If you don't know much about cars don't go to this shop. Had to go get my own parts to get my car done faster they quoted me 6 months. I got all the 3 parts in 2 weeks and got the car back 2 weeks after that. I drove 2 hours for some of these parts. Then messed up paint after I told them not to buff my paint. Swerved my paint so bad , I spent a year hand washing my car and they messed up all that. Had to return to the shop 3 more times after pick up. First time. They forgot to put my turn signal bulb in and tried to put a none led bulb in, also tried to tell me the led light was after market. It's stock with led. Second time. They also forgot to repair my air intake. They completely missed it, I had to show them. Third time. Came back after they ordered the part for my air intake. After that I was so disappointed in the service I decided to just fix anything else I find myself. Thankful nothing else has came up. Except for they forgot to put a lug nut on and I drove to San Francisco like that. My fault for not looking checked oil and everything else and I somehow still had confidence the shop did its job. Only found out because they cross thread ALL the lug nuts on that side while trying to remove them every single lug nuts snapped off. I removed my 3 other tires no problem. Looking forward to see what else the left messed up in there. I'm still very disappointed with what happened I love my car very much. The crash was bad but these guys did not make it like new. Update: Gerber called me to remind me of my "life time warranty". They did make right with my lug nuts, however they still sent a car out with only 4/5 lug nut. They also didn't offer to fix my paint they messed up. read more

Go any where else their professional level is horrible The fact that you tell me that Zack has been in touch makes me laugh. Yes, Zack was in touch when communicating about my original repair because I saw him out because your service Meg did a horrible job of communicating since dropping off my truck and a couple weeks prior to leaving my truck there for a second go at being repaired correctly. Zack has failed to call me back or even let me know what is going on or how we can solve the situation. Don't throw a blanket statement over my review because your company can't do the job adequately the first time the overall fact that I am stuck without my truck again should be an embarrassment to your company out of all of my years of driving out of all of my friends. This shop went above and beyond what I expected for a collision repair. Not only are the employees professional, they are nice. I had to take my car here for a repair to the door of my car, after being backed into by a driver who had insurance, that allowed me to come here. And the work that was completed was totally excellent. I think the best experience I have ever had at a car collision repair. After I got my car back, within maybe a week's time, they recharged the air conditioner in my car, as a courtesy, free of charge.
