. The car iteself costed barely 20k so there was no way in hell I was going thru with it, they came up with a bunch of issues with my car and wanted to swap everything with new parts, apparently they needed 90 hours to fix everything and is charging 100 a hour for labor... so I just fixed it myself, yeah sure it doesn't look as good as new but I'd rather buy a new car then pay 11k to fix my old one. The parts combined costed me 500 bucks, 80 bucks of tools, and 12 hours of labor myself read more

Absolutely horrible experience, out of all my years working in the auto industry myself, I have never imagined getting charged for not doing any work to my vehicle, I towed it to a different body shop, and Rick D. has the audacity to charge me almost $1,800 for nothing... There was no tear down, i didn't sign none of there paperwork, just towed the car in. please anyone that has the same experience as me, report them to the BAR. read more

Just got our Subaru back today. Service took longer than expected due to delays in receiving parts, but Jay kept me updated and informed on progress, and everyone else I spoke with was helpful and friendly. update: After I complained, they got it ready right away. I guess I should have complaineid weeks ago. but it does look fabulous they have had my car almost 3 months. supply chain excuses were offered for weeks. now it's polishing and testing. I think they have taken in too many cars. Once they tear apart your car for an estimate, you're stuck with them. read more

Have worked with this location couple times. My situation : Wanted to know an estimate of how much it will cost to fix my car through my insurance and then decide if I want to fix or not. "HECTOR" my advisor told me last time if I want to do that, it'll cost me up to $1,000 to give me an estimate to disassemble, and they won't reassemble it. I told him I'll come back next time. I made another appointment and came back in today, told him "yeah I'll do that", I can pay $1,000 for you guys to tell me a quote. He tells me "let me go ask my boss" He go asks and tells me the boss said no. I ask him why didn't you tell me this last time? Why did you tell me you guys will? He dares to tell me "I didn't know you were coming back" lmao. And tells me "are we gonna argue or what" and tells me "if there's nothing else, have a good day buddy" and leaves. Damn, Caliber Indiana, you guys really need to hire professionals. read more

My car is an audi and was given to them for fixing on March 9, the guy who is taking care of my car is Rick Diaz, in the beginning I always been nice and polite to ask them about the progress, but the truth for that is they are taking forever to pushing the fixing process, first they need my authorization which are done by Mar 16, then they ordered all the parts and took about 13 days, so they was supposed to get all the parts they needed but somehow they still forgot to buy some parts DURING THE TIME when they were fixing the car, so around Apr 3rd they finally started work on the parts for inspection! I had question on the estimate time for how long will it be done fixing and giving to me, Rick can not answer that even with the parts in, before the parts they needed in their shop, he said the fixing progress will be no more than 3 months (including waiting for the parts to come to their shop), which depending on the parts arrived time, but after they got their parts in their shop I still have to wait that long! while inspection (not started to fixing yet!)the explanation of Rick was they have to first see if the parts fit with car, but isn't that insane? They ordered the parts directly from audi and how is the parts won't fit for their own product? Crazier parts coming in, even I had that question and ask Rick politely, he started to questioning me on how am I not knowing the process of fixing car, well that question just got me nervous and mad, so a customer have questions on why you guys so slow on the progress and you as a staff or manager who just got mad because I ask you to do your job? Literally the same day as I argued with Rick about the time, he sent out a message of the estimate time to be pick up on June 21! That's insane! So we have to fight for the estimate time and SO LATE too! Now on May 10, what I have heard from Rick is that, they are done fixing the car and they will start to do painting of the parts they ordered( why is the part the same color of my car? And they order some other colors) I don't know why the paint job needs to take almost 2 months to do it, that sounds SO crazy! And now I'm scared of what will they do next, all I'm hearing from them sounds fake news on fixing my car to me. read more

Due to the struggle with getting parts, Caliber had our car for over two months. It was challenging for us; however, Edgar was very communicative and kept us updated weekly (or more) on the status of the vehicle. The team was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Bob, the driver, gave me a ride home from dropping off the vehicle and picked me up to retrieve it when it was finished. Very impressive service. read more

My complaint starts about a year ago. During their evaluation without asking any questions regarding the damage of my suv they just determined I was at fault. The person was mostly interested in a discount because I'm a party bus driver. Not once did he ask me anything about the damage. Once AAA got the report and estimate I called and left 2 voicemails and not once did anyone reach out to me. Fast forward to today! I called since I thought things would be a lot quicker since there's an estimate on file. We agreed to me paying the deposit over the phone for them to be able to order the parts. That person transferred me to a cashier, to which she tells me I need to sign authorization forms. Needless to say the communication among the company is horrible! read more

I was involved in a traffic accident last month. My record was previously undefeated or had at least over 20 years of safe driving without ever having to file a claim. Well, I had to check off the checklist in order to get the ball moving right: AAA, CHP, and of course contacted my insurance company to generate a claim. However, I still needed to have repair work done. So, I did what any person in my position would do.... got on YELP and started reading reviews of nearby collision centers. And, I found a gold mine with Caliber Collision of Riverside (6634 Indiana Ave). My estimator was Brian Assad who took the time to answer and address every question and concern. Brian kept me in the loop every step of the way with automated text messages every other day with repair updates. The work was even completed ahead of schedule and my car was restored to its former glory. This location even has an adjacent rental car agency (Enterprise) next door. By the way, the complimentary coffee in the lobby was pretty good too (flavored creamers ). All and all, my experience was smooth and painless. If you find yourself in need of repairs, please do not hesitate to take your car here. Drive safely and responsibly my friends. read more

Caliber Collision - Fixed front end. - Body Shops Near Me - Riverside, California

They kept my car for 3 weeks saying they want to make sure they do the job right so that it's safe for me to drive,, well 1 week later had to take it back because my bumper was lose and had material hanging from the bottom of my car! Turns out they put the wrong part in!! Picked up my car again and I noticed damage to the top of my car (looks like chemical landed and stripped the paint) which I have security camera proof that my car was not damaged the day I had to take it back in.... And they said too bad not our problem!!!! So basically I took my car in for one thing and got it back damaged in a different place while in their care but they show no responsibility... worse place ever! Manager Armando was a rude weasel that just smirks while you try to talk to him. Has no people skills or concern that maybe his shop area might be sloppy!!! Armando is a sad example of a manager.. if that's how he is as a manager then I guess I shouldn't expect much from his staff in the shop! Horrific experience!!! Now I'm stuck paying a deductible through my insurance to get it fixed even though the car was damaged in their care.. I would stay away from this place if I were you! read more
